The black paladin
"Pidge, scan the download from the ship. Find out where Zarkon's central command is."
"On it."
I would say I do not find Shiro taking command hot, but you know how that little earth saying goes. Lying is a sin. But it doesn't matter. I highly doubt he could ever look at me the way I have noticed that I look at him. Yes, I am a princess and a rebel. But I am also not human. Not to mention, my Father is a super villain by Earth's standards.
"Enough! I understand that what we lost is painful to us all, but we shall get nothing done if we bicker like mere children! Keith is right. We need a soundproof plan before we can even think about attempting anything. We are no help to Allura if we also end up in custody,"I sigh before continuing, "I am sorry for snapping. We need to do this right."
Everything was going smoothly till the idiotic hag started to fight back. No. I worked so hard to get here. I can not loose Voltron to my Father. I refuse. I let out a yell and make a beeline for the black lion, knocking it out of the beam.
I let out a snarl as my F- Zarkon approaches me. I'll squash him like a scarfalian. (A/n: the alien version of ants I came up with . I'll let your imagination roam on how it looks like.)
I know for a fact that I cannot touch him as long as he has the bayard. I know from experience.
Flashback:
A much younger Magryn circled the man who had the audacity to call himself her Father. Lotor sat in the stand watching the interaction with interest. Rarely ever did the emperor train with them. To them, this was a moment to remember.
She lunged forwards and a purple shield tried to cut her off. She kept running, using it to do a backflip and slash downwards which was also met with his bayard. Skidding slightly, she lunged towards him again only to be thrown across the room.
"You're pathetic. It must be the weakness in your Mother's genes." Lotor stiffened at this remark and leaned forwards.
"Do not speak about her that way!" With a frustrated growl, Magryn leaped forwards only for a purple chain to restrain her.
End flashback:
I need to anarm him, and to do that, I need to exit my lion. If the lion and I attack him simultaneously, he should fall.
I get a running start and not missing a beat, slam my sword against his already formed shield. Using the sword and jet pack, I soar over his head, attacking again from behind. He turned to block me, but was too slow. My sword impaled his shoulder. I let out a yell as I flip him onto his back. Before I can do anything else, he started to stand, and the back of his hand sent me flying.
Extending my arm, my bayard reappeared in my hand and I let out a snarl. Ok, focus. My lion let out a roar and let out a blast. Ok. That should keep him occupied for now... I made a grab for the bayard. Almost there...got it!
Zarkon let out a low chuckle. "Well well. Look who's not a complete failure after all." I paid him no heed and reentered my lion.
Come on. I informed my inside man of our plan. Yes! The barriers down.
