Later that night, Adrien as Aiden managed to get a place to stay at the Grand Hotel. He thanked his alter ego for saving himself. He fed his kwami some cheese and had some himself.

"Perfect place to stay at, Adrien" Plagg finished one piece but Adrien was too busy having croissants since he's so hungry, "Well more for me" Plagg ate more cheese.

Both eating like animals, Adrien was glad to eat something ever since he quit his model career. Though he has to sacrifice his hero career to be an anti-hero. He has to keep Monarch's identity a secret until it's the right moment to tell Ladybug. He didn't want it to be secret for too long since secrets caused them a lot of trouble.

"Okay, time for this kitty to do some robbery. I need new clothes. Plagg, claws out" Adrien said.

"I didn't finish my cheeeeeeeese!" Plagg got sucked in the ring and Adrien transformed into Cat Noir.

He got out of the hotel and got down to the closed goth store. He used his claws and cuts a hole in the door and unlocks it from the inside. He extends his staff to knock out the security camera and gets to work.

He checks the right sizes for the shirts and pants, "Hmmm let's see. A disturbed shirt, nope" He puts it back.

"Meow" Cat Noir picked the leather black pants with chains.

He goes to the mirror and checks if they are the right size. He nodded and grabs a few black pants that are his size. Then he goes to the shirt section.

He selects a few that had cat themes on as well some with wolves or skulls on, "Purrfect"

"What the hell are you doing?!" Ladybug startled him in the entrance.

"AH! Ladybug" Cat Noir gasps.

"Out shopping this late, kitty?" She crossed her arms.

"Sheesh! You almost gave me a heart attack" Cat Noir said and he had to act like a criminal, "I'm not shopping, I'm robbing. I'm not explaining and I'm trying to save someone who is.....actually.....homeless" He half lied.

"Hmmm.... is that so?" Ladybug replied.

"Curiosity killed the bug" Cat Noir flirted.

"Long since I saw you flirt with me handsome...Argh! Not again!" Ladybug realized she blurted out about his looks.

"Awww.....you miss my flirty habits, Bugaboo?" Cat Noir took out his staff.

"I do. Now get ready before I'm bugging you" Ladybug took her yoyo out.

"I don't wanna fight you, milady. I'm doing this to help my friend!" Cat Noir pounced on her but she kicked him off.

"Neither do I!" Ladybug jumps back.

Cat Noir hissed like a cat, not wanting to hurt her, "This person I'm helping has been through a lot. Would you do the same Bugaboo?" Cat Noir tries to reason.

"I would but I always find a solution to the problem!" Ladybug tries to grab him with her yo-yo.

"Nice try!" He dodged and then rushes over and grabs her, "I have no other choice, Bugaboo!"

"There's always a choice!" Ladybug does her trademark move to pin him down, "Are you still angry that you didn't show up to fight Argos?!"

"YES!" Cat Noir hissed angrily and goes to the brick wall to claw them out of anger, "I did follow him to London, scratched his ugly face with a scar to punish him for his crimes! I gave him one warning if he showed his face again! He won't get any forgiveness!" He told Ladybug about the scar.

"Kitty, calm down!" Ladybug said but her kitty is beyond pissed.

"NO! Of all the stupid, selfish, bullshit, Argos caused! He deserved the scar!" Cat Noir punched a lamppost.

"KITTY STOP!!!" Ladybug screamed but the feline's anger is not done yet.

So she hugged him to calm him down. Cat Noir stood still, growling in anger that he doesn't want to be petted nor hugged but it was calming him down.

"Shhhhh..... relax Kitty" Ladybug shushed.

Cat Noir calmed down by his partner's hug and his growls turned into purring, "I don't like to be petted" He purred.

"Kitty, I'm really proud of you for giving that jerk what he deserved" Ladybug said, "But we still don't know if he'll learn his lesson or not. You made an enemy and he might get revenge on you" She added.

"Then I'm ready. Also, I scared him so much he's traumatized" Cat Noir gave a cocky grin.

"Kitty, please don't ever do that again" Ladybug said seriously.

"I won't, Ladybug. But he better stay there where he belongs" Cat Noir said and grabs his backpack filled with stolen clothes and leaves the place since he wants to be alone.

"Oh, Kitty. Lucky charm!" She used one to repair the damage on the store.

Cat Noir jumped through the open window of the hotel and detransformed, feeling exhausted from his tantrum he put up with.

"I guess I really needed that hug from Ladybug" He sat on the couch.

"I thought you like to be petted by your lady" Plagg said.

"She was gonna stop me from stealing clothes, but yes, I do need someone to comfort me" Adrien said.

"And I bet your diet is peacocks and pigeons" Plagg swallowed his cheese.

"I'm allergic to pigeons, remember?" Adrien replied.

"I remember completely but you weren't allergic to a peacock. You ate him" Plagg said.

"I didn't just eat him, I broke his spirit" Adrien said.

"Same difference" Plagg said with a belch.

"I need a relaxing bath" He goes to the bathroom while Plagg ate more cheese.

While having his bubbly bath, he was thinking about his princess Marinette. No one is like her and she has given good advice to him. She was always there to help him, even if she's been clumsy all the time.

"I'll see you again some time, Princess" He said to himself.

He hopes he gets the chance to be free with her. Not from a crazy hell of his cousin that wanted to free him from Gabriel but instead, it only made him angry, not happy.

"Grrr!!! You once tried to help me, Felix. But you manipulated me again!" He splashed water, "And as for you father, I'm rather a free man than a slave" He sat up and shook his hair like a dog as water splashed everywhere, "You don't choose who I should love. I hope you won't see me again, Gabriel" He used his father's real name.

The next day, Adrien in his goth disguise entered school and everyone was mesmerized by his sudden change. He spots Lila trying to call someone and he drags her in the boiler room roughly, to have a little talk.

"I know you think it's me, liar. Don't bother calling Gabriel. I am not going back to that prison life!" Adrien glared.

"I don't know who you are?!" Lila lied.

"Don't try playing with me! I've been betrayed by my villain cousin and my father forbidding me from seeing my beloved Marinette!" Adrien glared.

"Grrr!!! That baker ruined my chance so I can have you!" Lila yelled.

"Marinette is honest and sincere, Lila! She loves me for who I am, not some prize to be won! If you do anything.....ANYTHING.....to hurt her again, I won't hesitate to punch you just because you're a girl. I'm not falling for any of your manipulative lies again" Adrien does his intense stare.

"NO! NOT THAT!" Lila got scared.

"Then do as I say!" Adrien growled.

"O-Okay!" Lila gulps.

"Or else you will regret it. I'm not as soft as I used to be" Adrien warned.

Lila got pale in fear, never seen him so menacing.

Suddenly, a mega akuma landed on Adrien's ring and the highlight mask appeared on his face, "Agh! Get the hell out of my mind! I don't need powers to get my freedom!" He broke free and the mega akuma flies away.

Adrien tried to destroy the Akuma but it went through the voyage portal and closed it up. Lila ran out of the boiler room but Adrien blocked the door.

"Not so fast Lie-la" He sneered.

"I swear I'll do whatever you say!" Lila backs away.

"You knew my father is Monarch and you tried to manipulate Kagami to get akumatized. Didn't you?!" Adrien yelled.

"Y-Y-Yes!" Lila admitted.

"Why would you do this?!" Adrien asked in anger.

"Adrien, you're never this violent! Wait! You're Felix!" Lila whimpered.

"No. It's really me, Adrien" Adrien replied.

"So stay out of my life!" He slapped her in the face.

"Ow!" Lila fell down as Adrien left the room.

Adrien walks up the stairs and found his love. He exclaimed and hugs her, never letting go of her since he doesn't want to be alone ever again.

"Adrien, my prince!" Marinette hugged him back.

"My love" Adrien held her close.

"Your new look really suits you" Marinette looks at his attire.

"Yeah, I wear the one you made for me" Adrien said.

"I'm still worried, Adrien. Your father might call the police to find you. I don't want you to go back to that old life" Marinette hugs him.

"Neither do I. I'm a free spirit" Adrien said.
