"Did you enjoy the party?" He ask me breaking the silence. I look at him for a few seconds and look back at the window."yes."

We stayed at the party for 5 hours until I told him I need to go home. It was a very long day,and I didn't feel sorry that I was acting like a bitch.

I couldn't focus on anything else except Paul reaction. If I was really petty I would fire him and not regret it. But I wouldn't because it shouldn't be getting in the way of my workplace.

He pulled up to my house and I mumbled a quick goodbye and I walked to my house.

The door immediately open and my maid smile." I seen you while I was cleaning." I nod my head as she close the door."Marie and Wilson are asleep."

She said as I made my way upstairs to my room. Marie decided to stay here a couple more days just to be able to see Wilson more.

I quietly place my phone on the nightstand and I made my way to my closet to get a pair of basketball shorts I took from my brother room.

And also a shirt of his. I climb on the bed and lay down on the opposite side of Marie. I tried to not roll my eyes,because Wilson was being held by Marie.

They gave each other nicknames when I brought Marie to my house back in Alabama he was 1 years old at that time.

I hop back in the car." You ready?" She said.

I shrug my shoulders." Marie I shouldn't bring my problems inside my workplace it not right."

I said as I drove away.

When I park the car Marie get out and leans over." You know I'm not letting you off the hook. When we get back home you need to tell me everything that happened with the delicious meal."

"You mean my home? Marie are you planning to sleep over?"

She nod her head and she skips towards the company.

I walk inside and I seen Paul already working on documents that the company needs. I walk towards my office.

And right when I sat down I received a phone call.

"Hello is this lovelyem company?"

Asked a male voice.

"Yes this lovelyem company who am I speaking to?"

" Hi my name is davs ceo of the dvcompany here in Washington D.C and I have noticed that you're one of the most well known successful business and I would like to fly you over here to attend a party with the rest of the other companies.

Awards would be handed out to the best CEO and will be recognized by every country/states."

"Oh that wonderful news."

"Yes it is do you accept the offer?"

"Yes I do when is it?"

"It is on the 24 of this month but we are booking a early flight just for each CEO can get settled in. So on the 20th at 7:30 pm. My secretary would be bringing everyone to the hotel and please bring your secretary as well."

I nod my head." Well this is my personal phone number. Please save it."

I told him and we hung up the phone. I hear someone knocking on the door and I frown. Marie never usually knocks she always barges in like she owns the place.

"Come in." I said after I clear my throat and the door opens and Paul walks in the room with documents in his hand.

"Can you review this for me?"

"That Marie job not mine." I snap at him." I know that it just I came her-"

I shook my head." We are not discussing our problems in my workplace it doesn't belong here. So leave this room if you have nothing to say that doesn't involve work."

I sneer at him not caring about the sad look he gave me.

I smirk as he left the room.

I nod my head and I got up,and we both went out the building and across the street to subway. I don't really like it like that but at least I am eating something.

"Okay everyone before you all leave. I would like to announce that on the 20th I would be attending a business party so me and Marie will not be here and that does not mean we are closing it."

"You still have to do your part even if I am not here. Paul will be here and I will be available to answer my phone if something happens."

I said they all nod their head." I am thinking that I will be back here on the 26th of this month make sure to pay attention to our group chat. "

She park the car and we enter my place to hear the sounds of my Wilson giggling and also a man making airplane noise.

We both walk to the living room to see a mans facing the tv so we couldn't tell who it was.
