I woke up the next morning smelling pancakes and bacon.

"Morning my love." I blushed, playfully pushing Jonah and rolled off the warm bed, I grabbed my phone and saw the groupchat blowing up as usual.

I put my phone walked into the bathroom to put on my swimsuit and shorts, I put my hair up into a ponytail before going downstairs. "Morning Melody." Esther waved, I smiled at her, sitting down on the couch next to her.

"Where's Jonah?" I looked around the room but he was nowhere to be seen. "Outside, I think." She shrugged and I nodded, pulling out my phone.

I looked up meeting eyes with Jonah, he bent down, kissing my forehead causing me to blush. "Ready to go?" He asked, I nodded and we left, getting into his car, his family took their own car, everyone not able to fit into one.

I clicked on a random station number and I screamed hearing something different.

"Baby! It's you!" I giggled before singing along.

"I could read your mind, I know what you're thinking!" Jonah grabbed my hand singing with me.

We soon arrived at the river, seeing his family already there, I ran out and was tackled by Svea. "Share a tube with me!" She squealed, I looked back at Jonah and he just smiled.

"Okay, you chose which one you want." She ran over and pointed at a 2 persons tube and I laughed at her excitement.

"She loves you." Jonah said wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"I can see." I smiled, I took off my shorts and put them in Jonah's bag.

"Babe, let me walk in front of you." Jonah said, licking his lips.

"Why?" What the flickes even is my boyfriend?

"Because, if not I'll just end up staring at your ass." I rolled my eyes at him and just walked over to mine and Svea's tube.

"Out of all the people you could have why'd you choose Jonah?" Svea asked and I laughed, but also smiled at how she didn't say boys, she said people.

"Y'know, I ask myself that question every day." I joked before adding. "I don't know, he's not like most people. He's kind, he takes care of me even when I don't ask him too, he tells me how beautiful I am, even when I look like an upside down trash can." She smiled up at me as we all started floating down the river.

"Are you gonna marry him?" She asked, shivering slightly as the cold water touched her body.

"I haven't thought about that yet, but I'd hope so." I smiled, looking ahead to see Jonah trying to push Esther into the water. I laughed as she ended up pushing him into the water instead.

"Babe, don't laugh." Jonah said his wet hair sticking to his forehead.

He got back onto his tube and grabbed a hat out of his bag, not like a hat that he usually wears but a big funny sun hat. "Jonah you look cute!" He turned around and smiled at me, I grabbed my phone out of the plastic bag and started filming him as he just laughed at me.

"Melody has anyone told you how gorgeous you look today?" I scrunched up my nose and blushed, my hair was everywhere because of the water and it was curly, not like cute curly like jacks hair but crazy curly like Jc Caylen's hair.

I put down my phone and saved the video before posting it on Snapchat with the caption 'I love this weirdo.'

"So what's the best thing you've ever done?" Svea asked, obviously she was trying to figure me out.

"Look down at my phone and not pay attention to where I was going." I smiled looking up at the sky.

"Why That should be a bad thing."

"I met Jonah that way." She hummed in response and started splashing me with water, causing a small splash fight between us. We stopped at a small river bank and I hugged Jonah from behind as he started filming an Instagram story.

"Yo Daniel, the cameras dope bro, right now I'm out here with my family, we're on a river! Can't wait to get back to you guys!" He showed the river as he spoke, showing me hugging him as well.

He turned around to me once he put his phone away and kissed me on the forehead. "I love you." He whispered as his lips lingered on my skin.

"I love you." I leaned up and kissed his lips.
