When I came back to my senses,
After walking miles in anger,
I found myself in an unknown place,
Filled with crowd full of strangers,
In front of me there was a shabby train,
Boarded with hollow figures,
Faceless humans facing towards me,
Sending to my spine a shiver.
I was lost,
I didn't know where I was,
I lost all directions,
I was alone wherever I was,
Amidst them I heard them calling,
The people I was running away from,
Waving at me with a worried look,
Calling me back to home.
Back at home,
I was reminded why I wanted to run,
My mistakes, my faults,
They never forgot to count,
I screamed out loud,
"Shut up, leave me alone"
But it pierced my own heart,
The reaction they gave for my words,
It was not my mistake,
I was just tired of all those shits,
I didn't want to hear,
The same old things,
The guilt inside me,
Made me run once again,
After cursing my actions and walking
