i think this might be the second or third last chapter?? Its kinda sad having to say goodbye to the story so soon, so idk i might continue it. Make it just fluff fluff fluff etc. Anyways.. enjoy this chapter!**

Kris' P.O.V.

**magic time skIP of mAgiCness to saturday morning, 8:37AM.**

I wake up to the blazing sun shining through the loungeroom window. I fell asleep on the couch last night after coming home. I think it was because Toriel was home and I didn't want to deal with her shit. I hear distant snoring noises, telling me that Toriel is still upstairs and asleep in her room.

I creep upstairs and into my room to quicly get dressed. I put on my swimsuit, taking a second to admire it in the mirror, before covering my top half with a tied up shirt. I put on a massive jacket and my offwhite platform sneakers, no socks and no shorts, as the swimmers are enough anyways. Quickly shoving things into my bag, I notice the sound of Toriel getting upand ready to go.

"Kris!" She yells
"Hiya!" I yell back, all goodie-goodie.
"Can you get out of the house today honey? I'm hosting a work meeting!" She yells. I'm pleasantly surprised. Finally my mums volunteered to do some good on earth.
"I wasn't planning on staying!" I yell back at her.
"Where are you gonna head off to today?" She asks like a curious child.
"Delta Beach! Me and my friends are going for a swim. And tomorrow I'm going to a christmas party!"
"Oh! Even better! Take your time!" I roll my eyes. "It's not a work meeting, is it mum?"
"Thats for me to know." She says bursting into my room. She looks me up and down. "That's my girl. Dress to impress." She says, pinching my cheek.
"The milk tea in the fridge yesterday. You forgot to label it. You put alchohol in it." I say, stuffing a white towel into my bag.
"Awe bubba i'm sorry!" She whimpers. She sounds like she's still drunk.
"Well i'm gonna head off. Theres cup-o-noodles and a microwave butter chicken in the freezer for whatever boyfriend you're bringing over. Enjoy my nonexistent presence and i'll be back at.. let's say 10." I say, grabbing my phone and heading out the door. I sound like a mum.
"I love youu!" She whimpers.
"Yeah right!" I yell back, and start walking to the beach. It's an easy walk, because everything is so close in Deltarune. I check the time.

8:52

As I walk for a bit, I see Noelle on the other side of the road. I wave to her and she walks over.

"Hiya! You always dress so nicely!" She says, looking me up and down. I smile.
"What can I say? I strive to do my best!" I say sarcastically.
"Now if only you had that attitude for school, eh?" She nudges me and we keep walking. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away, so we get there in no time to find no Susie. No anyone. Noelle stares and I do too as I take out my phone to text susie.

K : BITCH WEVE GOT THE ENTIRE BEACH TO OURSELVES THERES NO ONE HERE.

I get an instant reply.

S : IM STILL WALKIN GIMME A SEC LMAO

I turn off my phone and walk down the (mouth-watering) mossy steps. Noelle follows suit and I hear distant yelling.

"YEET!" I hear Susie yell behind me as she puts her arm around my shoulder.
"How good is this!" I yell, gesturing to the beach. Noelle puts down her shit next to the steps and Susie and I do so too. I take off my jacket qnd everyone else starts taking off their clothes too. Noelle is wearing this ~

As they both undress  **this sounds like one hell of a porno so please McExcuse me**  all I can think about is how fucking hot she looks in her swimsuit.

"You look like a fucking model." I say in awe.

"Not too bad yourself, dork." She says, putting up her hair in a high ponytail.

I look down at myself, suddenly feeling self conscious about what I was wearing. I try to ignore it and give her a warm smile anyways. She smiles back at me. Suddenly Noelle grabs my wrist and starts dragging me to the water. She lets go and lets me run on my own, with Susie right behind me.

I hesitate, coming to a halt at the waters edge. Susie and Noelle, on the other hand, dunk themselves into the water and get completley drenched.

"It's really coldd!!" I squeal, dipping my toes into the water. Susie gets up out of the water, wraps her arms around my waist and drags me into the water as Noelle laughs her ass off. Susie sits up, me still in her arms. I feel my cheeks burn being so close to her and I laugh to hide the embarassment. I notice a few other people joining us on the beach, but no one we know personally. Susie lets go of me and I splash my face with water, thinking it'll stop me from blushing. My cheeks stop burning and I look up.

"There's a fish and chips shop up there." I say, pointing to a cafe at the top of the boardwalk. I'm hungry.
"Come to think of it, I haven't had breakfast yet!" Noelle says, probably hungry too.
"Lets go then!" Susie out of nowhere, grabs me and put me on her shoulders like a little kid.
"Susie!!" I squeal, holding on for dear fucking life. She leans back as a joke and I scream out with laughter.
"You're screaming as if i'm gonna kill you!" She yells and starts running up to the boardwalk. Noelle follows and annoyingly snaps a quick picture of me and Susie. I put my head on hers as she runs up the stairs to the boardwalk. Once she gets up the stairs, she stops running.
"I could honestly fall asleep here.. your hair is so bushy it's like a lil pillow" I say, playing with her hair. Susie laughs.
"Jesus please don't."
I make fake snoring noises and she leans back a little, making me squeal and Noelle rush behind her just in case I really fell.
"Susie stopp!" Noelle yells, laughing.
"Please don't let go." I say, breathing heavily from the shock.
"I'd never." She says and I smile, still leaning on her head. Noelle makes an UWU face at Susie and I notice and roll my eyes.

"So who's paying? Cuz it's not me!" I yell, stretching my arms and quickly holding onto Susie again. Noelle waves her wallet in the air.
"I will!" She squeaks. I make an 'ok' sign with my hand.
"Can I get down now?" I ask Susie, dangling my head in front of hers.
"Thought you asked me to not drop you." She says sarcastically, and leans back a bit again. I scream.
"Drop me then!" I yell and Susie puts me down with a smirk on her face.
"I felt like a little kid for a second." I say, stretching my arms out.
"You are a little kid, dork." Susie says, ruffling my hair. I smile at her and walk into the cafe followed by the two of them.
The cafe is small and beachy, and has an aroma of fresh bread and salt water. Unlike the cleaning shit and burnt food odour of our corner cafe. I walk up to the counter with Noelle.
"C-can you.."
"Pay?" I finish her sentence. She's not good at talking to people she doesn't know. She gives me an awkward smile and hands me a $20 note.
"What do you guys want?" I ask, turning around to see Susie and Noelle.
"Croissant?" Noelle asks.
"Vanilla milkshake? I already ate.." susie says. Of course her mum made her breakfast.
I look back at the cashier and hes already put down what they said.
"And i'll get a banana bread pleeease." I say, handing him the 20 dollar note. We wait at the pick up area, grab our food and start walking back down to the beach.
"So uhh.. what are you guys wearing tomorrow?" Noelle asks, chomping on her croissant.
"I'm not sure, really.." I say, taking little bites out of my banana bread to savour it.
"Knowing you Kris, it'll be trendy at the least." Susie says.
"Agreed." Noelle says.
"I'm not that trendy.."
They both give me a weird look and Noelle jokingly gestures to my body.
"Hm?!" She hums. I roll my eyes and keep walking.
"What about you, Susie? You're not the type of person to wear a dress or anything I presume.." I say.
"Probably just.. a button up? I don't know i'll figure that out tomorrow."
"Sounds like a plan." I say sarcastically. "What about you Noelle?"
"CHRISTMAS SWEATERRR!!" She yells, throwing her hands in the air. Susie and I laugh.
"How did I know?" Susie says, trying to stop laughing.
We walk down the stairs to the beachand I check the time on my phone.

9:57

I shrug and chuck my phone in my bag, before taking out a black speaker and waving it in the air.
"Music, anyone?" I ask as Susie and Noelle lay down three towels on the sand. Nelle sqieals a little and nods her head and Susie gives me a 'go for it' look. I connect the blue tooth speaker to my phone and put on Get You by Daniel Caesar.
"KRIS! NOT THIS SONG!" Noelle yells, flattening out the towels.
"Oh so you know this song!" I give her a sarcastic smile. Susie just laughs and I know she knows what the song is.

**kinda lewd lyrics.. skip until the next authors note and i'll recap it lmao**

"I like the song, but the lyrics are.. just." I can tell shes getting uncomfortable, so I play along and start singing it.
"Everyything I neeeed is~" I sing.
"STOPP!" Noelle yells at me.
"Between thooose thiiiighs~" Noelle gets flustered and runs up to me to cover my dirty mouth.
"And when we're makin loove~" Susie sings and Noelle puts her hands over her ears. I join in and we're just singing this sing about sex and i'm about to cry of laughter.
"YOUR CRIES THEY CAN BE HEEARD FROM FAAAAR AND WIIIIIDE!" Susie and I sing in unison and stop. Noelle gets up and hits the both of us. I just keep on laughing at her reaction.

**ok recap susie and kris just sang the song about sexual stuff and made noelle super uncomfortable.**

I keep playing the song and I hum the lyrics to myself as Noelle talks to Susie.

Susies P.O.V.

"Please don't do that ever again." Noelle pleaded. I was still laughing at her reaction.
"Yeah yeah.." I shrug. She goes silent for a second then stares at me with beady little eyes.
"So have you asked her out yet?" She whispers and I honestly want to hit her in the head.
"No, Idiot! Being gay isn't a thing you know! I dunno if you noticed the problem? She's straight!" I whisper-yell.
"She's never mentioned it!" Noelle says. She's right. She hasn't mentioned anything about her sexuality.
"But it's not everyday you come across a girl you like that is actually gay!"
"What if she is?"
"Well i'm not asking."
"Fine. I'll ask."
"Don't! That'd be mean!"
"Mean my butt. I wanna know!"
"Don't-"
"Kris!" She yells. I roll my eyes.
"Yo!" Kris yells back, not even looking up from her phone.
"What's your sexuality?" Noelle yells. I stare at her in horror, but she's not looking at me. Kris looks at the sky like she's thinking.
"I think i'm gay, but i'd go out with a boy anyday." She says, looking back down at her phone like it's nothing. I'm shocked and relieved and happy all at the same time.
"So you're bi?" Noells asks.
"Sure why not?" She replies, not even looking up from her phone.
Noelle looks back at me and nudges my arm.
"Don't judge a book by it's cover, eh?" She whispers. I mentally thank her for getting me that valuable piece of information.
"Sooo.. how are you gonna ask her out?" Noelle asks excitedly. I feel my cheeks go hot.
"U-uh.. I'm.. not planning anything.." I say very awkwardly. Luckily Kris walks up to us and interrupts the conversation. She looks straight at my face.
"What's got Barney over here looking like a tomato?" I hear her mumble to Noelle. She laughs.
"Talkin about her crush!" Noelle yells. I so badly want to just punch her in the face but I can't. Because she's Noelle.
"You like someone?" Kris looks at me in surprise.
"Y-yeah I guess.." I say, not wanting to lie to her.
"Who?!" She asks the dreaded question I knew was coming.
"N-no one you'd be worried about." I laugh nervously. I've never been this awkward in my entire life.
"C'mon.. tell me!" She whines.
"No." I say sternly. She takes a quick glance at Noelle, who luckily keeps her mouth shut and just shakes her head.
"Fine fine.. but i'll find out sooner or later." She says, waving her hand in the air.
"Oh you will.." Noelle says quietly. I kick her foot.
"So.. off topic because I don't want to have to mention crushes anymore but.. can we go for a shell walk? I'm bored and I brought a jar to fill."  Kris says, holding a glass mason jar in her hand. I completley ignore what she said.
"Sure.." I say. The burning feeling rises off my cheeks and I feel blessed with normalness.
"Yes!" Noelle squeals and follows Kris to the water along the beach. I follow too and we walk along the beach, just having a good time.

**OK sO ima just leave it there and magictimeskip to the party next chapter beCaUSE im a lazy writer. Ily were nearly at 300 reads because for some reason people actually read this shit. Ok ok cya next chapter.**
