I drove up the lane where Noah's party was at. It seems There were a lot of people already here and it was only 9 p.m. 

I called Natalie to aks here where she was. She answers after a few rings.

˝ Hi, Emily we are just abut there meet us in front of the house˝ 

˝ Okay see you.˝ I say as I start to walk to the house. It was really cold today and I already regretted wearing this dress, no matter how nice it looked.

I waited at the driveway and the house looked huge. I mean you can have a party in the winter if the house is this big. There were a bunch of people outside tho, mostly smoking. 

Then a hand on my shoulder brings out of my thoughts. 

˝Hi there pretty girl,˝ Natalie smiles at me. ˝Are we ready to party?˝ She says as she moves her hips.

˝Yea just want to get out of this cold.˝ I say as I wrap my arms around me.

We proceeded to go inside and when we step inside we are hit with warm air mixed with a sweaty smell.

We look around and I don't see anyone familiar but Natalie is already being pulled away. Liam is standing close to her and follow her. I think they are her schoolmates. I also follow her since I don't feel like I will find Noah and I am just a bit lost at parties. 

We got ride of our coats and I felt people look at me when I took mine of. I knew I shouldn't have to wear this dress. I am starting to feel self-conscious. Natalie and Liam are in deep conversation with another couple and I don't want to intrude so I decide to find the bathroom to get away a little.

As I am walking tru the crowd a familiar voice speaks behind me.

˝Hey there stranger,˝ he says and I turn around.

˝Noah hi,˝ I offer a smile. I was actually glad to run into him.

˝Wow you look absolutely amazing!˝ he says and I blush a little and look at my feet not knowing what to say.

˝Come with me lets get you a drink,˝ He says and I follow him. When we come to the room I see the two guys from the cafe, Mason and Joshua I think...

˝Hi guys,˝ I say to them and smile. They wave back at me and continue to drink from their cups.

Another guy is standing beside them. But he is turned away but I could swear I know him...

˝ Guys, you already know Emily,˝ Noah says and then the other guy turns around. OMG Ethan

I stare at him with my eyes wide from the shock. I don't know what to say. I don't know if he wants his friends to know we already know each other so I just stare at him and what he will do.

But he is just looking at me from head to toe. His face holds no expression. Noah is handing me a drink and I gratefully take it. And take a sip. I will just drink a little because I still need to drive myself home but I just feel like right now I need a little buzz.

˝ Thank you, Noah,˝ I say and convert my gaze bach to him as I don't really know if I should look at Ethan. 

˝ Where do you two know each other from?˝ Ethan casually asks.

˝ Oooooo we go way back with Emily,˝ he says as he winks at me. I could swear I saw Ethan's jaw clench at the answer. I just offer a small smile.

˝So are you alone or did you come with a friend?˝ Mason asks me.

˝ I came with two friends but they meet some people and I lost them,˝ I say as I scratch the back of my neck.

Mason just nods at me with a straight face.  I felt a bit awkward with Ethan still staring at me.

˝Oh wow I am sorry, this is Ethan by the way,˝ Noah says pointing at him. 

˝This party is kind of for him,˝ he adds.

˝Hi Ethan I say,˝ offering a smile. ˝ is it your birthday ?˝ I add. and they start to laugh.

˝ No it is actually a goodby party...... for his leg,˝ Noah says and starts to laugh, both Mason and Joshua roll their eyes and Ethan has a smirk on his face.

I am lost of words, I mean what does a person say to that?! good for you ?!

˝Oh amm that is different,˝ I say tilting my head a little.

They start to talk to each other and I feel the need to leave this situation. ˝ Excuse me for a little bit,˝ I say looking at them and then proceed to leave the room.

I come to the room and open it is empty so I step inside and close the door. I shouldn't have to come. I feel like I don't belong here. I try texting Natalie where they are but I get no reply so I text Liam.

Then the door suddenly opens and there stands Ethan. I just look at him and wait.

˝What are you doing here?˝ he says and his tone is accusing.

˝I didn't know you would be here!˝ I say honestly. ˝ Noah ask me to come and I thought I might stop by a little.˝ I say looking at him.

˝Well I don't want people knowing about you being my nurse!˝ He spits at me.  And I feel a little anger. I mean okay I know he probably doesn't want to be reminded about his problems even on the weekend but I have just as much right to be here as he does.

˝First of all, I am not your nurse but an  Occupational therapist,  second of all you don't have to be rude I didn't know you would be here and even if you are here doesn't mean I can't be here you do understand that?˝ I say a little annoyed.

˝ Well I don't want you here and this is my party so you should just leave!˝ He says and I just don't know what to think. I thought we were starting to get along and now he is acting like I was the last person he wants to see.

I just sigh and walk towards him because he is standing in front of the door. When I stand right in front of him I am looking down at the floor. ˝ Move!˝ I say not looking at him.

He doesn't move. So I step around him. ˝ It is nice seeing you up without the crutches, your walking is getting much better,˝ I say as I am leaving the room.

I can feel him turn around to say something but I don't give him the chance. I walk down the stairs and tru the door. 

I look at the phone and see that Liam has called and texted me saying that they already left since Natalie wasn't feeling well. She probably drank to much.

I sigh and get in my car.
