Part 45 Conclusion

Nivas was surprised, seeing Arvind Singh Raizada in his party house. Of course, he was delighted by his visit. He welcomed him with respect.

*Welcome Arvindji...*

*I'm sorry, Nivas. I'm really disappointed with you...*

Nivas didn't sense anything right.

*What happened, Arvindji? * he asked panicking.

*I told you about Arnav's proposal with Khushi Gupta...*

*Then how dare your son would propose to Khushi Gupta from Shashi Gupta? * he spitted fire.

Nivas was dumbfounded. He really didn't know what Vikas had done. At the same time, he couldn't ignore what just Arvind said because Arvind had no reason to lie... that too about Vikas. He stood clueless.

Nivas rushed to him and clutched his hand.

Nivas called Vikas. He attended the call right away.

*What did you do? * Niwas shouted.

Though Nivas didn't mention anything particular Vikas understand what his father was talking about as he was expecting this reaction from his father.

*Why did you propose to Ms. Gupta? *

*Don't you know Raizadas already asked her hand for Arnav? *

*But her father has not agreed to give her hand to Arnav. In fact, he denied his proposal because he is dissatisfied with Arnav's previous behavior...*

Arvind snatched the phone and turned the speaker ON.

*Shashi is Gupta not ready to give her hand to Arnav then what's the point Dad? I like the girl...*

Nivas looked at Arvind helplessly.

*You are going to repent for this, Vikas...* Arvind shouted and turned the phone off.

He looked at Nivas seething. He walked towards the exit, without talking to him anything. Nivas rushed behind him.

*Arvindji... please relax. I will control Vikas... trust me...*

Arvind stopped.

*You must do that if you want our relationship to be continued...* he left the place.

Nivas sighed in irritation. He again called Vikas. Vikas attended it.

*Come to the party hall... right now...* he disconnected the call not hearing anything from Vikas.

Shashi was in the living room, having tea when Khushi came home. She sat in front of him.

*You look tired...* Garima asked.

*Vikas came to college today...* Khushi said, looking at Shashi.

Shashi stopped drinking tea.

*He said he doesn't need your permission to get me married once he won in the election*

*Whaaat!* Garima was shocked. So did Shashi.

*He threw a challenge on Arnav that he can't stop him from marrying me*

Shashi was horrified by her stance.

*You denied Arnav's proposal as you don't want to give your daughter's hand to a man who had a bad record of his past. What will you do to Vikas now? Could you stop him if he takes me in front of your eyes? * she asked controlling her level best not to show her anger.

Shashi didn't answer... he couldn't... because he had no answer.

*She is asking you... answer her* Garima said.

*I will find a solution to this problem* Shashi said.

Garima was about to say something, Shashi's sharp glance stopped her from doing that. Shashi frowned, seeing Garima's suddenly changed facial expression. Shashi looked at the entrance and found Arvind standing with Ratna. He stood from the couch.

*As of now, you would have known what's going around your daughter...* Arvind's voice sounded rough like ever before.

Shashi stood, said nothing.

*What are you going to do now? I heard Vikas met Khushi in college today...? *

Shashi nodded yes.

*Are you going to give your hand to the guy who sleeps with a different girl every night? Or will you give her hand to the guy who wishes to change himself for your daughter? * Arvind questioned him furiously.

*Vikas is not like Arnav who would be hearing your blabbers, Mr. Gupta... He won't wait for your permission to take your daughter from you... Do you think I can't do that? I respected your words because being a father, demanding a secured life for your daughter is your right. But I won't sit and watch a rogue taking Khushi... I don't care what you are going to do...*

Ratna pressed his shoulder to calm him down.

*Shashi Bhai, think once... what is right and what is wrong. We are ready to give an assurance about your daughter's future which you can't get from Vikas. Arnav wanted to let you this wholeheartedly*

Not only Shashi and Garima but also Khushi was curious to know what it was. Ratna kept a stamp paper on the tea table which had Arnav's signature.

*This paper has Arnav statement and also his signature in it*

Shashi took it and read the content. His facial expression changed while reading it. he couldn't believe even a guy could do that for his love. He was really shocked.

{Khushi can leave Arnav legally if she finds Arnav has an extramarital affair. She will be the ONLY legal heir of Raizada property even after she gets separated from him. Arnav would not have any right to stop Khushi from getting separated from him if Khushi finds him wrong}

Shashi looked at Arvind with shock. Garima snatched the paper from Shashi and read it. Khushi also peeped in it. Both the mother and the daughter were shocked like hell.

*Hope, now you have no problem in giving her hand to our son* Ratna said.

*If you still have a problem... you can't stop me hereafter because Vikas can take a move anytime we don't expect and we can't let our BAHU suffer*

Arvind clutched Khushi's hand.

*I'm taking her with us...*

Khushi looked at Shashi thunderstruck. Shashi was not understanding what's happening there. He was looking at Arvind all shocked.

Arvind started dragging her with him. Ratna stayed there for a few seconds, reading their facial expressions but Arvind didn't. Then Ratna followed them.

Arvind started the car and Khushi was hesitating to get in. Ratna gestured her to sit in the car. She opened the door for Khushi. Khushi was surprised, seeing Arnav sitting in the car. She got stuck. Arnav extended his hand towards her, asking her to come to him. She clutched his hand and sat in the car.

*Trust me... I will be loyal to you* he said.

Khushi nodded yes.

Khushi was silent all the way to RM. Arnav asked her through his eyes that she was alright. She nodded yes and kept silent again. They reached RM and got in. That's when Khushi called Arvind.
