Come on! Come on! My lion is going down, fast. I let out a grunt as I try to steady her decent. It feels as if every bone in my body was shaking as I crashed. I exit her and look around. Hmm. Doesn't look familiar. Ok, think. The red lion is over there and black should be nearby...hopefully. Locate Shiro. He was injured whilst fighting the hag. Then locate Keith.

"I am here. Shiro, I am approaching your location. I should arrive shortly after Keith."

"M-Maggie, Keith, I'm here. I'm ok."

"Shiro you made it!"

"You don't sound ok to me. And what am I , the next door nágranni?"

"Sorry Maggie."

"Oh come on guys. It takes more than a glowing alien wound, a fall from the upper atmosphere, and crashing into a hard surface at what I'm guessing is 25 meters per second squared to get rid of me." I roll my eyes at his deadpanned sentence as I keep running across the plane, while attempting to get my jet pack to work.

"Malmur, you are an idiot. Get to higher ground or find safety another way. We don't know what is on this planet."

"O-on second thought, that sounds good."

I felt a surge of adrenaline course through my veins as I reached Keith.

"Ok, on three, we jump."

"Wait, what?!"

Keith nods and I begin the count down.

"One."

"W-What are you guys doing?"

"Two," Keith continued and I smirk.

"Wait guys..."

"Three!"
"Don't!"

On three, we both cut a piece of the plant's crust and get propelled across the gorge. Our "Yeahs" quickly turned to "Ahhhs". If it wasn't for our jet packs, we would have fallen to our deaths.

Keith and I approached the black lion.

"I know we're not Shiro, but he's in trouble! Come on!"

"Keith, forget it! Shiro's In...trouble." We quickly clambered into the black lion and Keith took the controls. Without another word, we attacked. With Shiro now safe, we set up camp and I attempted to mend Shiro's wounds.

"Thanks for saving me."

"You would've done he same for us."

"Ok...you should be all set till we reach the castle...hopefully."

"It's fine. It's not like I have a gaping hole in my side or anything." I give Shiro a pointed look and he winces. "Sorry, just trying to lighten the mood. Look, if I don't make it..."

"Shiro..."

"If I don't make it, I want you two to lead Voltron."
