Mya's POV

This shouldn't happen to a 5-year-old... What makes me so different from Yuki? You're a monster, Yuki is the light in the world, you don't belong here You're filthy and impure! No! Please stop it! I didn't do anything

I cried, I heard a voice in my head... I sounded like a man's voice... It said, 'Mya you did nothing wrong, you need to get out of here'

"Okay, please tell me who you are... I have to thank you for direction" I said out loud the voice slowly lowered 'Castiel, I'm an angel of the lord'

I heard footsteps storming towards the basement where they kept me, Yuki and my parents showed up. I was scared of what might happen to me. I looked to them with fear in my eyes I saw Kaname, my big brother, in the background looking regretful.

"You filthy demon! You monster!" Juri whipped me (Yes ladies and gentlemen, I'm good at writing dark stuff) I was crying Juri grabbed me by my neck and threw me and choked me until my world slowly began to turn black, I felt my body get kicked in the stomach and my body became a numb sensation. I knew I was still getting hit. I couldn't feel it.

As I slowly regained consciousness, I was cold. Limped over to my desk and wrote Kaname a note.

Dear Kaname, 

Thank you for loving me when this family did not.

May our paths never cross with one of us having to spill any more blood.

I packed up a small bag and slowly walked to Kaname's room. I slid the note under his door in hopes that he would be the first to read it. I went back to my room before I got caught by anyone. Kaname was in my room when I walked back in. I walked up to give him a hug. He hugged back.

"Goodbye Kaname" I whispered and opened the window at the top of the wall and jumped out. I stood there for a second to look at my home... or the place I used to call home as of now. I ran out the gates and I kept running. I didn't see a car coming towards me. I got distracted and the car hit me.
