yes, i have come out of my cave to present some more graphics i have created...finally. i know it's been a year since i've updated anything on here (let alone the portfolio). but, literally right after the first batch of goodies, i got right to making some more. these have been months in the making and i'm just getting finished wrapping up a few of them and i couldn't wait any longer, i just had to share them with you all!

i made album concept for faIIenfruits. i had recently read SUBPEONA GOD at the time of making this (since then, it has been unpublished) and i had always wanted to experiment with this grunge, sci-fi style of graphics and i just knew it was the perfect one to do it with. i totally imagine this album having an 80s-90s sound: lots of experimental, dance, synth-pop. think DAWN FM by the weeknd and CRASH by charli xcx, certainly a night album with the main singles being played at clubs. similar to what charli did for crash, i can totally envision valentina embodying this femme fatale, vamp, sort of evil persona that emulates that of a female version of the weeknd. it also matches the vibes of the album:  very vampiric, seductive yet empowering, with a big emphasis on the religious undertones. it's hot and slaying and i lot it. even though this is definitely out of my comfort zone when it comes to graphics, i'm super happy with the results and i hope you enjoy it too, dani!

ok now these are supposed to be surprise gifts (because i have the inability to make anything for myself), but bayports was the exception to this rule and because i love you.

now this one has been months and i mean MONTHS in the making (like waaayyyy back in the beginning of june). we talked about this back then, but i just really needed to make something and i absolutely adore UNSPUN and the concept. i know you've been going through some stuff rn and i just wanted to make a little something for you. now, this idea had been floating around my mind for a while and so i decided to just go with it.

if anyone recognizes the next one, it's because it is heavily (emphasise on the heavily) inspired by the packaging of rosalia's MOTOMAMI. i don't particularly like her but that packaging was just absolutely freaking gorgeous omg! it is so grunge yet so put together and professional at the same time and the concept fits perfectly with the vibe of the album so much and i had just found some images from a photoshoot of the absolutely talented kim cheonga (ik not the faceclaim but it was too perfect not to use). it just all fell into place. absolute perfection. *chef's kiss* mwah. honestly, probably one of my favorites since i got to play around to much with scans and pdfs and such. i hope you enjoy the graphic as much as i do!

okay i wasn't expecting to make this but i did it because i'm in love with this story and i wanted to do something nice for you anj.

also i found this photoshoot done by @xiuxiukong on twitter and it was perfect for this concept. this album's vibes are really giving FOLKLORE, PUNISHER by phoebe bridgers, ALL IS WELL by sam amidon, MICHIGAN by sufjan stevens, and the works of joni mitchell. basically folk, running down a hill in a gingham farmhouse dress and straw hat core. i've always wanted to do an album with this concept and i just knew COLLATERAL DAMAGE was the perfect one to do it for.
