-Seto's POV-

While I was puking my guts out, I felt a warm hand gently rub my back. I dry heaved one more time, then slumped down, my forehead resting on the rim of he bowl.

Brice sighed and carefully wiped my face with a tissue, flushing it, along with my lunch, down the toilet.

"Hey baby, why don't you go and rest ok? I think he plane rides made you jet lagged or something." he whispered softly, moving a strand of hair out of my eyes, stroking my cheek in the process, chuckling when I leant into it slightly.

I sighed, grimacing at the acidy taste in my mouth, as Brice helped me up, standing me against the sink as I brushed my teeth.

The butterflies were back, even more so than before, and I was starting to get worried about it.

What if I was sick? What if it was serious? I never get sick, what if-

"Seto! Snap out of it!"

Brice's voice broke me out of my diminishing thoughts, and I blinked twice, finding myself stood in front of the bed, Brice holding me to him by the waist.

I shook my head, clambering into bed, Brice tucking me in with a kiss to my forehead. He frowned as he pulled back, feeling my brow with his hand, frown deepening.

I whined slightly, and he turned back to me, giving me a reassuring smile as he ran his hand through my slightly sweaty hair.

"You have a bit of a fever baby, I don't think it's just jet lag... I'm going to see if I can get a doctor to visit." he whispered, and I froze.

I grabbed his hand to get his attention before he could go. I winced as I sat up, my stomach doing backflips, shaking my head.

"M-medicine like that won't work for me anymore, not since... remember my hands? When I was healed by..."

I cut myself off by coughing, as more bile threatened to rise to my throat. I grimaced.

"You'll have to get Chase... He healed me so he can fix me..." I finally mumbled, gaging Brice's reaction.

Our relationship with Chase was far from friendship, but since his apology he mellowed out, so we could stand to see him civilly on occasion.

Although, Mitch and Jerome refused to see him, something to do with what he did to Mitch in the past.

I needed him to come and see me sorcerer a sorcerer, because as he was the one to heal me all that long ago, he would have to see what's wrong. Stupid I know, but hey! Sorcery is weird shit!

Brice huffed, reluctantly nodding his head, holding me up as I threw up again into a bowl he seemed to have produced from somewhere.

Brice looked at me worried and I returned the look. I never get sick, ever.

In the three years we've known each other I had not once been sick, not even a cold. So for me to be running a fever and puking, something must be really wrong.

I couldn't help but whimper at the thought, and Brice cuddled me to him, planting a lingering kiss on top of my head.

"It'll be ok Seto, I promise. I'll call Chase." he cooed soothingly, although I could hear the unease in his voice.

He stood up, picked up his phone from the nightstand and made his way to the door to go downstairs.

He turned and blew me a kiss as he left, and I laid down, falling asleep, hoping that nothing bad was wrong.

-Brice's POV-

My palms were shaking as I dialled Chase's number, worry eating away at me.

I hadn't seen him for almost a year, and were weren't on the best of terms, but for Seto, I would do anything, even if it meant talking to an asshole.

I put the phone to my ear and waited, listening to the dial tone anxiously as it rang. After a few rings he picked up.

"Hello?" he said, sounding bored. I sighed and answered.

"Hey, Chase, it's Brice. Look, I um, I need your help." I muttered, swallowing my pride. There was a pause, then chuckling form the other end.

I grit my teeth. For Seto, I kept reminding myself, for Seto.

"You must be desperate, if you're calling me. What do you want?" he mused, and I could hear the smug grin over the phone.

I gulped hard. "It's Seto. He's sick and he said something about sorcery and, um... can you come over? It's easier to explain." I mumbled, going back upstairs to check on Seto.

He was lying on his side, slightly pale from the puking, a hand over his stomach, dozing slightly but not fully asleep.

I heard Chase sigh, and shuffling noises, before he finally answered.

"I'll come by tomorrow, around five pm, got it?" he said, sounding slightly annoyed.

I nodded, before remembering I was on the phone. "Yeah, ok. And, um, Chase? ... Thanks..." I said awkwardly, stroking the hair back from Seto's face.

Chase grunted in acknowledgement, then hung up. I switched my phone off and sighed, running a hand through my hair.

Whatever was wrong with Seto, I hope it wasn't too serious. I kissed Seto's cheek, before exiting the room, leaving the door slightly ajar so he would be able to see when he was feeling a bit better, and call me if he needed anything.

Speaking of calling, I'd have to call the guys about MMF if Seto's not up for it. It was supposed to be tonight, but if Seto was still feeling bad we'd have to reschedule.

I knew they'd be disappointed, but they would understand that I don't want to leave him, since he's never sick.

To,calm myself down, I pulled out my lat St project and started working on it.

It was a painting of all of us, including Sub and co, making a human tower to save a box of pizza from a castle tower, kinda like Repunzal, in a cute chibi style.

It was a present for Mitch and Jerome for their anniversary, the big '5', and they wanted a picture of all the guys to hang in their game room.

Cheesy I know, but I loved it.

I had just finished shading in Jerome's head when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs.

I turned to see Seto standing at the bottom of the stairs, a weak smile on his face. I smiled back, setting down my brush and wiping my hands, going over to him and hugging him.

He chuckled as I pulled back, and we both walked to the kitchen, me making sure he didn't fall.

"Feeling better babe?" I asked, pouring myself some coffee. Mmmm, roast Arabica, my favourite. Seto nodded, but then wrinkled his nose and frowned.

"Yeah, I'm good now, I think. Hey Brice... would you mind, um, pouring that away? The smells making me a bit nauseous."
I looked at Seto in shock. If there was anyone other than me - and Adam when Ty wasn't looking - that drank coffee like it was the water of life it was Seto.

I reluctantly poured the still steaming mug of coffee down the sink sorrowfully, then turned back to Seto with a frown.he looked as confused as I was, and sighed, rubbing his temples.

"Seto, what's up? You love coffee, what's wrong?" I croaked, grasping his hand in mine. He gulped and glanced up at me.

" I don't know Brice, I really don't know." He took a deep breath and squeezed my hand,  a strained smile on his face.

"Let's not worry about it now though, ok? Besides, we need to get ready for MMF!" he chirped, cheering up a bit. I raised my eyebrow at him.

"You really still up for tonight?" I asked warily. He nodded, standing up and walking to the fridge.

"Yeah, I still wanna go. I haven't thrown up since this morning, and I feel a lot better. It would be nice to see the guys again..." he reasoned, a sad smile on his face.

He turned and gave me a sincere look, one hat promised that he would be ok, along with the best puppy dog eyes I've ever seen. I groaned, relenting.

I looked closely and saw that Seto was no longer pale and sweaty, and he seemed ok.

"Fiiine. But the moment you look sick or dizzy, I'm taking you home. Oh, and I called Chase, he'll be here tomorrow around five."

Seto smiled, and pecked my cheek, pouring himself some Yop.

"Thanks. I wouldn't ask if I wasn't..." he trailed off, a worried look on his face. I hugged him from behind, kissing his neck gently.

"I'm sure it's nothing to worry about baby. Like you said, you're feeling a lot better. Don't get worked up over it." I said, and he nodded, relaxing slightly.

"Now, let's get ready, we have to go to the shop for snacks for tonight." Inexclaimed, earning a giggle from him.

I tapped his butt as he turned away, chugging his drink, and I gave him an innocent smirk as he glared, giving me the V-sign, wiggling his butt as he left the room making me laugh.

I finished making my breakfast and ate it quickly, going upstairs to get dressed. Seto was already dressed, and picking at the hem of his jeans looking down, frowning.

I smiled curiosity, as he looked at me with a cute little pout.

"Whats up buttercup?" I asked, and his pout deepened, looking back down at himself.

"I think I'm getting fat. These jeans are so tight on me! Married life is making me let myself go!" he whined in mock horror, and I chuckled.

I walked over to him and lifted his shirt up a bit, then glided my fingers over his lean tummy, making him squirm with ticklishness.

"You're far from fat babe, you're still my little husband. Besides, I wouldn't care if you looked like a walrus, if still tap that." I said matter of factly, causing Seto to blush and punch my arm. For a little guy he hits like a motherfucker!

I threw on a random tshirt and grabbed my leather jacket, brushing my teeth before heading downstairs with Seto at my heels, texting non stop.

"Ok, remember, salted popcorn not sweet, raspberry ripple and plain ol' vanilla for Merome and mint choc chip times two for Skylox. Oh and Ty said get the sugar free stuff or, and I quote, 'the Adam will bounce his way to China' if he has too much sugar." he mumbled, and I nodded, grabbing my keys and taking Seto's hand as we left the flat.

We sat in silence in the car, Seto seemed to be thinking and I was just driving.

We got to the precinct and quickly dashed into the shop, the sky turning grey and rain pelting down.

By the time we got in we were soaked, and Seto was shivering like mad, which was not good if he was sick.

Tugging him along to the snack aisle, I left him there to grab the popcorn and sweets while I went off patrolling for the ice cream.

When I got what I wanted, I headed back to the snacks to find Seto. But when I got there he had disappeared.

Frowning, I searched around for the little bugger, wondering where the hell he'd got to, getting slightly worried. I still remember what happened at the precinct two years ago.

Eventually, I found him to my surprise near the healthcare aisle, deep in thought, with his arms crossed.

I tapped his shoulder and he jumped, looking round at me like a deer caught in the headlights. I raised an eyebrow and he grinned sheepishly.

"Sorry Brice, I forgot I needed some new deodorant." he mumbled, scratching the back of his neck.

I rolled my eyes at him and chuckled, him joining in soon after, and I was slightly relieved that he wasn't lost.

"What am I going to do with you, you little moose." I laughed as we went to the self checkout.

He muttered so,etching and smiled up at me, as I scanned the items, cursing as the machine decided to nope onus and we had to call an assistant over.

From the dirty look he gave us when Seto kissed my cheek so I wouldn't go all 'Brice smash' on the checkout machine, I wanted to get out of there and to Mitch and Jerome's as fast as I could.

After finally paying for the snacks, we loaded the boot, driving towards Merome's place a few blocks away.

As soon as we arrived, I rushed to get the ice cream before it melted all over my car, and Seto chuckled as I balanced all six tubs in one hand, fumbling with the car keys with the other.

Seto grabbed the sweets and popcorn and closed the car, following me up the stairs to the apartment.

He rang the doorbell and before it had even finished ringing, Mitch opened the door, grinning ear to ear.

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it!" he said, and ushered us in. I dumped the ice cream in the freezer and returned to the living room.

Adam and Ty were sitting on the love seat, and Seto was having an animated conversation with Adam

I frowned as I noticed Ty looking forlorn, slightly distanced from the other two, eyes locked on the floor.

I hummed to myself, deciding that if anyone could make him talk it would be Seto. I cleared my throat, smiling slightly as Seto turned to me.

"Babe, could you come here a moment? It's important." I called, eyeing Ty as I spoke.

Something's up with him, and as ever Adams completely oblivious - he can't help being a moron I suppose.

Seto nodded, walking up to me with a curious look on his face. I gestured him to follow me into the kitchen so we could talk in private.

I made sure no one was listening before facing him, biting my lip anxiously as his expression became slightly concerned.

"Seto, I think something's up with Ty. He looks upset about something and I think that you should talk to him." I mumbled, reaching out for his hand and giving it an imploring squeeze. He sighed, running his free hand through his hair.

"Yeah, I noticed earlier he wasn't himself. I was planning on talking to him later. He hasn't had a 'grey day' in a while, so something must be bothering him." Seto said, slightly exasperated, but I could see the worry in his eyes.

I smiled, lifting his hand up to my lips, kissing his wedding ring on his hand, making him blush, a loving smile plastered on his face. That never gets old, making Seto blush.

As we went back into the living room, I couldn't help but think about everything.

What's up with Ty? First up, Seto gets sick, and now Ty, one of the most chilled people I know is upset about something.

What's tomorrow going to bring, and how prepared are we for the possible outcome?

I sighed wearily as I snuggled with Seto on the couch, hoping tomorrow would give us some answers.

Woah shiz going down! So what do you think is up with Ty Ty? And Seto getting sick... Hmmm answers you seek, wait you must. Bai guys! Luvs yas bubs! Laika out.
