Dear Diary,
I just remembered that my therapist said I should sign with my initials, as in DH or I can just not put my middle name like Daniel Howell but I'm not sure what I like better. Then, at work Craig saw me write and wondered why I say dear diary instead of naming you. He said it would be more like taking to a person if I did. Also, I memorized the alphabet backwards yesterday (zyxwvutsrqponmlkjihgfedcba) I usually do it when I'm freaking out but, I memorized it from doing it often! Therefore, I need something else to do. So I call my therapist. She said that I should find five of something, four of something else, three of another thing, two of something different and then find one thing that connects them all. Here's an example: five people, four children, three benches, two pets, the park. If that doesn't work you can do five things you see, four things you can hear, three things you can touch, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. I guess I should name my diary. It would make it seem like I'm talking to a real person instead of just writing about my day. I think I'll call you Violet. Overall I had a good day.
