I've seen a lot of negative comments made by people on this app and it's growing to an alarming rate. People are being cruel to themselves, not just towards one another.
Either or isn't good. It just brings people down and it's not nice that were so against one another and ourselves.
So I want to bring more positivity up in here. We deserve to have something that can bring a smile to someone's face or make someone feel so warm and fuzzy inside. We need people feeling good and actually remembering that we, ourselves, matter just as much as we matter to other people.
I believe it's quite awful that we don't adore ourselves enough, we instead tend to hate ourselves. It's crucial that we look out for ourselves as well as one another. We must maintain this mindset in a constructive manner and never forget it.
It enhances our motivation, attitude, and even our health, as well as how we behave with others and ourselves if you embrace this mindset of being kinder to ourselves. If we improve ourselves and love ourselves, we can see a change and a difference it makes when we have a positive attitude and outlook. This can make someone or ourselves feel more confident in our own abilities than we can ever imagine us ever accomplishing.
Additionally, I would like to share a few quotes that I believe would be helpful to everyone who reads them, looks at this book, and is inspired to reflect more deeply about themselves.
These quotes that I am speaking of are to help those who need some positivity in their life. To help them remember that they matter, that they are worth it, to drive motivation, to create and warm fuzzy feeling in someone, while putting a smile on someone's face.
I want to accomplish this and help people understand that we need to appreciate our own selves more and we need to drive ourselves into having a more positive outlook in life. We need to start living life for ourselves and living it with the mindset of having peace and spreading positivity wherever we go while cultivating a deep sense of inner peace.

The reason I wanted to make this book was to simply remind individuals that they should value themselves more. We need to start thinking more highly of ourselves and love ourselves more. This mindset of hating ourselves and being envious or jealous of others can make us lose sight on who we actually are. We need to stop thinking about others and start focusing more on ourselves and what we have and can achieve.
We matter. You matter. Your well-being matters. Yourself matters. You, us, we, we need to start being reminded of that and we need to start allowing ourselves to know that we matter and we need to start allowing us to feel it.
We are all different from one another for a reason. If we were all the same this world would be so boring. This is why I am working to construct this book. The app needs to see more positive content, thus I wanted to share more optimism on it.
There is so much negativity in the app that it has an impact on everyone's mood. It truly has the power to turn a good day into the worst day. So I think to me it's important to shed some light to a situation that is on-going and isn't being addressed enough.
