A Day Out[Mitsuo x oc]

Rain poured down on Inaba. The weather wasn't appropriate for a day out. But what did it matter, when Tamori could have fun. So after grabbing her pink umbrella with a white flower design, she left her home. Though it was raining there was no reason to feel gloomy. There were a ton of good things that happened when it rained. Tamori had first seen Mitsuo when it rained and he was confessing to Yukiko. The time they officially met it rained as well. So good things may happen. The girl ran through the rain as she was quite late.

Soon she spotted the boy she been thinking about previously. His expression as showed irritation and he was standing near the doorway of Aiya without an umbrella. The brunette found it adorable that he always forgot his umbrella. Tamori ran to him shortly after spotting the fish eyed teen. "Mitsu-chan~" She called out as she ran towards him a cheerful expression on her face. When Tamori arrived Mitsuo turned his attention to her. His expression looked even more irritated then before.

"What took you so long? You've kept me waiting an hour. It's even started raining." He complained as he usually did when he was upset with her. It would have been odd if he hadn't complained. It was clearly though his dark pupiless eyes and lips curved into a frown."Sorry, Mitsu-chan. I'll make it up to you." She said as she felt bad about making him wait. Having someone wait was a very rude thing. Especially if it was someone that she cares about deeply. "You better. Now come inside." He said as he grabbed onto his arm tightly gripping onto it. His finger nails dug into her arm but with how short the grasp on her arm was she didn't really mind. After being pulled in Aiya by him she closed her umbrella. Then after that he pulled her over to a stool. Tamori sat on the stool as soon as Mitsuo let go of her arm. Mitsuo sat down nearly the same time she did. Tamori then ordered the ramen meal for 800 yen. He ordered the same and glanced towards her. "I have a reason for being late. I can't tell you what that is now. But it was something I had to do." The brunette said as she would like him not tone angry at her about this. Forgiveness would be great as his way of punishing her never was nice. "Your reason hardly matters. I bet you were with those friends of yours. Maybe you were even on a date with one of them." He accused with a stern gaze. There was no way she'd ever understand why he always thought she without someone else. " That wasn't why. But I still won't tell you." She responded with a pout. "Keeping secrets from me, that's selfish of you." Mitsuo replied although he was the selfish one as wanted so much care and attention. After they were both finished with their meals she paired for hers separtly and he paired for his. When the two were outside. Tamori opened her umbrella and held it over as much as possible. This way he wouldn't have to worry about the rain touching him. No way she'd let him catch a cold. Rain came onto her shoulder and she noticed his expression change slightly. With how close Mitsuo and Tamori were under the umbrella their arms were touching sending a spark of heat flowing through their arms.

Yosuke then showed up and waved to her. "Hey, Tamori." The Junes boy said as he had a friendly smile on his face until he saw Mitsuo. The girl also, noticed that Mitsuo looked even more angry then before. "You should get out of here. She is spending time with me." He said as jealousity was clearly noted on his features. Tamori did hang out with Yosuke so there was a reason for him to be jealous. Soon the fish eyed boy had his arms around her tightly. "So just go already." He added as there was no way he'd want him around her especially now. " Whatever, I'll talk to you later, Tamori." Yosuke said as he left with a sigh. That was how her rainy day went down as he was mostly silent. His arms had left her when Yosuke did. She did truely miss the warmth of his arms around her. The only words he said to her before he got her home and it had stopped raining by then. "You better not forget to make up for before." Mitsuo said as he left her.

I This is based on a prompt from Assassins den.net A Day Out. It was something short I wanted to write for Mitsuo. I posted it on Assassins den but decided to put it on her since Mitsuo is an unpopular  character and I wanted  share this here.
