Season 1's Abstract
Hey, this is Dante, doing what I do best in spite of rhyme or reason. Talking to you all when I shouldn't be, except this is what I've been tasked with. I'll be giving you, the reader, a rundown of what's happened so far in case any of you are having a hard time remembering the important details. Be mindful though. This isn't a great substitute to reading the story. But let's be real here, there is a lot and it's not for people with a short attention span. Still, reading all of it is very necessary. Vote on the episodes you like while you're at it, if you don't mind.
Anyway, the general gist is that I, Dante Einsburn, have embarked on a journey of FRIENDSHIP! Not too many things are known about me, aside that I'm related to the Einsburn Family. They are a group of Spellcasters with major influence in the world, and if anybody stands against them, there will be dire consequences. Funnily enough, that's where I come in. I have a pretty big issue with my own family and I'm in the process of figuring out how to resolve that in a violent way. No worries. Not many people will miss them, considering they are practically the root of an ongoing war that has dragged almost everyone in this planet into it. Them and the Trailblaze Organization.
Now, I'm not doing this to save the world. I'm just trying to hash out a personal grudge. If I end up sparing the populace from such a miserable life of constant conflict between fellow Spellcasters, and even regular humans, then that's a huge bonus. However, there is no real hurry for me and I need strong allies. Luckily, I came across Ilya Henseka from the get-go, and although my first impression of her was mostly indifference, she quickly gained my respect. So much that I placed a seal on her forehead with my Forbidden Sealing Glove. That way I couldn't hear her thoughts thanks to an ability I inherited, which is devoid of magic. Good thing too since, despite being apart of a prestigious Spellcaster Family, I don't have a shred of magic inside me. Also, by marvelous convenience, Ilya was in search of a powerful ally to join the residents of Velkry, her home city.
Thanks to that, I managed to begin the gradual progression of achieving my goal. Sure, there were some people in Velkry who were against being involved with me, including two of the three members of Velkry's Royal Council. But after some persuasion that was done by me holding my own versus several Spellcasters, like Ilya's older brother, and the revelation that I have one of God's Power Gloves: Breaker, I was given a mission to obtain their acceptance. This is how I met Yuki, a princess with a split personality named Yui who is the pure definition of badass whenever she interjects into a fight. Yuki's really cool as well. Just a bit on the bratty side, however, I wouldn't tell her that. Ilya already points that out enough.
Finishing with the job bestowed upon myself and Ilya, Yuki becomes part of our small team as we steadily journey back to Velkry. On the way, I and my Hellfire Fiend dispose of some affiliates of the Saints Organization. A spellcaster group that are on my list of people not to like for personal reasons. Long story.
Eventually, after meeting a lovely couple, I find myself confronted by a member of the Trailblaze Organization called Trace. He has been searching for me, compliments of my family inquiring the organization's services. We have ourselves a fun fight, I win of course and invite Trace into our group due to me being aware that he wants to betray the leader of his organization. Plus, he would make a great comrade. He denies that will happen, but I won't acknowledge that.
As we continue on our way, Sano comes into our lives and he's just amazing. A dude who's well-versed in utilizing a staff named Ruyi Jingu Bang. He's labeled as an abomination by the folks of his village, but I couldn't disagree more. His prowess is simply incredible! I had myself an enjoyable race with him before all five of us went into a battle against Enshin's Disciples, whom I and Ilya became somewhat familiar from the day we first met in addition to us needing to fight other members for the mission we embarked on. Once that conflict was settled, Sano happily integrated into our mini gang, and soon after, I decided that we travelled sufficiently the old fashioned way. So I created a seal to bring us to Velkry.
Well, there it is! All caught up! At least it's something to refresh the reader's noggin. On to the start of Season 2!
