The sight of Swara in his cabin had Sanskaar's heart humming. A call from her last night left him in high spirits and morning started on an exciting note. As Rosy told him about Swara's arrival, he tried hard not to make his excitement evident. He gave a formal nod and stepped in. And she was right before him. He couldn't wait a minute more and embraced her from behind.

God! He missed her, The warmth of her nearness, the gentle tease of her feminine fragrance wrapped in the sultry notes of vanilla, the subtle rasp of her silky hair against his cheek, and he didn't miss soft sigh from her lips as she sank into his arms, fitting perfectly.

He rested his chin on her shoulder, squeezing her in more firmly. "I missed you, Swara!"He murmured gently, his lips brushing her neck, a lingering caress.

He indeed missed her, in every way one could imagine. Right from the time, she stepped into his life that fated night as a masked girl to an intern in his office ...his life has changed around her. As a masked girl, she left him yearning and confused and as an intern, she made him fall in love, head over heels. And now nothing felt the same without her. Neither his cabin nor his coffee. Not that little space before his cabin which reminded him of her..nothing!

Sanskaar is never the same without his Swara and he would never be!

--------------------------

His words already had her heart fluttering. His embrace felt warmer than ever. Swara wondered at how one touch of his lips could hitch her breath. She drew in a deep breath before she turned to face him and look into his eyes. She always loved the depths they reflected.

She had so much to say, so much to thank for, but she stared at him at loss of words. There was much more in her eyes, Sanskaar realised as he read them. It wasn't just fascination or awe like always but an admiration, deep and new found.

Swara slowly rose on her toes and kissed his cheek ...a feathery soft caress.

Thank you! She said with equal softness hoping her unsaid words had been conveyed. And they did. It was a simple gesture but Sanskaar felt touched. She didn't have to say it ..he realised how much his little act meant to her. He gathered her close and pressed his forehead against hers in acknowledgement.

They stood treasuring each other's presence.

"Will, you be out with secret or want me to spin some magic, Miss Bose?" There was a flicker of warmth in his gaze as he teased with a husky murmur.

He looked like he could, Swara thought. He would just have to toss some pixie dust in the air and a flick, they would be floating somewhere midst starry skies, waves tickling their feet with blues of the sea, silvers of the sky in some faraway land.

"I love Magic," She murmured back. His eyes turn a shade deeper as he tipped her chin up.

."Then Let's spin some," Those words came muffled against her lips ... and suddenly everything felt hot and breathless. His lips teased and tasted hers languidly first taking in every bit of sweetness they offered, in contrary to heat pounding in his blood of a deep desire. But he had no hurries. He would make this moment count.

For Swara, everything felt blurry, other than his masculine taste filling her in. It felt like slow sweet poison, robbing her of every sense and reasoning she could have ever made. She arched onto him in need of more and he welcomed her move. His one hand smoothed low on her back and other curved gently over her nape pressing her close. He nipped, his kiss deep enough for her to sigh and melt. Her hands at the will roamed over his shoulders feeling contours of his muscles over crisp shirt ...then to his neck and tangled in his hair.

Somehow it simply brought her image of Sanskaar she met for the first time in Maheswari Inc..and his perfectly set hair, not a strand out of place. She always loved his hair breathing free either windswept or tousled...anything but proper. And her fingers danced lightly over his nape and hair.

And it felt .. Heavenly. The feel of her slender fingers weaving into his hair. He felt her murmur something. He drew back with a ragged breath, his lips still hovering above hers. "Did you say something?" he asked dying to kiss her back. Her eyes, drunk with passion, his breath hot and burning over hers ...Swara gazed at him trying to recall. For once, her eyes moved to the entrance.

What if someone walks in? was the message

They would be simply dead, Sanskaar told himself as he caught the movement of her eyes. He clearly ordered not to be disturbed at any cost. He didn't care what was at stake...what might be. Just a few more days for them to go official ... rest can go to hell.

Yet, He pulled her aside, away from the view of glass and Swara found herself backed to the wall between his hands. He smiled at the blush on her cheeks. The pinks and reds looked lovely on her, Swara closed her eyes with a sweet sigh as his lips found her cheeks. For a few moments, he teased her with light quick kisses.

"Say it before I kiss you again!" he murmured in between, tracing her jawline with a long sweeping kiss.

"Don't style your hair!" those words tumbled out of her mouth as her hands went around drawing him close.. For a minute Swara wondered if she crossed a line as he gave her a speculative glance. What if he got offended? Yes! He looked good with styled set hair but ...

Then her every doubt tossed out as he smiled, a lazy one, that curved his lips to a side. Wickedly handsome.

"Will I be hotter and dashing, If I don't? Do you like it that way, Swara?" He asked toying with her scarf, his teasing smile intact. Swara nodded, feeling little breathless, her heart thudding slowly and picking its beat against his.

"Noted! He whispered feeling her heart picking its rhythm. He kissed her ear with softest of murmurs. "Any other demands ?" He would happily take care of them but first giving into his need ...he drew her in for a slow drugging kiss.

She felt her scarf slipping slowly just like heart and mind but deep down his words rang, faintly. Other demands! Her finger subconsciously moved to his shirt buttons. She liked them open ..first few like that night. They gave him a sexy appeal.

Sanskaar drew in a sharp ragged breath at touch of her fingers over his shirt toying with buttons. She can't mean! If she did.God!He felt a fresh wave of desire hit him. He recalled how her fingers felt on his skin that night ...how her slightest touch set his body on fire, turned him mad for years. He felt the same maddening need, again. Midst meddling lips and shallow breaths, he led her fumbling hands to the right places undid first three.

Her fingers traced his skin with lightest touches. Only this woman can drive him to hell, with a simple touch. He let out a deep moan and the kiss turned into something neither of them imagined, savage and primal at many levels. Swara took a minute to adjust to his madness and then she felt a womanly pleasure, a smug satisfaction. Her touch did this to him. She touched and kissed him with more confidence, more fire ...a bold side which only he seemed to bring forth.

And need met the need.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

They took time to cool off and spent the first few minutes in silence curled up to each other. Sanskaar listened in silence as Swara told him about the dinner plan and looked up at him in doubt. What if he has some other plans, she wondered.

"I will be there." Sanskaar readily agreed and watched her smile bloom. "I think 7.30 should do, Right?" And Swara nodded, beaming. Dinner with Bose family definitely sounded like a good idea. Sanskaar couldn't be happier at odds turning in his favour in such a short time.

"I am a vegetarian," he told her as a matter of fact.

"I know, "Swara jumped in excitedly. And your favourite is paneer, daal makhani ..and" She went on and on. Sanskaar watched her with a faint smile. He didn't question her how did she know all this, not after knowing her fascination with him from college days.

"Cesar salad is your favourite right! We will make that one too. "She finished excitedly.

"Sounds good! But I have a special demand." Sanskaar's next words had her in a fix. Idiot! Swara chided herself. You didn't even bother to ask him and just went on with your banter.

Sure! She said.

"How about some Maggi, Swara special?" He leaned forward with a wide grin. Dumbfounded first, embarrassed next Swara squeezed her eyes shut So every little detail of discussion on the terrace was given. Damn you Swara! Of all Maggie.

"Banavoge mere Liye," he asked taking her hand into his. It was no teasing but a simple endearing request, He wanted her to cook for him even if it's just a 2-minute noodle. She nodded, feeling the little thrill in her heart.

"Btw just dinner will not work. I need a special treat, Swara."

Swara looked at him puzzled. Treat? Sanskaar considered her with a smile went to his desk . and meanwhile Swara decided she liked the idea of a treat. Maybe she could take him out for a coffee, ask Laksh and Ragini to join them as well. She can't ignore the part Laksh played.

Her thoughts took a break as Sanskaar held few papers out to her and signalled to look in. Still puzzled, she scanned the first page. Her eyes widened first and all of sudden her vision blurred with a sheen of tears.

"This is the list of interns making to the Maheswari Group for jobs which went to colleges this morning. The 3rd name in the list looks quite familiar, No! And that's my fav too."

And it read Swara Bose.

She looked up her eyes full of happy tears. "I ..I get the job." She asked her lips trembling her heart still syncing in the news. All the hard work, all the hopes and dreams, she hinged on this job. This was a need for her at many levels. Professional, personal .. and financial. Now she could be a bit of help to the family, build a career of her own..and

He expected her to jump in glee or at least get into shock or surprise ...and he wouldn't have minded her trademark happy dance ..but tears. That's a thing to worry.

Hey! Swara! Sanskaar reached out to her.

"You have no clue what this means to me Sanskaar. I just can't tell you .. I " Not finding words she threw her arms around his neck and let herself loose all those welled up emotions bursting in the form of tears. Sanskaar wrapped her close in silence. No, he didn't have clue ...till this morning till he saw those valuable tears spilling out of her big doe eyes...tears of gratitude, happiness and overwhelming joy.

But now he does. "You deserve every bit of this Swara," he said softly, his hands soothing her. "You worked for it and earned it." And he felt glad for the part he played, in convincing his dad to let Swara have the job. Her name missing from the list would have broken her down. And that would be the last thing he would ever want to see.

"We never had any other source of income Sanskaar. "Swara mumbled midst tears soaking in comfort of his hands. "It was only Choti Maa who worked day and night for years to give us a comfortable life we are leading. When we lost Baba and Dadaji ... we were broken and lost. I have seen her struggle and I thought one day ..I would help her in every way I can. She pulled back " This is just the start of it."

Beyond the mist-filled eyes, her confidence shone. He couldn't be prouder of his girl. His thumb wiped a lingering tear over her cheek. "You will do great, Swara!" He smiled at the sparkle in her eyes and kissed her on the forehead implying all his affection and admiration he held for her.

"Main ... I mean I need to share this with Choti Maa. I have to go." Before Sanskaar could say a word, Swara picked her bag and dashed out of his cabin, leaving Sanskaar behind in a flash.

---------------------

Sanskaar tossed in chair restlessly. One minute she was in his arms .. and next minute she was out leaving him empty. He didn't even bid her proper bye, she didn't let him. What did he expect, A simple wave of hand .. a smile before she disappeared or mere words. Bye! He kept himself free first half and made Rosy reschedule a few meetings only because he wanted to be with Swara. Heck! He had many plans. He even thought of taking her out for a while to share an ice cream as his treat on her job.

"I will see you in the evening." His words didn't reach her as well as she disappeared.

Sanskaar usually wouldn't have bothered and dismissed it. She was probably excited and couldn't wait to share it with her family. But he felt a twinge of restlessness. A twinge of worry and he couldn't pinpoint the reason.

"Her family has always been Swara's weak spot." He recalled Ragini's words. What if her family doesn't approve of him, doesn't agree for this alliance. Sanskaar played with her scarf absentmindedly. She left it behind. Who would believe they shared such soul-stirring kiss just before sometime which left his senses scrambled.

And he couldn't decide what Swara Bose was. She could drive him crazy with a mere touch, wrench his heart with a tear, make him smile effortlessly and make him feel special of all and then toss him aside and make him feel non-existent in a minute. Every time she disappeared with no proper goodbye, it terrified him, as she would vanish again and he would be left yearning and waiting.

He couldn't do without Swara, he had no doubts. He needed her like air and water and the slight prospect of losing her didn't sit well with him.

Probably he's thinking more! Might be! Sanskaar agreed to push aside his wandering thoughts. Thinking doesn't take him anywhere only actions would. He can't delay any proposal further and need to move quickly. He can't trust her twisted family.

What would do the trick? Those 3 words. A solitaire or the sacred beads of his name All three in order would work wonders. He smiled. Soon.

Nothing or No one would snatch Swara away from him. Not even her family and he wondered if one day would come when Swara would choose him over her family if it comes down to it. He badly wished such day wouldn't exist where she has to choose. At that moment Sanskaar grudgingly admitted, he wished to be her topmost priority.

It might be unfair on his part ...but he had no intentions to be second!
