The next morning Erin woke up to the smell of coffee and cinnamon buns. She turned around to say good morning to Jacob to find him gone and little Ryan sleeping right next to her. She smiled at her youngest son, and then he began to stir. The young boy looked up at his mother and smiled. Then he wrapped his tiny arms around Erin's petite body.  "Morning sweetie did you sleep well? When did you get into the bed?" She picked up her son and placed him in her lap.
    " I came in during the night because I couldn't go back to sleep and crawled into the bed between you and daddy. Then this morning I woke up because daddy accidentally woke me up and told me to go back to sleep and he was going to make you breakfast. So let's go!" Ryan laughed and pulled his mother out of bed with him. Erin looked to her right and saw baby Emily looking at her with tired eyes.
"Good morning little Emmy. How are you? Did you have a good sleep?" She cooed to the little baby in the crib in her best baby voice. Emily smiled. "Well, come on then, let's go to daddy and eat some breakfast." She got out of bed to walk over to Emily and picked her up, placing the baby in her arms. She took Ryan's hand and headed towards the kitchen. When she reached the kitchen, she saw her husband giving cinnamon buns to Alison and Brian, while giving Katherine a bowl of cheerios. When he heard the door open, he looked up and smiled at Erin holding Emily, with Ryan at her side.
"Morning honey. How'd you sleep?"
" I slept fine. Besides the three times i had to wake up to hive Emmy a bottle, i had a wonderful sleep. How about you? I heard you get up many times in the middle of the night. Was she that bad?"
" it honestly wasn't that bad. I mean, I couldn't sleep well to begin with. Now, lets give Emmy her bottle, and let me give you a nice cup of coffee. We're going to drop the twins and Ryan off at school, Kat at day care, and hang out with Emily all day. Buy her clothes and shoes and all that fun stuff m. I spoke with our assistants and we have the next week off."
" oh thank you! We will have so much fun! Now what time is it? Okay. Its 7:40. In about five minutes we will leave to get to the schools on time." She stated. Soon, the entire family was done eating and in the car the the twins' and Ryan's school.
"We're here!" Yelled Ryan. Everyone got out of the car. Erin carrying Emily, Jacob carrying Katherine, While the twins held each of Ryan's hands as they walked into the school. The school receptionist, Karen looked up from her desk and smiled at the large family. "Hi Mr and Mrs Barbone! Hey Brian, Alison, hey buddy! How are you Ry? Are you going to walk them to their classes? Well, here are your visitor pass stickers. Have a wonderful day!" She exclaimed in a overly optimistic voice. Erin and Jacob just smiled at her politely and started to walk off towards Ryan's classroom. When they got to room 18, the twins enveloped Ryan in a big bear hug. Then Ryan went over to his parents and gave them each the biggest hug he could give, then gave Kat at mini hug, and waved at Emily, and walked off towards his teacher, Mrs. Sennick.
Now it was time for the twins. They were in the same class, so that if they ever needed each other for some reason, they would be close. When they got to Mrs. Alesia's class, the twins went to their parents and have them more huge hugs. Brian even whispered to Erin, "i love you and im gonna miss you. I already know." Her only response was a "i will miss you too. And when you come home we can make cookies!" Soon, they were headed towards the day care for little Kat. When they pulled into the parking lot, Kat started crying and. Whining as a sign of, "no mommy, daddy, don't go!" Jacob picked her up out of her car seat, while still managing to open the door for Erin and Emily. They walked through the doors and found Kat's classroom. Jacob signed her in with the teacher, while Erin was talking to another friend/teacher, Jenna, who was now cooing over Emily while discussing Kat's behavior.
"Hey Kat sweet heart, how are you? I heard that you don't want mommy to leave is that right?" The young girl nodded her head while trying to hold back the tears blocking her vision. "Well, i have a solution. How would you like it if you hung out with me all day, and when you miss mommy, i will call her and you can talk to her. How does that sound?" She asked. The only sign of acknowledgement was a nod of her head. "Okay, that's awesome! You will be my super star helper today! Come on Katherine, let go put your bags away in a cubby. Say bye be yo mama and daddy." She took hold of the infants hand and started to walk off with her, drying her tears with a tissue. Erin and Jacob sneakily left the day care for their fun filled shopping day for Emily.
