This chapter is about an information-chapter for those who're interested in being a judge.

ENGLISH

JUDGES

You do not need any previous experience to be a judge. You can be a complete newbie and I will still accept you. But I am looking for judges who are willing to be critical and a hardmarker. Don't give the participants easy marks.

The number of entries accepting will correspond with the number of judges. For example, if there's only 1 judge, we will only accept 10 entries, while if there're 3 judges, we will accept up to 24 entries. However, since this is a pilot program and is currently flawed, the number of judges and entries will be small, ideally only 3 judges and 24 entries.

Make sure to check the timeline before applying to be a judge. This was a huge problem last year and this year for the Hidden Gems Awards. We've gone through multiple Missing Judges Crisis. A lot of judges backed out at the last minute or disappeared because they were too busy. You need to be able to be on Wattpad during the times judging is happening and respond to my messages ASAP. Please try to understand that this is an international contest, and thus everything is ten times harder than the English version.

We would like to have initiative people on our team. If something comes up, PM me ASAP. It'll be alright if you are unable to continue judging and something important has come up. I'm willing to give extension. But, you have to tell me.

For the first round, each judge will be assign given from 8-10 books to read. For the Second Round, usually that number will dwindle down to 5-7 or lower. Regardless, you'll be giving a 14- to 20- days of judging. Please ensure to prioritize your schedule and finish what is needed. You will need to take note as you judge, which should not be a big surprise, and you're required to write a short comment at the end, accompanying by the scores.

Do not accept any bribery from participants. If any of them try to bribe, threaten, or blackmail you, PM me.

You can not be a judge if you are a participant. It's a system I'd like to test in the near future, but this new Awards have enough problem to worry about.

BAN CHẤM ĐIỂM

Bạn không cần bất kỳ kinh nghiệm nào để làm người chấm điểm. Bạn có thể là một người mới hoàn thành và mình vẫn sẽ nhận bạn. Tuy nhiên, mình cần những người sẵn sàng phê bình thành thật và những người khó tính khi đọc.

Số lượng truyện chấp nhận sẽ tương ứng với số lượng người chấm điểm. Ví dụ, nếu chỉ có 1 người chấm, bọn mình sẽ chỉ nhận 10 mục, trong khi nếu có 3 thẩm phán, mình sẽ chấp nhận lên tối đa 24 truyện. Vì đây là một chương trình thử nghiệm và hiện đang có rất thiếu sót, số lượng giám khảo và số truyện chấm sẽ rất nhỏ, lý tưởng chỉ có 3 thẩm phán và 24 mục.

Trước khi đăng ký, hãy đảm bảo rằng bạn có đủ thời gian và sẵn sàng dành công sức cho việc chấm điểm. Đây là một vấn đề lớn trong năm ngoái và cả năm nay cho Awards tiếng Anh, Hidden Gems Awards. Bọn mình đã trải qua rất nhiều cuộc khủng hoảng vì thiếu ban chấm điểm. Rất nhiều người đã drop-out ở phút cuối hoặc đột nhiên mất tích. Bạn cần phải có mặt trên Wattpad thường xuyên trong thời gian chấm điểm và trả lời tin nhắn của tôi. Hãy cố gắng hiểu rằng đây là một cuộc thi quốc tế, và vì thế mọi thứ khó hơn gấp 10 lần so với phiên bản tiếng Anh.

Bọn mình muốn có những người chủ động. Nếu chuyện gì đó xảy ra, chủ động gửi cho mình và trình bày sự việc, càng sớm càng tốt. Mình hoàn toàn hiểu nếu bạn không thể làm tiếp vì học hành hoặc vì cuộc sống riêng. Mình sẵn sàng gia hạn. Nhưng, bạn phải nói với mình.

Trong vòng đầu tiên, mỗi thẩm phán sẽ được phân bổ từ 8-10 cuốn sách để đọc. Đối với Vòng thứ hai, thường số đó sẽ giảm xuống 5-7 hoặc thấp hơn. Thời gian chấm điểm cho mỗi vòng là từ 14 đến 20 ngày. Sắp xếp thời gian của bạn và hoàn thành những gì cần thiết. Bạn sẽ cần phải ghi lại vài điều nhỏ trong khi bạn đang đọc qua một truyện đó và bạn phải viết một bình luận ngắn ở cuối, kèm theo điểm số.

Đừng chấp nhận bất kỳ hối lộ nào từ những người tham gia. Nếu bất kỳ ai trong số họ cố hối lộ, đe dọa bạn, PM mình.

Bạn không thể thuộc ban chấm điểm nếu bạn đã đăng ký truyện của bạn.

Ngoài ra, hãy nhớ rằng chúng tôi chấp nhận Truyện trưởng thành và truyện có nhân vật LGBT +.

GIUDICI

Non avete bisogno di esperienze precedenti per essere giudici. Noi vi accetteremmo lo stesso. Ma, vorremo dei giudici onesti, che sappiano criticare e giudicare in modo corretto. Mi raccomando non date punteggi cosi', ma valutate tutto.

Il numero di partecipanti che accettiamo corrispondera' al numero di giudici che parteciperanno. Per esempio, se c'e' un solo giudice, allora accetteremmo 10 partecipanti, ma se ci saranno 3 giudici allora il numero di partecipanti aumenterra' a 24.Tuttavia, visto che questo e' un progetto che stiamo testando, il numero di giudici sara' poco e di conseguenza anche le entrate ( partecipanti), il nostro ideale e' 3 giudici e 24 partecipanti.

Mi raccomando controllate per bene le date in cui si svolgera' l'evento, prima di compilare il modulo.

Questo e' stato un grande problema l'anno scorso per noi del Hidden Gems Awards. Poi un altro problema che abbiamo riscontrato e' stato quello dei giudici che ci hanno lasciato o si sono ritirati al ultimo, dicendo che erano impegnati. Dovete rispettare i tempi e essere attivi su Wattpad durante il tempo per giudicare e rispondere ai messaggi che vi verranno scritti, il piu' presto possibile. Per favore cercate di capire che questo e' una premiazione Internazione, quindi e' mille volte piu' difficile della versione inglese.

Saremo lieti di avervi nel nostro team. Se qualcosa succede allora scriveteci via messagio urgentemente. Non preoccupatevi, se succede qualcosa di importante e quindi non riuscite a continua il vostro lavoro, allora potete lasciare, ma ripeto per favore informateci.

Per il primo round, a ogni giudice verranno assegnati da 8-10 libri da leggere. Mentre ne secondo Round il numero diminuirra' a 5-7 o anche meno. Comunque, avrete un abbastanza tempo per giudicare e dare il vostro verdetto da 14-20 giorni. Per favore ricordatevi di finire il vostro verdetto entro la durata. Come giudice questa e' una vostra responsabilita' rispettare le tempistiche, e alla fine con il punteggio dovrete dare una piccola critica sul libro, con le vostre opinioni.

Non accettate che qualcuno cerchi di corrompervi. E se qualcuno prova a corrompervi, minacciare o ricattarvi, scriveteci subito (PM).

Non potete diventare giudice se avete partecipato con un libro.
