3 - Charlie Plotting and Rainbow Glitter
Dean was walking to the door after hearing a loud knocking when it burst open and a fangirling Charlie walked through.
"Why didn't I hear about this?!" she almost shouted at Dean, who just gave her a weary look. "You better damn tell me who it is or I swear to God."
"I don't know okay?" Dean said. "I was drunk, I forgot."
"Oh you have got to be joking," Charlie muttered. "Well we'll just have to find this girl then."
"Look it doesn't matter Charlie, it's not that big of a deal," Dean said.
"Not that big of a deal?!" Charlie exclaimed, gaping at Dean. "You met your soulmate!"
"So?"
"Tell you what, beat me in Assassin's Creed and I'll forget about it."
"You know that's unfair."
"Those are my terms. And if I win, you have to appear at least a bit enthusiastic about this."
Dean sighed before nodding. It wasn't a fair fight but he had played the game with Sammy often.
They set up the Xbox and opened the game. (Magical world where Assassin's Creed has split screen multiplayer). Obviously there was the chance that they could screen cheat, but neither would do that.
It started horribly for...wait for it...Charlie. That's right, Dean was kicking her ass. Until Charlie got an over a thousand point kill. And it all went downhill for Dean from there.
"Come on, that wasn't fair," Dean whined.
"Come at me bitch. I won fair and square. Now, we're going to find that soulmate of yours."
"Where would we even start looking?" Dean said, throwing the controller down.
"The Novak's."
Dean groaned. "Fine, just don't tell any of them why we're there."
"How are they supposed to help if they don't know what they're helping with?"
"I don't know, just do whatever will work."
Five minutes later they were knocking on the door of the Novak's house. The door opened to show a man with blue eyes, messy brown hair and stubble. He was wearing a bath robe and looked tired.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"We were at the party here last night," Charlie said, Dean standing awkwardly behind her. "I think I left my phone here, I was wondering if anyone had seen it?"
The guy sighed and opened the door, letting them inside. "Balthazar's probably the person to ask. Lucifer might have stolen it, Gabriel hidden it, or Anna borrowed it."
"Okay, thanks," Charlie said. "If you don't mind me asking, who are you?"
"Chuck Novak," Chuck said. "The dad of these nightmares."
"They're not that bad," Dean said.
"When you come home to find the house trashed, yes they are," Chuck said. He walked off into one of the other rooms, leaving Dean and Charlie.
"Okay, now what?" Dean whispered to Charlie.
"Now we lie," Charlie said. She walked through the house, leading Dean to the kitchen.
"Woah!" Balthazar said, jumping as they appeared behind him. "How'd you guys get here?"
"Chuck let us in," Charlie said. "I left my phone here, have you seen it?"
"Nope," Balthazar said. "GUYS, YOU SEEN SOMEONE'S PHONE ANYWHERE?"
"NO," came a series of voices, probably almost all of the Novak siblings. Someone walked into the room, a short guy with golden hair.
"Didn't need to shout Balth, I was just in the other room," he muttered. He looked up at Charlie and Dean, his eyes stopping on Dean. "Dean Winchester right?"
"Uh yeah, have we met?"
"No, I was just wanting to talk to your little bro. But didn't in case you decided to kill me for it."
"Why would I want to..."
"Gabe's over enthusiastic," Balthazar said. "By talk, he means interrogate by the way, so I suggest you don't let him near your brother." Gabriel growled and then left the room, pulling a sucker out of his pocket in the process. Someone else entered the room, the one Dean remembered Charlie calling Castiel.
"Someone could have taken it home with them," he said. But Dean wasn't paying much attention to that. Because this guys eyes, they were blue, too blue for any human being. "I could give you a list of everyone who was here last night if that would help."
Holy crap his voice. God I'd love to hear the sounds he would make if I...Dean's thought trailed off as he returned to the real world. Brain what the hell!? I'm not gay!!
"That would, thank you, Castiel isn't it?" Charlie said, and Castiel nodded. He pulled out a sheet of paper he must've brought from upstairs and handed it to Charlie. "Well thanks for the help, I guess we'd better be on our way."
Charlie and Dean walked out of the house after waving a goodbye to the Novak's, and Charlie quickly scanned over the list.
"Dean you're not going to like this," Charlie said.
"What, what is it?" Dean asked, grabbing the piece of paper.
"You've met all the girls on that list already," Charlie said. "Which means..."
"My soulmates a guy?!" Dean looked at Charlie in shock then checked over the paper just in case. "But I'm not..."
"Shut up and accept the gay," Charlie said. "Now we just have to figure out which guy it was."
They walked back to Dean's house, the sun beginning to set by this time. They were surprised to find the house empty.
"Where's Sammy?" Dean said out loud, checking his little brothers room.
"Did he mention going out anywhere?" Charlie said. "Maybe with a friend or something?"
"Sammy doesn't usually hang out with his friends after school," Dean said.
Little did they know, Sam was actually having quite a lot of fun, even if it wasn't with friends.

Sam had decided to start the war with Gabriel officially. After Charlie dragged Dean out of the house, he grabbed some cash from his stash of money and went out to find something. Eventually, he decided on ping pong balls.
The next part was harder. Luckily for him, the school had crappy security, and he could easily pick a lock. He broke in to the school, going through the halls until he found the locker painted green while the rest were blue. Gabriel always did like to stand out.
After many tries and picking up many fallen ping pong balls, Sam managed to fill Gabriel's entire locker, yet again breaking in. He closed the door, locking it again so Gabriel wouldn't suspect anything. He thought for a few seconds before grabbing his notebook out of his backpack and scribbling a quick note, shoving it into the locker through one of the small gaps.
Sam smirked at the finished prank and then left the school, carefully locking everything behind him so no one would be able to tell he had broken in.
By the time he got home he could see the Impala out the front. He winced, knowing Dean would be worried sick.
He opened the door and walked through the house to find Dean, Charlie and John sitting in the lounge. They looked up as Sam walked in, Dean standing immediately.
"Where the hell were you?!" Dean said. "You didn't say anything about leaving and wouldn't answer your phone."
Sam shrugged. "Phone died. And I was just out with Kevin." Charlie smirked at that.
"Told you so Dean," she said. "You shouldn't worry so much."
"Even though," John said. "Sam at least tell Dean next time so he doesn't freak again."
"I'll get my revenge," Dean muttered quietly.
"Are you sure about that Dean?" Sam asked. "I do have something to use against you."
Dean froze. "You wouldn't."
"Want to take that chance?"
Dean and Sam stared at each other before Dean finally backed down, sighing.
"So, Sam," John said. "What exactly is it that you have against Dean?" Dean just groaned, knowing Sam would tell.
Sam smirked. "Dean can see colours." John's eyes widened and he looked at Dean.
"I'd like to add to that statement," Charlie said. "His soulmate is a guy."
There was silence and then Sam burst out laughing and even John laughed a bit. Dean just shrank into the couch, burying his head in his hands.
"Oh this is great," Sam said. Then he suddenly left the room to go get something. He could hear John talking jokingly to Dean as he pulled something from somewhere in his desk.
Sam walked back into the room, and threw the rainbow glitter all over Dean, who leapt up trying to get whatever it was off. Charlie and John burst out laughing as Sam simply smirked.
"Embrace the rainbow Dean," he said. Dean glared at him.
"Seriously, I'm not gay," he protested.
"Maybe you're bi," Charlie said. "Or pan. There's things other than gay you know." Dean rolled his eyes, looking around at the three with tired eyes.
"Screw this I'm going to bed," he muttered and trudged off, leaving the other three still smiling.

Castiel sat at the table awkwardly with his entire family. Chuck and Becky were talking, ignoring the chaos of the other siblings. Lucifer and Gabriel were having a pea fight. Balthazar and Anna were arguing about something, Castiel had lost track of that conversation long ago. Samandriel was sitting quite peacefully while Michael and Raphael were talking about business or something.
No one yet had mentioned Castiel's ability to see colours. Of all the people at the table, only Chuck and Becky could see colour. Well, Raphael could but he didn't really give a shit. Although the family had a suspicion that he was actually seeing his soulmate often.
As if reading Castiel's mind, Gabriel abandoned his pea fight and turned to the table.
"Hey everyone, Cas can see colour."
Silence filled the room as all eyes turned to Cas. Chuck and Becky were smiling a bit while the siblings just looked shocked.
"You...have a soulmate?" Lucifer asked slowly.
"Well, when you say it like that," Castiel said, rolling his eyes. "Of course I do. And I met them."
"Who is it?" Anna asked. Balthazar and Gabriel smirked at Castiel's silence.
"Cassie met this person when he was drunk last night," Balthazar said. "He had no idea who it is."
Castiel looked down sadly at his food, which for once was not different shades of grey. Almost nothing was grey anymore, there was so many bright colours that Castiel could name easily.
The family looked at him with sympathy. "Don't worry Castiel," Chuck said. "You'll find him."
"Him?" Anna said.
"Yeah I'm pretty sure it's a guy too," Gabriel said. Castiel simply shrugged. His whole family knew he was bi, but assumed he was leaning more on the gay side.
"Who needs soulmates anyway?" Lucifer said, leaning back in his chair. "Why can't we decide who we love for our own?"
"That has got to be the most mature thing you've ever said," Michael said to Lucifer. Lucifer shot a glare at him and started grumbling to himself.
"Well first thing we need to do is find out who was at the party," Anna said. "Then figure out who you've already met from that list and go from there."
"I gave the list to that girl, Charlie I think her name is. She came here looking for her phone."
"No way, it couldn't be her could it?" Gabriel said.
"No, she's as straight as a rainbow slinky," Balthazar said. "Besides we have no idea if the person remembers it or not. They could remember everything and talk to Cassie on Monday."
"Well I guess we'll just have to wait and see," Castiel said, but everyone could hear the sadness in his voice, and even Lucifer gave him a look of sympathy. The devil gave a look of sympathy. See how sad Cas was?

So I just watched the Supernatural Parody Gag Reel (Hillywood Show made it, it's amazing)...the moment Richard came up on the screen I fangirled so hard that I legitimately fell off my chair.
And also random, we finally bought a proper frame to put my signed picture of Dean in...I met Jensen and he signed it, that was such an amazing day :D
I'll stop seemingly talking to myself now o.o
