Part 41 Hide and Seek

In the meanwhile,

NK and Akash went to Khushi's classroom. They searched for Khushi as she was not in her classroom,

*Where is Khushi? * NK asked.

Students of Khushi's class looked at them.

*She doesn't come today* a guy said.

*Yes... she is absent today* a girl said.

Khushi's friends looked at one another contently.

NK and Akash left the classroom.

*She doesn't come...* Akash sighed.

*This is purely cheating... how could she do this? Didn't she say to Nananv that she will come to the college today without bunking? * NK said wearily.

*What can we do? * Akash sighed.

*Don't know what will be Nannav's reaction...*

*He will get furious...*

*he will also be upset...* he said sadly.

*She should not have done this*

*I was happy as she gave Nannav a chance, unlike her father...* NK said in a feeble tone.

*You are right NK...* Akash said seriously.

They had no idea, their talks had been heard. A girl followed them in a hand distance from Khushi's class and heard their talks. She rushed to Kishan and recited everything to him.

Kishan smirked dangerously. Is this the reason Khushi's father denied Arnav's proposal...? It seems Khushi's father has a wrong impression of Arnav. He would not have known about his latest CHANGES for Khushi. Of course, which father would put his daughter's life on fire? It won't be hard to keep Arnav away from Khushi. Khushi's father will never agree to their marriage if Arnav is proved wrong once. Vikas will do that for sure. He removed his phone and called Vikas. Vikas attended the call.

*I have found the REAL reason, why Khushi's father denied Arnav's proposal*

*Khushi's father got to know about Arnav's DATING KING image. He is thinking that Arnav roams with girls frequently. So, he is not ready to give his daughter's hand to him... Arnav rushed to Jupiter wing with Aman. They saw many students are practicing for their competitions. The community hall had two entrances. Arnav tied his handkerchief till his eyes, hiding his face. Aman chuckled seeing him doing that.

*Aman, you go to the other entrance and stay there. Don't let her escape if she tries...*

Aman nodded ok and ran to the other entrance. He stood blocking the way. Arnav entered the community hall, searching for Khushi. He crossed the students one by one. His heart started thudding as the community hall is going to be finished in three to four meters. He was fed up. He came to Aman removing the handkerchief from his face.

*Is not she here? *

Arnav nodded no.

*What to do? *

*Wait... she should come here at any cost...*

*What if she is hiding, seeing you? *

*Yes, she would definitely do that* Arnav said wearily.

That's when, Prakash saw them, standing at the entrance.

*Did you meet Khushi Gupta? * he asked them.

Arnav nodded no.

*She went to meet Jansi Ma'am. She should be there...*

Arnav's face lit instantly.

*Thank you Prakash...* Arnav said and rushed to the next building.

They saw her practicing with another girl, standing under the tree. It seems she is waiting for Jansi ma'am.

*Tie the handkerchief now...* Aman said.

Arnav did that smilingly and went to her. He tapped her shoulder. Khushi turned towards him and frowned, seeing the masked up man. But she didn't take time to recognize those eyes of Arnav. His eyes are smiling at her. Khushi's eyes popped out with disbelief. She tried to run from there. Arnav clutched her hand by his right hand and removed the handkerchief from his face with the left hand.

*I won...* he said.

Khushi pretended like thinking.

*I caught you... you have to come with me...*

*Why...? * She asked frowning.

*We had a BET*

*What bet? * she asked with a serious face.

Arnav folded his hands, raising his brows.

*I have a lot of work... you go...* she turned towards the girl and started practicing again.

She got stuck as she heard her voice making a BET with Arnav. She turned towards Arnav who was holding his mobile with a smirk. Did he record the conversation? She closed her eyes biting her lip.

Arnav clutched her hand.

* Let's go...*

*Arnav... I'm practicing for the competition...*

*So? *

*Let me do it now*

*Ok... I will be waiting... don't try to escape from me... * he left the place smilingly.

*Are you going to go with him, Khushi? * the other girl asked her unbelievably.

Khushi smiled at her awkwardly.
