Parker rubbed her arm, she had been given the dark mark against her will... She hated this new life, she wanted everything to be good.
She wanted comfort, to be loved but... She wouldn't be able to find that here, not ever again. Parker hesitated before she grabbed the phone she had bought and called Blaise.
"Parker? I wasn't expecting a call, what's up?" He answer calmly.
"Do you want to come over to mine?"
"Oh- Sure. What's the occasion?
Parker bit her cheek,"Remember... The night of the Yule Ball?"
"Surprisingly vividly, why?" Blaise hummed before realizing,"Oh... Now I get it."
"Do you... Want to maybe do that again?" Parker leaned against the wall.
"Well, I'd be interested."
"I'll catch ya soon." Parker hung up.
Right, Blaise was on his way. All she needed to do was get ready for him. Parker looked in her closet, what to wear... Maybe something for him to like her even more? Or... No.
She sighed and began trying different outfits on. Before long, there was a knock at her door.
Parker finished her hair before she turned to the door and opened it,"Did you get in okay?"
"Just fine, Draco let me in." Blaise hummed.
"Good." Parker took his hand and pulled him in.
Blaise quickly shut the door behind him, a smirk on his face.
"You like doing this, right?" Parker asked, putting her hands on his shoulders.
"Very much." Blaise placed his hands on her waist.
Parker studied his face for a second before she leaned forwards and kissed him. Blaise kissed back, his hands slowly moving to cup her face.

Parker lay back in the bed as she watched Blaise,"How- How was it?"
"Just as good as I remember." Blaise smiled at her.
Parker bit her cheek,"I want to show you something... But you can't freak out."
"When do I ever freak out?"
"When you find that someone folded the pages in a book." She chuckled.
"That is a criminal offense." Blaise scoffed.
Parker smiled softly, lifting up her sleeve slightly to show... The Dark Mark.
"Christ- Now I see why you didn't want me to freak out. They got you too?" Blaise looked at her.
"They thought I could be a spy, but I'm not betraying my friends." Parker shook her head.
"I mean, I knew about Dray." Blaise shook his head,"But I know you guys aren't bad."
"I'm afraid that they've gotten into Dracos head." Parker sighed.
"I'll make sure he doesn't do anything too... Rash."
"Thank you, Blaise." Parker gently kissed his cheek.
"Not a problem." Blaise rubbed her arm.
"You better get going... It's late." She looked at him.
"Aw, can't I stay?"
Parker thought for a second,"Fine. But only tonight."
"Thanks Parker." Blaise smiled and kissed her cheek.
Parker hummed and lay back.
Over the course of the summer, Parker kept calling some boys over, even some girls at one point just so she could feel some love. But she never felt full.
The last guy she was with was at least a few weeks ago, however her period was late...
"Erica." Parker ran up to her.
"What? Who died?" Erica spun around.
"No one- I need help." Parker sighed.
"Help with what? What did you do?" Erica crossed her arms.
"Where... Can I find pregnancy tests here?"
"Why would you need-" Erica paused,"Madame Pomfrey- Infirmary."
"Okay... Can we go?"
"Going."
Parker crossed her arms as they walked,"I'm scared." She admitted.
"What did I tell you, hm? Hm?"
"Wear protection." Parker muttered.
"And what have you not done?" Erica turned to her.
"Worn protection." Parker sighed.
"Dumb bitch." Erica mumbled.
"I'm sorry." Parker held her head.
"You should be, you're too young. You're too beautiful." Erica patted her shoulder.
"Thanks babe." Parker hummed.
"No problem, honey."
"Madame Pomfrey?" Parker walked up to her as they got into the infirmary.
"Yes dear, what appears to be the problem?" The nurse asked as she walked over.
"Our friend, the year above... She needs a pregnancy test." Parker explained.
"Oh, I see." She nodded slowly.
"Can we get a few?"
"Of course." Madame Pomfrey headed into her office before coming out with two tests.
"Thank you, Madame Promfrey." Parker smiled and took them.
"It was no problem, dear. I hope your friend is alright."
"Us too." Parker turned around and looked at Erica.
"Come on, we'd better get these to her." Erica began walking away.
Parker followed after Erica and looked at the tests,"Please don't tell the others?"
"I won't." Erica sighed.
"Thanks Er." Parker took her hand as they walked to the bathroom.
"Still not happy about it."
"Let's just hope that I'm not pregnant." Parker went into a stall.
"If you are, I'll kill you." Erica pointed.
"But don't you want to be an auntie?"
"I do, but not now. I'm not ready. I can barely take care of myself, nevermind a child." Erica sighed.
"Well one day, you're gonna be my kid's auntie. I promise." Parker sat down in the stall.
"One day in the future, not the near future."
"Not the near future." She nodded.
"Take the test."
"I am- I can't pee on demand."
"That's not my problem." Erica crossed her arms, "You're stressing me out."
"Okay." Parker sighed after a minute and walked out,"Now we wait."
"What's gonna happen if... You are?"
"I do not know." Parker held her head,"Find the dad."
"Do you at least know who it would be?" Erica questioned.
"There's... About four names." Parker muttered.
"Parker!"
"I know- But it shouldn't be too hard." Parker looked at the test.
"Just stick with one, isn't Blaise good enough?" Erica sighed.
"We agreed it would be better if we were friends."
"After sleeping with him more than once?"
Parker nodded.
"You agreed... To just be friends with the guy you've been crushing on since second year?"
"Mhm." Parker nodded again.
"I'm not judging you... But that sounds kind of silly."
"I'm all kinds of silly." Parker sighed and looked at the test.
"Well? What's the test say?" Erica asked.
"Negative." She let out a sigh of relief.
"Thank fuck." Erica leaned against the wall.
"We don't tell anyone about this scare."
"Taking it to my grave." Erica agreed.
"Hopefully the next time I take one of these is when I'm stable enough." Parker put it in the trash.
"And maybe an adult."
"I will be an adult." She nodded.
"Good." Erica pointed,"Now let's go, don't want to be late for potions."
*********************************
Erica was out. Again. She hated being in the clubs, the atmosphere... But it was the easiest place to find someone, anyone.
The music was too loud and the lights too bright. But she hated sleeping alone, she just... Couldn't do it anymore.
"Hey there." A guy walked up to her.
"Hey.' Erica turned to look at him.
"You here alone?"
"All by myself." Erica nodded.
"You uh... Looking for some fun or are you just here for a drink?" He smirked.
"I'm here to take someone home."
"Well, you've met your match. I'm Adam." He held his hand out.
"Erica." She shook his hand.
"You want to have some more drinks or go just now?"
"I'd rather go now, I've got drinks at home."
"A girl who comes prepared, I like it." He winked.
"I learned to be prepared for anything." Erica shrugged.
"You live nearby?" Adam put his arm around her.
"Mhm." Erica nodded.
"Then let's go."
"Alright." Erica hummed and started walking.
*********************************
Soon enough they were at Erica's house,"Nice place you got here."
"Thanks." Erica hummed as she headed upstairs,"My bedroom is this way."
Adam looked around, looking up at Erica before he followed her upstairs. Erica sighed and opened her bedroom door.
"You wanting to get straight into it?" Adam hummed as he walked in.
'I mean, I'm ready."
"Very well." Adam smirked and gently pushed her back onto the bed
Erica smiled up at him as she removed her cardigan. Adam took her cardigan and threw it to the side, taking his jacket off before he hovered over her, leaning down and kissing her. Erica kissed back, wrapping her arms around his neck.
*********************************
"Morning." Adam waved as Erica woke up.
"Morning Adam." Erica yawned, rubbing her eyes.
"How did you sleep?"
"I slept just fine." She hunmed,"What about yourself?"
"I don't sleep much." He shrugged,"But hey- I gotta head I've got work. You were great though."
"I have work as well." Erica sighed,"But I hope you have a nice day."
"Maybe we can do it again soon." Adam snapped his fingers and disappeared.
Erica sighed and laid back, she didn't want to get up but knew she had to. That's when her phone rang.
Erica reached over and grabbed her phone,"Hello?"
"Morning." Parker hummed.
"Good morning, Parker."
"I've got work at the Ministry soon, why don't we go out for dinner later? Gets us out the houses."
"That sounds nice, what time?" Erica asked her.
"About... Seven?" Parker looked at her watch.
"Seven sounds great."
"I'll see you then. Love ya."
"Love you too, Parker." Erica hung up.
*********************************
"Erica." Parker smiled and hugged her.
"Parker." Erica hugged back.
"You okay?"
"Just fine."
"You know, I bumped into Neville at the Ministry." Parker sat down,"He misses you."
"Why was he at the Ministry?" Erica raised a brow.
"Hannah wanted him." Parker sighed.
"Of course she did." Erica shook her head.
"She always wants him." Parker rolled her eyes.
"I hate her."
"I hate her too... So when are you gonna admit to Neville you love him?"
"After he gets a divorce and becomes available."
"Show him what he's missing." Parker gave a small smile.
"Maybe I will.' Erica nodded slowly.
"Good." Parker leaned back,"Should we order some drinks?"
"Yes please, on me?" Erica hummed.
"If you say so." Parker nodded.
"It'll make me feel good." Erica told her,"What do you want?"
"Cocktails." Parker pointed on the menu.
"I'll go order them."
"Thank you." Parker smiled.
Erica smiled and stood up, heading towards the bar.
"Hey, what can I get you?" The bartender walked up.
"Two cocktails please." Erica hummed.
"What kind?" The bartender raised a brow.
"Uhm- Surprise me." Erica hummed.
"Sure will." He nodded.
"Erica Weasley?" An all too familiar voice asked.
"Hang on- Pansy?" Erica spun around.
"I haven't seen you in a good few years." Pansy chuckled.
"Well, it's nice to see you." Erica hummed.
"Yeah, you too. How have you been?"
"I've been alright, been better." Erica told her,"What about yourself?"
"Eh, kinda lonely. Lost a lot of people during the war." She sighed.
"Me too.." Erica nodded slowly.
"You here with anyone?" Pansy looked around.
"Parker's at the table, I came to get drinks." Erica nodded.
"Does she still not like me?" Pansy looked at her.
"She hasn't really spoke about you so... I'm sure if you just talked things out.." Erica trailed off.
"Yeah... Eventually." Pansy shrugged,"What are you doing after this?"
"Heading home... Alone." Erica began playing with her sleeves.
"So... There was a rumour going on back at school, saying you had a crush on me... I'm- I'm just gonna ask now. Do you want to go back to mine after this?"
"I... I would." Erica smiled,"But if I'm remembering right, that rumour was about you liking me."
"Yeah whatever." Pansy blew a raspberry.
"You don't need be salty because I'm right." Erica chuckled,"Besides, it was pretty obvious."
"It was?" She quickly turned.
"Very." Erica hummed.
"How?"
"Well, you started being super nice to me all of a sudden. That was a hint."
"Well... Shit." Pansy sighed,'I'll send you my address, kay?"
"Thank you." Erica smiled.
"I'll catch you later." Pansy waved before she left.
"Yeah, later." Erica nodded.
"Here are your drinks, miss." The bartender handed her two glasses.
"Thanks you, sir." Erica took the glasses.
He nodded and walked off. Erica headed back to Parker, handing her a glass.
"Thank you. Hey, who were you talking to?" Parker took her glass and took a sip.
"Pansy." Erica sipped her own drink.
"Parkinson?"
"Parkinson."
"What was she saying?"
"Not much, wondering if you don't like her, invited me home."
"Last time we spoke she slapped me." Parker shrugged,"But... That's in the past... She invited you home?"
"She invited me to her house after this." Erica nodded.
"To do.."
"Fun things."
"Fun things- Erica I love you. But... With Pansy?" She groaned.
"Pansy is better than Nathan." Erica shrugged.
Parker bit her cheek,"He's changing... But what about Neville? I thought we were gonna try for him."
"Look- I will. I still love him. But Pansy is here now and she likes me- I'll try and tell her that I prefer him." Erica leaned back.
"Please be careful." Parker took a drink.
"I will."
*********************************
Pansy finished getting ready, making sure she looked good before she sat in the living room. It wasn't long before there was a knock at her door. Erica.
Pansy jumped up and opened the door,"Erica."
"Pansy." Erica smiled softly.
"Come on in." She took a step back.
Erica nodded and walked inside, looking around slowly.
"You like the place?"
"I do, it's nice."
"It's not much. Just what money I had left over I bought this house with." Pansy shrugged.
"Well, I still like it."
"Come on. I've been waiting for this." Pansy took her hand and pulled her in.
Erica smiled and let Pansy take her hand.
"You wanna get right into it?" Pansy pulled her closer.
"I do." Erica hummed.
"Don't have to tell me twice." Pansy smirked and kissed her.
Erica kissed back as she cupped Pansy's face.
"I've been waiting for years." Pansy gently held her waist.
"Well tonight you get a chance."
Pansy hummed and ran upstairs,"Come on, slow poke."
Erica chuckled and ran after her,"Coming!"
