(Name) had woken up the next morning feeling drowsy but non-sick. She had gotten out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower, when the warm water droplets hit her soft skin she sighed in content "why is he here?" (Name) asked as a frown had covered her face while she washed off the (scent) suds off her body. When she put on her uniform she threw on her shoes and grabbed her bag and ran outside meeting Shark "hey" he greeted "morning" (name) greeted back "about yesterday-" Shark started but (name) interrupted him "what do you think about the new guy?" (Name) asked catching Shark off guard "....." Shark didn't know how to answer but he tried "I think he's a bit to sunny" he grumbled making (name) giggle. She nodded as they walked to school.

(Name) didn't want to tell Shark about her or her past. About her being a Barian, she was afraid that Shark, or her other friends, wouldn't accept her for not being human. Shark noticed how quiet (name) was being causing him to worry "(name)? Is everything alright?" He asked as worry filled his voice. (Name) looked at her shark loving friend "huh? Oh um uh..... Yeah! Of course...why wouldn't I be?" (Name) couldn't help but to mumble to last part making Shark EVEN MORE worried "do want to talk about it?" Shark asked knowing that his friend needed to get it off her shoulders. But instead she just nodded her side to side "no, I was just thinking about something" she said absentmindedly.

Shark grunted 'I'm going to hurt the person who made (name) this way' he thought to himself as he clenched his fists "Reginald, don't do anything that you're going to regret doing" (name) said seeing Shark's clenched fists and teeth. Shark just glared at the ground "I won't promise anything" Shark said through clenched teeth. (Name) sighed, Shark may not seem like it in public but he always acted as her older brother, this made (name) happy because she thought Shark and Vector had some similarities.

Once the duo made it to school they went to their separate classrooms. As (name) enters her classroom she saw familiar green hair "hey Tori" (name) greeted "good morning (name)" Tori greeted back. (Name) and Tori go to their seats (which is you under her) while you guys waited for Yuma. Not even five minutes of class and the door was busted open as Yuma and Ray ran into the class "you two! You're late" the teacher scolded them as Yuma sat beside Tori as Ray decided to sit by you 'great' you thought sarcastically as Ray smiled at you hiding out his hand "hi my name is Ray Shadows! What's your name?" Ray asked as you plainly said "(name)" making Yuma and Tori look at you in shock. Usually you were kind to new people, Ray puts his hand down "well its nice to meet you (name)" Ray said hoping to get a longer response but instead he got "mhm".

'She must know' Ray thought to himself as he watched (name) look outside deep in thought. (Name) felt shivers go up her side knowing that Ray- no. Vector. Was watching her, Astral noticing the tense air around (name) and Ray, he looked down from floating seeing Ray watching you as his chest started to hurt "w-what is this?" Astral asked himself as he quickly went into the key while Yuma slept.

Astral took a deep breath and up at the dark blue sky as he thought to himself about that pain... It was still there to. "Why am I feeling like this? I feel slightly... Angry?" Astral couldn't define this new feeling that he felt. While with you, you took a few notes and when the bell rang you ran out of the classroom leaving Yuma, Tori, and Ray in the dust. Yuma looks after your running form "I'm worried about (name)" he heard Tori say with a troubled face "I hope she's ok" Yuma said as he saw Ray " HEY RAY!!" Yuma shouted as he and Ray went to go do something to throw away the bored feeling.

(Name) ran, ran away from her brother disguised as Ray. She ran until she was Reginald "hey Reginald" she greeted the purple haired (with a bit of blue bangs) male "oh hey there (name). What's up?" Shark asked noticing how (name) had a smile on her face "I'm going to skip school and I was going to ask if I could take your motorcycle" (name) said making Shark look at her as if she was crazy (thus card games on motorcycles was born XD) "why would you do that?" Shark asked but (name) just said "just because" making Shark sighed in frustration as he handed the girl his keys to his motorcycle. Then with that the (h/c) haired girl went to the motorcycle and turned it on as she started to drive around Heartland, forgetting all her worries feeling the wind agasint her body "oh crap! I forgot to ask for his helmet to" (name) said to herself but she just kept going to her destination: Heart Tower. When she got there she got off the bike and went inside but was met with Kite "(name)? What are you doing here?!" Kite questioned, not expecting the (h/c)nette to come into Heart Tower "I had things on my mind" (name) said not changing her stern yet troubled expression on her face.

Kite saw this and looked at his, first ever, friend in worry "well what is it?" He asked waiting for an answer. (Name) took a deep breath and thought 'I don't just want us to stand here' she said to herself, looking at Kite. (name) noticed that he was ready to go Number Hunting 'THATS IT!' (Name) shouted in her head "let me go Number Hunting and we can talk" (name) said as Kite nods leading the girl and his robot helper to a place where a Number Card was being held. The place was a cabin looking place in the outskirts of Heartland, Kite had told Orbital to stay back a bit but to stop time while he whistled the mysterious melody he whistled. (Name) stared in awe as the time froze but she didn't freeze, Kite knew she possessed a Number but he couldn't take it away from her. Reason? She was his best and only friend. A man was wondering around "what happened?" He asked looking around. Kite galres at the man and challenges him to a duel. Not even a few minutes later Kite had won the duel and retrieved the Number Card, he walked back to (name) "so.... You wanna talk?" He asked patting her head "........." (Name) looked at the ground, finding inertrest in her shoes.

Kite looked at the (h/c) hair girl in worry "tell me (name). You know I'm always here for you" Kite says putting a hand on (name)'s shoulder. (Name) sighed "there's this new kid in my class....... He reminds me of when..... You know.... I was at my old place" (name) said sadly. Kite didn't know about (name) being a Barian, (name) only told him how she had an evil brother and she lived in an evil place, that was it. Kite sighed and hugged (name) "it'll be fine, you already know you have friends who will help you" Kite said. He didn't exactly know how to comfort someone but he tried, (name) took a deep breath "thanks Kite" she says and looks at her D-gazer to see the time "OH! LOOKY! Schools over" (name) smiles and Kite chuckles "ok well go ahead and go back to friends ok? I have more Numbers to hunt" Kite says as he begins to walk away.

(Name) smiles and giggles "alright, see you tomorrow Kite-chan!" Kite's face flushed "DON'T CALL ME THAT!!" He shrieked making (name) laughed "yeah yeah whatever" (name) said and walked off to Yuma and the rest of the group. But one thing that lingered on her mind was..........
