"All that you are is all that I'll ever need!"

Arshita's Pov

The jaimala was done and right now Abhay and Chia were sitting on the stage busy in all the greet and meets!

Shubman dragged me down with him as he wanted our perfect couple photo to be clicked. And we were exactly doing that! Cameraman was giving us wierd looks as we weren't ready to let him go anytime soon. Specially Shubman. He can be veryy choosey sometimes!

"Shh... Shh... Ayee hello!" We heard someone saying and we turned to find Manjot and Nagar giving us 'you both are crazy look'

"Ye aise kyu lag rha hai jaise tu kisi kutte ko bula rha ho!" Shubman asked Manjot as they came upto us.

"Kyuki normally tum log sunte nhi!" He said and we gave him a look.

"Ha and I thought shadi khatam ho jaegi par tum dono ki photos nhi!" Nagar said earning a smack from Shubman.

"How can we help you?" I asked both of them and Manjot was the one to speak, "Sab khana khane Jaa rhe hai chalo!" He said and we nodded.

"Ye normally bhi bol sakta tha utni bakwaas ki jarurat nhi thi!" Shubman said to him as we walked towards the dining area were everyone else was sitting.

We came and sat with everyone as Shriya and Abhishek also came!

"You two should also do that overacting na!" Ayushi said to Abhay and Chia and they looked at her, "Kaunsi overacting?" Abhay asked.

"Vo ek dusre ko khana khilane wali!" she said and they gave her a look.

"That's not overacting!" Shriya spoke up but Nagar showed his hand to stop her.

"Seriously yarr overacting ke chakkar me dulha dulhan bhuke reh jate honge" He said and we were laughing.

"Shut up tujhe apni shadi me pata chalega!" Abhay said and Manjot started laughing, "Vo din pata kab aaega! Aaega bhi ya nhi!" He said while laughing and Nagar punched his arm.

"Tum dono bhi try kr ke dekh lo" Manjot said to us and Shubman gave him a look, "Kyu meri shadi hai?" he said while Manjot frowned, "Mai toh tera moment bana rha tha! Bhalai ka jamana hi nhi hai" Manjot said and I chuckled.

"Thanks for your efforts Mandy!" I said and he gave me a high-five.

I was eating when Ayushi and Aditi looked at me doing some weird actions! As I followed thier actions I understood that they were trying to tell that Abhay doesn't have his shoes on which we need to find out!

I nugded Shubman with my elbow and he looked at me raising an eyebrow, "Why is Abhay shoeless right now?" I asked him and he gave me an amused smile.

"That's because we're one step ahead of you girls!" He said and I gave him a look, "Won't you be on my side?" I asked giving a puppy look! Maybe it could help!

"I'll always be by your side but right now it's about brotherhood and I can't be the traitor!" He said smirking and I focused back on my food thinking of other ways!

The next moment Manjot who was sitting on my left nudged my shoulder and I looked at him,"What?" I asked he gave me a cheeky smile.

"I can help you" he said and I turned to him slightly, "About?" I asked.

"The shoes!" He said and I instantly I was more interested in this conversation as I asked how will he do that and specially why cuz he was supposed to be on the other side.

"It's because ladko ki side reh ke kya milega! Atleast saaliyo ka fayda toh hota hai!" He said and I gave him a weird look, "Par tum saali thodi ho!" I said and he laughed.

"I know par isme kick hai! I'll tell you where the shoes are" he said and I nodded while smiling.

I turned back and found Shubman giving us weird look. He raised an eyebrow as in asking 'what is going on?' and I just shooked my head as nothing.

The dinner ended and Chia went back to the room to change for the phere and Abhay headed to the mandap!
Shubman and Nagar were sitting on his either side talking to him.

I was standing in front with Ayushi and Aditi when someone spoke up from behind us, "Hello girls!"

We turned and found Manjot looking at with a big smile on his face.

"Ye batteesi kyuu bahar hai?" Ayushi asked him and the next moment he forwarded his hands towards us in which he was holding shoes! Abhay's shoes!

"Woww you got them! You're amazing Mandy!" I said and he winked at us giving our 'I'm brilliant' look.

"But ye shoes tu hume kyu de rha hai aren't you supposed to be on the other side!" Aditi asked him and he chuckled.

"Kyuki isme kick hai simple! Sabse kuch hatke krna chaiye" he said and Ayushi hitted his head, "Bs bs jyada ho gya!" she said and he made a face.

"Isko appreciate krna toh aata hi nhi hai! Ek toh bande ne help ki ye bezzati krr rhi hai" he said and I patted his shoulder.

"Forget it! You did great work!" I said and he nodded.

The four of us were talking when suddenly Nagar and Shubman behind Manjot. I quickly hid the shoes behind me as they both smacked Manjot from behind!

"Saale traitor!" Nagar said and Manjot turned around to look at them.

"Bhai maine kya kiya hai?" Manjot tried playing innocent but was already caught!

"Mujhe sb pata hai isiliye jab tune mujhse Abhay ke joote mange maine tujhe koi aur joote diye!" Shubman said smirking and I made a face while looking at the shoes in my hands.

"Matlab ye Abhay ke shoes nhi hai!" I asked in disbelief and Shubman nodded.

"Par tujhe pata kaise chala ki Mandy humari taraf hai?" Ayushi asked him and he chuckled.

"Simple! I heard their conversation at the dinner table!" Shubman said and I and Manjot looked at each other, I shoved the shoes in Manjot's chest which I had and said, "Jiske bhi joote hai jake pehna de!" Nagar said laughing and I huffed.

"You shouldn't eavesdrop! It's bad manners!" I said to Shubman before going away and he chuckled.

Shubman's Pov

The girls left while I and Nagar were laughing! I came and sat beside Abhishek while laughing and told him what happened and he also started laughing. Shriya came back after changing and sat beside Abhay and turned to us.

"What's so funny!" she asked and I laughed.

"Nothing! Bs itna jaan le that your side is losing right now!" I said and she hitted my arm.

"Shadi ke baad batata hu Manjot ko mai!" He said and I laughed.

"Waise vo joote the kiske jo tune use diye?" Abhay asked me and I gave him a cheekh smile, "Raj uncle ke!" I said and he again laughed, "Papa ke?" he asked and I nodded.

That's when Manjot came upto us while making faces and Nagar was behind him laughing uncontrollably!

"Kya ho gya?" I asked, "Yaaar mujhe tum logo ki wajah se daant khani padi uncle se!" Manjot said while frowning and Nagar spoke up, "Haa bichara unke joote wapas krke gya uncle pakad daant dala" Nagar said still laughing.

I and Abhay also laughed at him, "Aisa hi hona chaiye tere sath!" Abhay said to him and Manjot just sat silently making a face.

I looked around and found Arshu sitting in a corner with Ayushi and Aditi and an idea came in my mind.

I turned to Nagar and Manjot and called them near as I told them an idea and they nodded happily! Manjot promised to be on our side!

Nagar brought a box and gave it to me while I stuffed two small water bottles inside it and wrapped it! The girls were looking at us all this time wondering whatever the hell we were doing!

I gave that box to Manjot and he told him to purposely walk from the girls' side to grab their attention! The girls were looking at him as he walked holding that box and kept it under the table in a corner.

He came back to us and we we sat as for to wait for our plan to be successful!

We looked at the girls as they talked about something and then Aditi got up and went straight to the table where Manjot had kept that box.

She picked up the box and exclaimed happily without even opening it, "Mil gye joote!" she shouted and everyone looked at her.

Arshita and Ayushi went upto her and right now the three of us were laughing out loud as their expressions were remarkable when they opened the box and found to empty bottle!

"Oye mai pairr me bottles nhi pehnta!" Abhay said while laughing and aditi threw the bottles away!

They looked at us and we weren't able to stop laughing! Nagar and Manjot were almost rolling off the chair while laughing and I went upto the girls!

"Kaisa laga mera mazaak?" I asked trying not to laugh again and the girls were giving annoyed looks.

"Bhut hi ganda isse ganda mazaak maine aaj tak nhi dekha!" Ayushi said and I was chuckling when suddenly Arhsu walked away and towards the mandap!

She went upto Abhay and picked up the shoes which were kept behind him and shouted, "Mil gye joote!"

I looked at her in shock and then at Nagar who was supposed to have the shoes with him.

"Saale joote?" I shouted at him and he rubbed the back of his neck while looking away, "Vo mai haste haste bhul gya!" Nagar said and Manjot started laughing.

"Abki baar Nagar dagabaaz!" Manjot said while laughing and I gave him a glare and he stopped laughing.

"Yaar saari mehnat pe paani pher dia!" I said making a face when Arshu came upto me while giving a cheeky smile, "Kaisa laga mera mazaak?" she asked.

I looked at her and nodded, "Bhut acha bhut acha! Mazaak toh ab Nagar sath hoga!" I said and punched his arm while the girls laughed.

"See Shub we're never the losing side!" Shriya said to me and I nodded, "Ha ha thk hai!" I said while everyone laughed.

The girls went upto Abhay and gave him smile, "Chalo Abhay jijuu give us our prize for bringing your shoes!" Arshu said and he laughed.

"Hayee jijuu sunke acha laga! Btao kya chaiye?" he asked while laughing, "Tu apni property! Gaadi! Ghar! Sb humare naam krde that's it!" Ayushi said and everyone looked at her.

"Ayee babyy ko lootne ka plan hai kya?" Shriya spoke up and we laughed, "Haa toh puch toh aise rha hai jaise isko pata nhi kya dena hai!" Ayushi said and Abhay sighed.

"Tune toh dara hi dia tha!" He said and we giggled as he handed us our respective envelopes!

"Ye tumhare vo saaliyo ke liye pyaar wale dabbe ki tarah khali toh nhi hai na!" I asked and he laughed, "Nhi isme real maal hai!" He said and we all laughed.

"Chalo bacho baithi ab phero ka time hai!" Manju anuty told us and we all sat behind Shriya and Abhay as they started the rituals!

Pandit was chanting mantras when Manjot suddenly came forward and stopped him, "Pandit ji Iss mantra ka matlab kya tha?" he asked and we all gave him a glare.

"Kyu tujhe pandit banna hai? Nhi na peeche ho!" Abhay said and pushed him back.

Shriya and Abhishek were listening to the seven vows which pandit were explaining them when Manjot again came forward and spoke up, "Acha pandit ji agar dono me se koi ek bhi vaada pura na kre toh kya punishment hoti hai?" he asked and now pandit ji was giving him weird looks.

"Mandy teri shadi nhi hori jab hogi tab puch liyo!" I said and again pushed him back.

After a minute or two he was again going forward but Nagar help him and we turned back, "Bhai mujhe neend aa rhi hai chup chap baith ja!" Nagar said and Manjot laughed.

"Mandy tu ek baar aur aage gaya na tujhe usi aag pe bitha dunga mai!" I said pointing at the fire in front of Chia and Abhay and he gave me a horrified look.

"Bacho dheere boliye!" Pandit ji said and we looked at him when Manjot said, "Pandit yaha jaan ka mamla hai!" He said and I hitted his head while pandit ji continued!

"Acha hum log chidiya udd khelte hai bore nhi honge!" Manjot said and we all agreed as it was useless to argue with him.

"Sahi hai shayad chidiya udate udate meri neend bhi udd jaye!" Nagar said and while we all chuckled and started playing 'chidiya udd'

Arshu was caught trying to fly a pig! So she had to get her hands slapped by everyone! All of us were gentle to her but Manjot being Manjot slapped her hand and with that I slapped his head!

"Ayee that's not a rule!" He frowned and I gave him a look, "Mera hath todne ka plan tha kya Mandy!" Arshu said rubbing her hand and I again hitted his head.

"Breaking hands was also not in the rule!" I said and he huffed as we again started and now Nagar was caught out flying a fish!

"Yaya ab tu pitega!" Mandy all of a sudden shouted and everyone looked at him.

He smiled sheepishly at Pandit ji as he was again going to warn Manjot and we were laughing, "Ab aap phero ke liye khade ho jaiye!" Pandit ji said to Abhay and Chia and they stood up.

We all also stood up and Nagar was laughing as we didn't got the chance to slap his hands!

"Ab meri neend udd! Mere pyare hath bach gye" he said and Manjot gave him a cheeky smile, "Shadi ke baad mil!" He said I chuckle while adding, "Haa mujhse bhi!"

Finally the phere started and Shriya came in front and started taking rounds around the fire.

We were throwing rose petals at them as they took the four rounds and now Abhay came in front for the rest three rounds!

"This day is so precious for them right?" Arshu asked while smiling still looking at both of them.

I looked at her and grinned while saying, "Obviously they're being tied off to that one person who is the most precious one for them and they can't just get enough!" I said and she turned to me wih a big smile on her face.

"How do you always have those perfect words for every single situation?" she asked and I smiled, "I don't know! Maybe because I always have my precious one beside me!" I said and she giggled.

"See that's what I'm talking about!" she said and we smiled.

She looked back at Abhishek and Shriya as they finished their last round and looked at each other smiling.

"Btw I can't wait for our precious day to arrive!" I whispered in her ear and I knew she was blushing right now, even though she wasn't even looking at me.

"Me too!" she said with a smile which always seems to take away my breathe. I grinned and showered the rest of the rose petals on her which were in my hands.

Shriya and Abhishek sat down again as Manju aunty handed him the mangalsutra and he tied it around Shriya's neck while she was smiling.

"I love that feeling I get when I see your smile" Abhishek said to Shriya while I Arshu heard him as we were sitting right behind them.

"We heard that!" Arshu said giving him a cheeky smile and he returned it, "That's great! Cuz he'll need these tips!" He said and we laughed.

"I'll also give out some!" Chia said we nodded as she turned and looked in Abhay's eyes and spoke up, "That's because you can always make me smile without even trying!" she said we chuckled.

"You two are seriously adorable!" Arshu said and Abhay smiled, "We know!" He said and we chuckled.

They turned back as Manju aunty handed him the sindoor box and he filled Chia's hairline!

"Vivah sampann hua!" Pandit ji said and Nagar and Manjot suddenly stood up, "Thank gof mujhe toh laga tha mai yahi so jaunga!" Nagar said and we all gave him a look.

"You were doing that only!" Ayushi said and he stopped her, "Shut up that's a secret!" he said and we all laughed.

Shriya was hugging her parents and we all were standing in a corner laughing at one of Manjot's lame jokes when Chia and Abhay came upto us.

"Ayee hello vidaai chal ri comedy show nhi" Abhay said to us and we stopped laughing, "Abeyy par dulhan toh ro nhi rhi hum log ro ke kya kre?" I asked him and Shriya made a face.

"Nhi aara rona zabardasti thodi to sakti hu!" she said stomping on my foot and I scrunched my face.

"Tu Jaa yarr tere Jane ka kisi ko gum nhi hai" Manjot said and she punched his arm, "Dekhna jab chali jaungi toh pata chalega" she said and then hugged Arshu.

"But I'll seriously miss you!" Arshu said to her and she smiled, "See this is what we call best friend!" Chia said and Nagar laughed.

"Ab kisi ko toh courtesy dikhani pdegi na!" He said and we laughed.

"Abey tu dulhan hai photo ke liye hi ro de!" I said to Chia but she made a face, "Mujhse nhi hoga, I'll start laughing instead!" she said and I just shooked my head.

"Acha chalo bhut ho gya tum log ka! Ab niklo" Manjot said and Abhay hitted his head, "Tujhe na nikal du mai!" He said and Manjot frowned, "Nikal se bhai neend aa rhi hai" he said and we laughed.

"Acha listen come I and Shub have something for you two!" Arshu said and they looked at her.

"Ha follow us!" I said and we all came out! We brought them to the back of the hotel.

"Ab isme baitho aur jaldi niklo!" I said and both of them smiled widely looking at the beautifully decorated car!

I hugged both of them and while everyone looked at us!

"That hug is not complete without us!" Arshu said and all of them nodded as they came and joined in on our group hug!

ONCE UPON A TIME! I BECAME YOURS AND YOU BECAME MINE.

AND WE'LL STAY TOGETHER   THROUGH BOTH THE TEARS AND THE LAUGHTER.

BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY CALL HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
