Meanwhile, Ishan spent time practicing, perfecting his skills for the upcoming IPL. His days went by sweat drenched practices and strategic team meetings.

Despite their packed schedules, they both knew that they supported each other from afar. Though time zones and commitments separated them, their bond remained unbreakable.

The IPL started with electrifying energy and Aditi watched the matches from the comfort of her home, her enthusiasm growing with each thrilling wins. She wanted to experience the atmosphere of a live stadium as she had never attended a match before.

Just as she was imagining the roar of the crowd, her phone buzzed with an incoming call from Ishan.

"Oyeee! Heroine, kya kar rahi hain?" Ishan's voice echoed through the line.

"Kuch bhi toh nhi. Matches dekh rahi hoon." Aditi said as she settled into the conversation.

Ishan shared his cricket schedule and practice, detailing about upcoming matches. Aditi listened intently, her mind racing with excitement.

As he spoke, an idea struck her. "Wait, why don't I attend one of his matches?" she thought, imagining herself cheering him on from the stands.

Just as she was mentally planning her visit to the match, Ishan interrupted her thoughts.

"Aur phir yeh important match hain against RCB and then KKR."

Aditi's eyes sparkled with a hint of determination and curiosity.

"Uh, where's your next match?" She asked, her voice tinged with eagerness.

"I have to see. I'll send you the schedule but why this sudden interest in it?" Ishan asked, his curiosity piqued.

Aditi's response was playfully nonchalant. "Aise hi. Want to know so that I can cheer the loudest."

In her mind, a surprise plan unfolded. She envisioned herself attending MI matches and cheering along with the fans.

Ishan's heart swelled with appreciation but his tone was teasing. "You would do that for me, really?"

Aditi responded with a simple "yes."

Ishan and Aditi wrapped up their conversation and he promptly sent his schedule. Aditi scanned the dates and location, the glow of the smartphone illuminated her face. Her eyes widened as she realised his next match was in her hometown. Against RR, after a day.

Excitement coursed through her veins, mind racing with possibilities. "Yeh toh aur bhi acha hain. Flights ki tickets book nhi karni padegi..waise bhi I am familiar with this place."

Her thoughts then shifted to the travelling schedule. "Jaaungi kaise? Kisi ko le ke chalti hoon. Company mil jayega."

Aditi eagerly began preparing for her surprise plan, researching the stadium seats. She called her friend to ask if she's free that day.

"Chalna na, maza aayega. Besides, let's surprise him at this match." Aditi said.

"Theek hain. But jaana kab hain?" Her friend asked.

Aditi opened the schedule again to confirm. "Parso!" She beamed.

Her friend offered advice to her. "Make sure we arrive early and don't reveal until the perfect moment."

Aditi sighed and replied. "Of course." She hung up the call and mentally rehearsed her plan.

Match day arrived and Aditi got ready to leave for the bus stand.

"Mom, dad! I am coming from the match." Aditi informed.

Her parents exchanged surprise glances.

"When did you plan this?" Her mother inquired.

Aditi's enthusiasm was contagious. "Day before yesterday I came to know. It's a first ever IPL match here."

Her dad raised an eyebrow. "Really invested in cricket these days?"

Aditi nodded. "Please let me go."

Just then, her brother, Yash walked into the room.

"Mom, dad! Let her go," he said. "She has booked tickets and now it would be wasted."

Aditi's eyes met his, gratitude shining within.

Her parents exchanged glances and then agreed.

"Alright, go," her father said with a smile. "But remember, dinner bhi karna hain warna main kha lunga."

Aditi nodded reassuringly and went to hug her parents, thanking them.

Yash whispered to Aditi. "Have fun. Take a lot of photos."

Aditi grinned mischievously. "I have a surprise planned."

Aditi arrived at the bus stand, spotting her friend amidst the crowd. They exchanged quick hugs.

"Finally! We are going to a stadium." Her friend exclaimed.

"And to cheer Ishan on." Aditi added with a grin.

They boarded the bus, buzzing with excitement. As they travelled, they both reviewed their plan.

"You can surprise him during breaks." Her friend reminded.

Aditi nodded, her heart racing.

As they entered the stadium, they both were swept up in electric energy, the air filled with excitement.

"Wow! This is amazing." Her friend exclaimed.

"I know right. Let's find out seats." Aditi's eyes sparkled.

They navigated through the crowd, their tickets guiding them to their seats. As they settled, Aditi's eyes scanned the field, her heart skipping a beat as she spotted Ishan warming up.

"There he is." Aditi said, pointing to Ishan.

Her friend grinned. "You will surprise him and he will love it!"

The umpire's whistle blew, signalling the start of the match. Aditi's heart raced as Ishan took to field, his focused expression evident.

Aditi grabbed her friend's hand. "Yay! Let's cheer."

Her voice joined the chorus of fans, shouting Ishan and Rohit's name as they entered for opening. The stadium vibrated with energy and its lights casted a golden glow.

The first few overs passed swiftly, MI performing impressively. Aditi's anxiety grew, mixed with growing optimism.

Ishan's bat swung powerfully, aiming for a six but the opponent fielder, took his position and grasped the ball.

"No! Not now." Aditi exclaimed, her voice laced with dismay.

Her friend offered comforting words. "He played well. His team will rally."

As Ishan walked off the field, his expression was a mix of frustration and resolve.

As the second innings break was announced, Aditi's excitement surged. She grabbed her friend's hand, eyes sparkling with determination.

"Let's go! Surprise him." She exclaimed.

They both made their way to the dressing area, Aditi's heart racing with anticipation. However, their plan was halted by a stern security guard.

"Sorry, ladies. No access to the dressing room."

Aditi's face fell, disappointment washing over her. She persisted, explaining her plan. The security guard's expression softened but his stance remained unwavering.

"Rules are rules! Maybe try contacting the team management." He said.

Aditi and her friend returned to their seats, disappointment lingering. Her friend tried to encourage her.

"Don't lose hope, Aditi," she said softly, with a reassuring smile. "We can try again after the match. For now, let's enjoy the game."

Aditi slightly lifted her head, her face brightening. "You're right."

As the match resumed, they both immersed themselves in the excitement of the match. They cheered, laughed and analyzed every player.

Ishan's team fought back, the crowd energy lifting up their spirits. The match reached its climax. The stadium erupted in cheers as MI won.

"Wow! It was great wasn't it?" Aditi's friend said, her voice filled with excitement.

Aditi grinned, her eyes shining. "Yes! Ishan was amazing."

As the team exchanged handshakes on the field, Aditi's gaze locked onto Ishan, beaming with pride. The team then headed back to the dressing room.

"Our chance, now!" Aditi's friend whispered. "Let's go and meet him."

Aditi's heart skipped a beat. "Do you think we can?"

Her friend nodded and pulled her along with her.

As they both approached the dressing room entrance, they encountered the same security guard from earlier. He nodded, recognising them.

"Please sir. Can we go inside for just one minute?" Aditi requested.

The guard hesitated and then nodded. "One person at a time."

Aditi's friend smiled, whispering to her. "Go ahead!"

Aditi turned to her and asked with anticipation. "What about you?"

Her friend shot a reassuring smile at her. "I will meet him later, for now you go and meet."

Aditi's heart swelled with gratitude as she hurried inside, thanking her friend quickly. Inside the dressing room, she came across various locker  rooms of different players. She searched for Ishan.

Suddenly, she heard a voice, emerging from a room.
