Quirk 2: Karma

Quirk Info: Can give people Karma for about 1 hour but Users of this quirk can only go up to for 10 minutes. You'd need real practice or strength to get a person to get Karma for 1 hour.

Drawbacks: User will get Karma after quirk is deactivated or done.
