"Mrs.sara bringing cookies." Said Wilson as I drove him to his preschool it is his second day of school and he is loving it so far. Maybe by the age of 6 he would start to hate school.

He doesn't complain at all when we have to go to bed early and I have to wake him up early. He was a night owl like me.

I remember when he was just a newborn baby he would wake up cranky because he was hungry he would cry when I had to clean his diapers.

And during the night time he was wide awake looking around the room and back at me. It would take me hours to put him to sleep but I didn't mind at all.

I park the car and I made my way over to him and I picked him up and I locked my car." Mommy I'm a big boy put me down." He said with a pout.

And I laugh but did what he said and the door opens and his teacher came out." Good morning Wilson."

She said.

"Good morning Mrs.Sara!"

And the teacher smiled at me and and walks inside with Wilson I make my way to my car and I drove off to my company.

When I got there I park the car and I made my way inside the building to see everyone already taking a table for themselves.

"Good morning Emelie." Said my secretary as she made her way over to me." How is everything? "

"Good I checked your office and mine it looks perfect. Also Paul your COO is at your office already."

"His name Paul?" She nod her head.

Everyone names there kid Paul.

I told myself not thinking about it to much. I enter the office to see a man facing my desk and when he hears the door open.

He turns around with a smile on his face and he immediately stops smiling. I froze in my spot he grew taller and has a small beard on his chin.

" Paul." I said not believing my first everything is here and the man who broke my heart into two is here.

He makes his way over and smiles at me." How have you been?" He asked me.

You're a father. I had our son he is three years old name Wilson.

I wanted to tell him,but I didn't." Good! Everything good. So what about you?" I asked him.

As I went to my desk and sat down." Good My parents still live in Utah but I got tired of that place decided to move here."

I didn't say anything and I took my laptop out with some documents as well." So my ex is my boss." He said with a stupid grin.

That is really contagious." And what about you? Why you moved away?" He asked me.

" I-I got tired of that place and um...the memories...." I said unsure if I wanted to continue.

"I understand. And I'm sorry I was a idiot back then." He said in a sincere voice.

"Emelie." Said Marie without knocking I glare at her as she walked in and she just smiled at me. "So far these are the orders from Alabama and how much was spent. And Harry is boxing up clothes right now."

I look it over and I nod my head." I just leave you guys too it."

Said Paul and I didn't say anything and I got into work mode.

It is 6:30 pm and our company is closed every Wednesday my company closes early. I packed up my things and I made my way out the door to see Paul.

Leaning on the wall." Hey what are you still doing here?" I asked him.

" I want to walk you to your car."

I nod my head and we walk in silence." So you have a boyfriend?"

I shook my head." What about you?"

He shook his head and I felt relief." Good." I told him and he raise and eyebrow." Good?" I blush and I just shook my head and I walked away from him.

He grab my hand and turn me around." Listen Emelie...I was a dick and I know I don't deserve a second chance but I still think of you."

He said as he looks at me.

" really?" I ask him and he nods his head he step closer to me.

And leans down to kiss me. I close my eyes as he pulls me closer to him. I hug his neck and after a while I Let him go.

And I just smile at him.

"Give me your number." He told me and I pull my phone out.

After I gave him my number we went our separate ways.

I drove away with a smile on my face.

I parked my car across the street and I got out to see Wilson talking to his friend when he sees me he start to run.

And in that moment I scream for he can stop running as a car was coming towards him. I watch in horror as the car got close to him but it never hit him.

I look at the man who threw himself at Wilson and he land on his back with Wilson on top of him. I rush towards them both.

"Omg Wilson." I scream as I picked him up and he smile at me." That was fun again?" I shook my head as I hug him.

"You should watch it." Said the driver as he step out.

I narrow my eyes at him."are you blaming this on us. You were the one who was on your fucking phone to see a child running across the street."

I stare at the phone on his hand." Bitch!"

He said as he made his way to me but a man stops him and blocks him before he came closer to me. He punched the guy and he hold on to his cheek.

"Shut the fuck up and get in your car and go." He demands to the guy. The man watches him get in the car and drove away.

He walks away." Hey wait!" I scream for he can stop and I gasp as I look at the man in front me he is wearing shorts and a green v-neck shirt. His muscles were doing him good.

"Are you going to continue to look at me like if I am piece of meat?"He snap at me. And I look at his knuckles to see it bleeding and blood was running down his cheek.

"Thank you." I said to him.

" no need to thank me just watch your son more." And he walks away.

He was taller than me. I am 5'5 he must be 5'9 i made my way back to my car.
