Thin-Skinned
The day begins
and a way may start
deep in the bay
clouds within impart
The lonely sea
it's own moans groaning
and me alone
left freely leaning
Ere light, yet dawn
still might fight, right true
This yawn, all night
has gone on; drawn through
Restless this soul
A test best left blank
The cold seems set
and holds bold old banks
Here breaking winds
do shake, rake, take all
Begin to wake
Downwind, thin-skinned fall
