My updates have unintentionally been kind of infrequent lately so I'm going to double update today to make up for it.

Also, thank you guys so so much for the support! This book had like 750 reads two days ago. Now it's almost on 1K! It really means a lot to me. ♥️♥️ it may not seem like a lot of reads but it is to me.

"What do you mean, no?"

"Look, I'm sorry, you guys. I really am," Arturo Vitali had apologised sincerely in the limousine. "I have limited time. I have somewhere to be right now and I'm running late as well."

Sitara, Rayselle and Serenity were right in front of TTNT and there was still a hostage situation in there but these three wanted to end it.

All three of them were initially going to sneak in inside, that was until they had gotten stopped by the police.

Because it wasn't fair on how they would have gone inside whilst the rest of them had to stay outside, they were therefore in trouble so they weren't allowed to go inside.

Hope was pretty much lost for them at this point, that was until Sitara had realised that they had literally come in a limo.

Now they were convincing the famous limousine driver Arturo Vitali that took them there to talk to the police so as to let them inside, but he didn't want to do that because he had limited time.

"Our friends' lives are at stake here and we have limited time too." Sitara had explained. "I know it's unfair that no one else is allowed inside but think reasonably here. Please."

Sighing heavily to himself, Arturo Vitali didn't really say anything, as he had thought about what one of his friends had said to him.

No buts. They want to save their friends. Be a good man and help them, whether you know them or not.

"Okay fine," he murmured under his breath, before then reluctantly getting out of the limousine he was currently in. "But if y'all take longer than five minutes then I'm out."

They had nodded, with Arturo Vitali wanting them to cover for him as well as take a discreet way because he didn't want anyone to know who he was.

When they had gotten to where they had gone before, Serenity had pointed to the police officers that they had been talking to earlier and Arturo Vitali nodded.

The three police officers (Rakim was the light skinned one, Kayshaun was the black one and Carlos was the white one) were talking about the latest football game...

That was until Arturo Vitali came and he cleared his throat.

"Y'all gonna let these three kids in or what?"

They didn't say anything for a while, stopping to stare at Arturo Vitali and he did the same thing to them through his sunglasses.

Because of his said sunglasses, they didn't know who he was. But the three of them could see their facial reaction through his sunglasses and they didn't seem very happy.

"And who the hell are you?" Kayshaun wanted to know, scanning him up and down.

Arturo Vitali removed his sunglasses and he stared at all of them hard.

The three police officers did the same thing back for the longest time and then they gasped.

"You Arturo Vitali!" Carlos cheered, with Serenity worrying that this wasn't going to work, that was until Rayselle had comforted her.

Things had seemed fine.

"You that famous limousine driver. What are you doing here?"

"I really don't want to be here at the moment but I'm doing a favour for these three kids y'all kicked out earlier," Arturo deadpanned. "So you three better let them inside of TTNT right now otherwise... I'll have to take things to extreme measures. And I don't want to do that 'cause y'all are police officers. I don't think I can call the police on the police. You guys understand that?"

They were going to ask him for his autograph although didn't because he sure wasn't playing around.

Nodding, the three of them had then listened to Arturo Vitali, who told Rayselle, Sitara and Serenity that they could go.

They all thanked him as well as hugging him, with him giving them free service for the rest of the month, he gave them this limousine pass.

"Don't mention it." He smiled. "Now hurry up and go and save your friends before it's too late."

As the rest of them were making their way inside, the five of them inside (Kasey, Leilani, Raina, Riki Yvette and Brianna) were losing more and more hope of surviving this thing.

That was until Sitara and Serenity had banged the window and they had seen them.

They couldn't have done so loudly because they didn't want Latroy to suspect anything, and when they had heard them, they were over the moon.

Even more so when the door was open.

Lockdown mode was still happening but the door was open because the police had let that happen.

All five of them had managed to escape, that was until Latroy had realised what they had done, and he had chased after them.

"Hey!"

"Shoot!" Leilani had shouted when he had seen him. "You guys, run!"

They had all made a run for it, and things had gone quite well, that was until Serenity had accidentally tripped on a rock she didn't really see as she was running.

Infuriated since they really didn't have any time to waste right now, they had all screamed her name, with Sitara eventually going to help her up.

Until Latroy had beat her to it.

They were all in some grassy area that the police officers couldn't see, otherwise Latroy would have been arrested by now.

He was holding her, with a gun pointed to her head.

"Y'all go back inside right now, otherwise I will shoot this girl. And if y'all dare try to leave, then imma shoot you first."

Great, what now?!

Latroy was kind of strangling Serenity at the moment, with the rest of them trying to prevent him from doing that.

"Let my sister go!"

Latroy had pointed his gun at Sitara instead of Serenity, with the rest of them taking deep breaths and Sitara had surrendered.

"Do you want me to shoot you?" He asked, with an annoyed look on his face. "Then I suggest you go back inside."

If they had done that then they would have never gotten out of here.

None of them knew what to do, that was until the police had realised what was going on... so they shot Latroy with their guns.

Which was around the same time he had gone from trying to shoot Sitara...

To actually shooting Serenity.

Serenity dropped to the floor, with the rest of them surrounding her, Sitara screaming her name.

"Serenity!"

She didn't say anything, and the rest of them were panicking.

Now was not the time for them to be losing a member of Unsuspected Love to death.

She didn't have a pulse for some time, that was until she had started breathing after about five minutes, but she didn't wake up.

She was unconscious basically. Latroy had shot her in her left arm.

After Latroy had been shot, the TTNT hostage situation was over, with Sitara wanting to follow her sister to the hospital in case she had woken up.

"Yeah but what if she doesn't-"

"Rayselle." Kasey had murmured through gritted teeth. "She's hurting over Serenity. Don't disrespect her."

They had bigger problems though, even though everything was practically over.

Rayselle couldn't have gone to House of Fraser by himself.

Kasey, Leilani and Raina were going to this auction to hopefully get the topaz tiara from there.

One of them could have followed Rayselle although they had already booked for it so it wasn't fair, and there were no refunds either.

And Sienna Rose couldn't have done it because she still had to look after Kasey's siblings back at his home who had the flu.

They didn't have anyone to go with him...

Until Raina Riele knew someone.
