Annabeth's POV
I was shocked, I knew Percy was physically strong but internally he was different, I prayed to all the gods that Percy hadn't taken those words to heart. Suddenly he wheeled around still looking at the floor, to my horror I saw tears rushing down his cheeks. He ran toward the bathroom and I looked around to see all the shocked faces of my friends. Oh,Percy.
Percy's POV
I couldn't help it no more, I ran to the bathroom. I hoped I wouldn't have the urge to but I was about to do it again.
I placed the cool metal in my hands, shivering slightly at the touch. Slowly and carefully I swiped it across my wrists sighing in relief. I watched the blood slowly drip down my wrists.
Annabeth's POV
"Go check on him Jason " I told Jason. He was still in the boy's bathroom and I could hear him silently crying through the door. I watched as Jason went inside and i heard him shriek, " What the hell Percy?!?" At that point I was worried beyond words so without thought I rushed into the boys bathroom. What I saw would haunt me forever. Percy was standing by the sink blood tricking down his wrists. The though hit me like a knife in the heart. Percy self harms. He let the bullies take over.
