After the battle was over; The Doctor and Miko were transported back to base with the Autobots. When they came back, through the ground bridge, they were greeted by a worried Jack and Raf, and also a angry Ratchet. "Where have you two been?!" Ratchet asked angrily. "I just- ". "I followed the Autobots through the ground bridge, taking Miko with me" The Doctor lied, interrupting Miko. "You endangered a kid!" Ratchet yelled. "Ratchet, please calm down, he must of had a good reason to follow us" Optimus stated. "That doesn't sound like Miko" Bulkhead muttered. With his advance hearing; The Doctor heard this and looked up at Bulkhead, putting a finger to his lips. Bulkhead understood that the Doctor was just getting Miko out of trouble, but didn't say anything. Quickly, the Doctor gave Miko back her phone.

The now, awkward silence was interrupted by an alarm and a flashing green light. "What's going on?" The Doctor asked. "It's a proximity sensor, around our base" Bumblebee beeped. "He said- " Raf began to say. "I know what he said" The Doctor interrupted. The three human children all were shocked to hear this. "Wow, another person who can understand Bumblebee!" Mike laughed. Ratchet turned on a security camera of the top of the base, onto the green computers. "Don't worry, it's Agent Fowler" Ratchet implied. "Oh, another person to meet" The Doctor said happily. "I don't think that's a good idea" Arcee interrupted. "Why's that?" The Doctor asked, slightly tilting his head to the side. "Agent Fowler is usually angry and is scary" Bulkhead admitted. "Really" The Doctor said sarcastically. Before the Doctor could be hidden from Agent Fowler; the lift doors opened, revealing Agent Fowler.

"Multiple explosions, seven noise complaints, reported vandalism and a particular note on numerous reports of an armed, big green metal robot" Agent Fowler stated angrily as he walked towards the railings and rested his hands on it. "Anything you want get off your tin chest, Prime?" Agent Fowler asked. Before Optimus could reply, Agent Fowler noticed the Doctor. "Another civilian!" Agent Fowler shouted with anger. "Wait, there's a misunderstanding" The Doctor quickly lied. The Doctor went to and walked up the stairs which led to the lift. When the Doctor got to Agent Fowler, he pulled out his psychic paper and showed it to him.

"See, I'm actually an undercover agent" The Doctor lied. "I'm Special Agent John Smith" The Doctor stated.
"Oh, sorry for the confusion Agent Smith, although General Bryce would have informed me of an undercover agent" Agent Fowler said. He was growing a bit suspicious of Agent Smith. "Ah, Yes, well I was sent here before the Autobots went to the Grand Canyon, I was sent here by General Bryce, to retrieve some data from the Autobots, but it was not to be on record so that is why he probably didn't tell you" The Doctor lied. "I take your word from it then" Agent Fowler replied. The Autobots and the kids were shocked to see what the Doctor had just done.

Agent Fowler then looked back at Optimus. "So as I was saying, anything you want to get off your tin chest?" Agent Fowler asked Optimus. "We have the situation under control, Agent Fowler" Optimus replied. "Says you, I almost had the Pentagon awaken!" Agent Fowler argued. Agent Fowler then stoped leaning on the railings and crossed his arms. "Next time, try stopping those Decepticons, under Radar" Agent Fowler stated. Agent Fowler then went back into the lift and pressed the lift controls. "Or if you don't, I'll get the Pentagon" Agent Fowler said when the lift doors closed.

The Doctor shook his head and walked down the stairs. "I can see why you don't like him" The Doctor said. "Hey, What was that you thing you had which made Agent Fowler believe that you were an Agent?" Arcee asked. The Doctor pulled out his Physic paper and showed it to Arcee. "It's Physic Paper, shows you whatever you want to see, just think of something like a, passport for example" The Doctor stated. "It actually does look like a passport" Jack said in awe as he stared at the Physic Paper which in his vision looked like his passport. The Doctor then put the Physic Paper back into his pocket. "Wait, What if Agent Fowler tells General Bryce about you and he doesn't find a Agent Smith?" Bulkhead asked in fear. "Oh don't worry, I'll think of something" The Doctor reassured. "Anyway, let's find something to pass the boring time" The Doctor suggested.
