So far Izuku was thinking of how to get more people to join his family as he thought of the prison. As he widened his eyes as he called for Doflamingo.

Doflamingo: you needed me sir??

Izuku: yes I want you to take over a prison for me.

Doflamingo: why type?

Izuku: the toughest one in this country.

Doflamingo: oh Tartarus?? I don't mind doing that but if I may ask why??

Izuku: I've decided to do a pincer movement on both sides one from the prison side and the other side from the world hero commissioner.

Doflamingo: I see but there's one problem sir...

Izuku: I know the world hero I already sent my father and mother for them only why I got you going to that prison because I want you to become the warden and free the prisoners and put in the police and the warden there with your power. If they defy you kill them I don't need them to disrupt my flow of conquering this country.

Doflamingo: consider that some sir I'll make it one of the easiest missions you asked of me to do.

Izuku: alright Doflamingo don't fail me.

As Doflamingo left with a grin on his face as Yor showed up along with Sofion as Izuku spoke.

Izuku: what can I do for the both of you today my delicate flowers.

Sofion: we wanted to know do you have anything to do tonight??

Izuku: not that I know of so far.

Yor: well let's that in tonight you and us so far.

Izuku: *blinks for a moment* when you say you and us you mean??

Sofion: yes me,Yor,Yoruichi,Momo,Kyoka,Kaina and you know one room.

Izuku: well I'm glad I have a universal quirk.

Yor: who says you was gonna use that.

Izuku: I'm sorry what??

Sofion:yep we are gonna run you dry.

Izuku: oh my.

As the day progresses on as Doflamingo took over the prison easily with his string string power.

Let's head to him now shall we.

After being told by Izuku to take over the prison he wasted no time as he made it to the front of the gate.

As the guards saw him there as they were confused as to why he's there. Before they did anything they see that he had quickly made it to them as they couldn't move as he went passed them as he has decided to kill them as they fell down. As Doflamingo continued as he started going on a rampage as the prisoners saw that they wasn't his target as they started celebrating that the guards are getting killed by him. By now Doflamingo has made the whole prison his just like Izuku asked as he finally got to the warden.

After his killing of the warden he som became it as he released the prisoners as he made an announcement.

Doflamingo: ladies and gentlemen in this prison you are all free but it comes with a price I was sent here to free you but you are now under Lord Izuku rule. As all of you saw it if you even think of betraying him you will meet the same fate as these so called policemen and women of course some of them had surrendered as they will be joining him to rule over this world as the hero's will be beneath us......him this prison will be ours for the taking.

As the prisoners had all shouted victoriously as they don't have to worry about being prisoned. Soon as they were celebrating Doflamingo got to Izuku.

Doflamingo: (sir the prison is ours now)

Izuku:(very well Doflamingo how many guards that surrendered?)

Doflamingo:(so far 12 sir if anything they were quiet happy that today happened)

Izuku:(alright) thats surprising but hey 12 more to join us I guess.
