"Jun-Oh... I forgot my wallet!" Soojin whispered-yelled to her friend in urgency, tugging on her arm.

"Soojin, you don't have to pay. I was going to anyway." Jun-Oh started reaching for her bag, but Soojin caught her hand.

"No," she whined. "You know I'll feed bad."

"Hush child, let me buy you your drink and soothe your fetus cries."

Soojin gave up on arguing because she knew there was no use in trying to win. She let out a hmph and stood back as Jun-Oh walked up to the counter of Universe Cafe, where a bored looking employee stood. He had his head rested lazily in his hand as he waited for Jun-Oh to approach.

"Hi, my friend will have a medium green tea frappuccino and I'll have a medium salted cream cold foam cold brew," Jun-Oh ordered at the counter.

The cashier sighed and straightened himself to ring up the order. "Seven dollars, please."

Jun-Oh smiled and started to reach inside her bag to find her wallet. Though, she suddenly froze and widened her eyes. "Uhh..."

"What did you do?" Soojin asked, peering over Jun-Oh's shoulder to see into her bag.

"I may... or may not have... not grabbed my wallet." Jun-Oh faced the cashier, a bit worried. "I'm so sorry." Her apologize came out as more of a whisper.

The cashier looked at Jun-Oh and cocked his head. "Are you going to pay or not?"

Jun-Oh slumped her shoulders in disappointment. "Sorry, just cancel the order. I didn't mean to take up your time," she quickly glanced at his name tag, "Kyungsoo."

Kyungsoo tapped his fingers on the counter, seemingly lost in thought. "I have enough in my pocket right now to pay for one of them."

"You don't have to—"

"Which one will it be?" Kyungsoo waited for her to answer.

"Pay for the green tea frappe," Jun-Oh decided.

"No, pay for her drink," Soojin insisted.

"What's going on?" Another worker asked, walking up to the three. Jun-Oh and Soojin looked at his name tag to see the name 'Chanyeol.'

"Whose drink is it going to be?" Kyungsoo asked impatiently.

"Soojin's," Jun-Oh declared just as Soojin stated, "Jun-Oh's."

"I can pay for the other one," Chanyeol put in, reaching for his wallet.

"Can we just forget it? They're only drinks," Jun-Oh pressed on.

Chanyeol glanced at Kyungsoo and the two girls standing at the counter. "Hey, Kyungsoo, you pay for... Jun-oh, is it?"

Jun-Oh nodded.

"And I'll pay for Soojin."

A small and shy smile appeared on Soojin's face as she stared at the tall and handsome stranger who just offered to buy her frappuccino.

Kyungsoo sighed and directed his gaze back to the girls. "Okay, your order will be right out." Then, the two boys turned around to start working on the drinks. Soojin and Jun-Oh waited at a table nearby.

"Did those two cute guys just buy our drinks?" Soojin questioned in a low voice, unable to take her eyes off of them as they worked. A mischievous grin appeared on her face.

"They were probably just being nice," Jun-Oh replied. "It's not like we're at a bar and they're buying us drinks out of the blue. We had no money and they felt bad."

Soojin only shrugged.

The drinks were soon ready to be picked up. Soojin and Jun-Oh grabbed their drinks and headed out of the building.

"Have a great day!" Chanyeol called after them, a big and friendly smile on his face.

"Thank you so much!" Soojin called back before the door closed.

Kyungsoo waited for them to be out of sight before he leaned back against the counter and grunted. "There goes my daily tip."

Chanyeol turned to his shorter friend and gave him a cheeky look.

Kyungsoo narrowed his eyes. "Why are you staring at me like that? It's making me nauseous."

"You like her don't you?" Chanyeol asked with excitement. "That Jun-Oh girl."

Kyungsoo's expression turned to shock as he stood up straighter. "What?"

"She comes in almost every day and I see you staring. You just then insisted on paying for her drink when I know you wouldn't do that for just anyone." Chanyeol booped Kyungsoo's nose. "You stingy little devil."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Kyungsoo shook his head and turned away from his friend. He then busied himself by wiping down the counter.

Chanyeol rubbed his friends head, messing up his hair. "It's okay. I wrote your number on Jun-Oh's cup with your name under it."

Kyungsoo froze completely, eyes widening. "You... did... what?"

Chanyeol only laughed and started to walk towards the back room of the cafe. "You're welcome."
