So, I've recently learned that I have a lot of teen silent readers. This poem goes out to you ❤️

Please listen carefully to what I have to say
One word of encouragement to brighten up your day
You can be anything you fix your mind to be
But you must first learn how to mute negativity

Never let anybody call you stupid or dumb
Always do right by those who bring you up
Never recycle pain that you had to suffice
Instead, get your revenge by succeeding in life

Get your education and understand your worth
They'll try to tear you down no matter who you are
No matter how well you do, some you just can't please
And that's okay really, but they're not the ones you need

If you wanna fight back, then get your head in the books
Your future isn't as scary as it may currently look
It's up to you to change that, don't be afraid to surpass
Any of your friends who don't wanna go to class

Get your education and look out for yourself first
Study hard so you can grow up and break the curse
Don't answer to anything except what you'd prefer
Be a hero, you have the power to change the world
