Today was a special day for Taehyung, as it was his birthday. He had been eagerly awaiting this day, anticipating the love and wishes he would receive from his friends and loved ones. But there was one person in particular whose wishes meant the world to him - Y/n.

However, as the day progressed, Taehyung noticed that all his friends and even some acquaintances had already showered him with their birthday wishes. Yet, Y/n remained silent, not uttering a single word. 

Just then, he heard the sound of Y/n's voice coming from the other room. 

Y/n- Tae, can you please come here? Jin and Hoseok need your help with something.

Curiosity piqued, Taehyung followed Jin and Hoseok to the living room, where he found Y/n holding a folder filled with papers.

Taehyung- What's going on?

Taehyung asked, still unsure of what the surprise could be.

Y/n smiled at him and said, 

Y/n- Taehyung, Hoseok and Jin want you to accompany them to an important business event today. 

Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, not expecting such a turn of events. He had imagined spending the day with Y/n, but now he found himself torn between staying and going to the event.

Hoseok nudged him playfully.

Hoseok- Come on, Tae! It's not every day that you get to be the secret weapon in a business negotiation. Plus, we know how much you love playing the charmer!

Unable to resist, Taehyung agreed to go with them, albeit a little reluctantly.

Taehyung- Alright, I'll go with them.

He replied with a sigh.

As they arrived at the venue, Taehyung was hit by a wave of boredom. He didn't understand why Hoseok and Jin had dragged him along. It felt like torture, being surrounded by people he barely knew.

Taehyung stepped into the garden, guided only by the soft glow of candlelight. His heart raced with anticipation as he wondered what awaited him.

As his eyes adjusted to the dimness, he noticed figures huddled together near a beautifully decorated table. It was his family, gathered under a large tree. His grandfather, brother, sister-in-law, and y/n were all there, smiling mischievously.

"Surprise!" they shouted in unison, laughing and clapping their hands. Taehyung's eyes widened, and a grin etched across his face.

Taehyung- What's all this?

He asked, his voice filled with excitement and curiosity.

Jin, stepped forward.

Jin- It's your birthday, Tae! We decided to throw you a surprise party.

His heart skipped a beat as the realization sunk in. All these people had gathered for him, to celebrate his birthday. The tensions that had gripped him for so long suddenly evaporated, replaced by a newfound understanding.

Taehyung- But I completely forgot! How did you guys manage to keep it a secret?

Irene giggled and winked.

Irene- Well, we had to be quite sneaky, but it was all worth it to see the look on your face.

G/Kim- You have always shown so much love and care towards all of us, my dear grandson. Now it's time for us to show you just how much you mean to us.

Taehyung- Thank you, Grandpa. This means the world to me.

T/d- You know, Tae, you've always been a source of joy for us. We couldn't be prouder of the person you've become.

He said, his eyes filled with affection. His mom nodded in agreement.

T/m- And your smile can light up an entire room. We're so lucky to have you as our son.

Jimin patted Taehyung's back, a genuine smile on his face.

Jimin- Happy birthday, Tae. May this year bring you endless joy and success.

Ana- Don't forget that we'll always be here for you, supporting you through thick and thin.

Hoseok, unable to contain his enthusiasm, chimed in.

Hoseok- And I hope this birthday brings you closer to someone special. You deserve all the love in the world.

Taehyung- Thank you, guys.

He murmured, his voice filled with genuine gratitude.

Lastly, Y/n walked up to Taehyung, a mix of affection and uncertainty in her gaze.

Y/n- Happy birthday, Taehyung. I hope this year, mark the beginning of a brighter future for both of us.

Taehyung felt his heart skip a beat at her words.

Taehyung- I hope so too, Y/n. Thank you for everything.

Jin stepped forward, clasping him on the shoulder.

Jin- And let's not forget about Y/n. She put in a lot of effort to make this happen.

After blowing out the candles, Jimin, piped up,

Jimin- Bro, make a wish! We hope it comes true for you!

Taehyung closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and wished silently. Suddenly, the room was filled with a sense of mischief as Taehyung's eyes flickered open mischievously. 

Taehyung- I wished for something special.

Y/n couldn't resist asking, 

Y/n- And what might that be?

Taehyung's dimples deepened as he teased,

Y/n- Ah, that's a secret, Y/n. But I have a feeling it'll come true soon.

Hoseok chimed in, an impish grin spreading across his face.

Hoseok- Now, Taehyung, we've got something else planned for you. Our mothers have cooked up a delicious feast just for you, including your favorite dishes!

Taehyung's stomach rumbled at the mere mention of food, and he followed Hoseok towards the table, his excitement growing with every step. As he sat down amongst his loved ones, they laughed, shared stories, and made new memories.

Over dinner, Y/N leaned in closer to Taehyung, her voice laced with tender emotion.

Y/n- Taehyung, we wanted to make sure your birthday was extra special. You deserve all the love and joy in the world.

Taehyung's eyes locked with Y/N's, his heart overflowing with affection for the girl who had become the most important person in his life.

Taehyung- I don't know how you managed to keep this a secret but thank you. This is the best birthday I've ever had, and it's all because of you.

He replied softly.

Y/n- I'm just glad I could make it special for you. You mean everything to me, Taehyung.

She reached into her bag, pulled out a beautifully wrapped box, and handed it to Taehyung.

Y/n- I hope you like it.

Taehyung unwrapped the gift with eager anticipation. Inside the box was a stunning watch, carefully chosen to match his unique style. He was speechless, unable to believe his luck.

Taehyung- Y/n, this is incredible. Thank you.

Y/n blushed.

Y/n- I'm glad you like it, Tae. But more than anything, I'm just happy to see you so happy.

As the night continued, everyone settled around the table, engaging in lively conversations and sharing stories. The atmosphere was full of warmth and love. Taehyung couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the outpouring of affection from his family and friends.
