5,300 years ago a gem lived in Blue Diamond's court she gleamed with blue skin and pale blue hair streaked with pinks, and blues, and gleaming whites. She was beautiful. Special and the last of her kind. Moonstone. She was admired by all she was everything all the other members of her court wanted to be intellectual, beautiful, angelic, and loved, but she was cold and angry on the inside, admired from afar but lashed out at every gem that tried to get close. Then there was a war a long bloody war, she was lost in the calamity and was poofed and gone. Until now... 

"Garnet!,  I found another one!" Steven Universe yelled they had been hunting shattered and mutated gems for over 3 hours and they had found a lot of them, "Let me see it." Garnet removed her visor and looked at the poor mutation with pity, but the mutation took her by surprise and slapped her hand and crawled off and hid, it waited in some nearby brush.

 A few minutes later the boy came back "I'm not going to hurt you I just want to make you feel better." he said tears in his eyes than it remembered something, a gem so beautiful but it was cracked and on this island, the dismembered hand beckoned to the boy, he followed, he was led to the spring which fed into the waterfall that cascaded down thru the island, the hand beckoned to the bottom of the pool, the boys eyes went wide, the mutation's work was done it knew if it couldn't be saved, at least a cracked gem maybe could. It went limp and waited to go to a better place.

Steven stood and stared it was a gem, another gem, sitting at the bottom of this pool. He was apprehensive, he remembered Bismuth, he released her but she could never find peace in knowing that Homeworld wasn't totally decimated. 

He sighed and then he took the plunge. The water was surprisingly warm but as he drew closer to the gem the water became like ice, he finally emerged with a bubbled gem and tapped it before any of his friends saw it. 

Steven was at home making a Peanut Butter Sandwich eating Chaaaaaps and watching Crying Breakfast Friends when there was a knock somewhere in the temple, he followed the noise until he came up in the bubble chamber of the temple

His pink bubble that held the blue cracked gem was knocking against the wall and glowing. It began to move itself scraping along the wall until it came to a sharp out jutting rock at then the bubble popped, and the gem fell to the ground.

Steven ran towards it and quickly slapped his hand dripping with magic saliva the gem started to glow and healed instantly and the crack disappeared. Before he could bubble it the gem started to glow and it began to reform. When the transformation stopped a thin gem with a glowing blue stone embedded in her chest hovered in the air for a few mere seconds and fell to the ground.
