Reyna tosses and turns in her sleep. Unable to escape the own horror of her nightmares. She catches glimpse of her nightmare.

Camp Jupiter.
A beach
Screams of horror
The seven
A few other people one including a boy with blonde hair and a long scar down his face.
And Nico

Gods he was everywhere. Fighting along side her, killing monsters even holding her.

Then he was killed by a giant but not like any giant Reyna had ever seen. All giants caused feared but this was pure panic this giant caused her.

It was like she couldn't think or function. All that was there was this giant and her fear.

"Daughter of Bellona." He sneers, "You think you can kill me?"

"Yes and send you worthless ashes to Tartarus." Reyna says and grips her sword.

The giant cocks back his head and lets out a laugh that causes the very ground to shake.

"Then fight me." She growls and she charges.

"Reyna!" someone yells in the distance sounding like a whisper.

She doesn't stop her assault on the giant.

"Reyna!" The yell for louder than before and she feels herself falling into the little timber and not coming back up again.

Reyna gasp and grips the nearest thing tightly and catches her breath.

"Gods." Nico breaths.

Reyna then notices she grabbed onto Nico's shoulder her face buried in the crook of his neck.

She let's go and throws her legs over the bed and hides her face in her hands.

Nico places a hand on her shoulder and she uncovers her face looking up at him.

"How bad was it?" Nico asks and Reyna turns.

"Horrible." She said and pulls her legs under her, "Nico I've never felt this kind of fear when dealing with a giant."

That catches his attention more, "What kind of giant?"

"It had a helmet and it's hair was to the shoulders covered with swords and armor." She explains and Nico nods.

"I've never hear of a giant like that before." He grips his hands together until his knuckles turn a even lighter shade.

"Please it was just a dream. I'll get over it." She runs her hands though her hair and notes it isn't braided.

"Something else happened in you dream what was it." Nico asks and Reyna stops braiding her hair.

You died. She wanted to say.

"I died." Reyna answers and he frowns.

"That's how I know this is just a dream." He sits up from the bed, "Because as long as I'm alive that will never happen."

Reyna feels her chest expand and heat spreads all her body and she looks away, "Will said I have to stay in the infirmary all day."

"Now when have you're ever stayed put." Nico smirks and she throws a biscuits from off a tray at him.

Nico comes and sits on her bed at her sides and looks down at her, his dark hair falling across his eyes.

"I heard what you did yesterday going into the woods and nearly becoming soup and saving demigods." He half smiles and reaches down and brushes a hair from out her eyes, "Your hair is still damp."

She smiles, "Yes nearly becoming soup and saving demigods that's the life for me."

"Please don't kiss." Aaron says from the door.

Nico pulls away from Reyna with a flushed look rubbing the back of her neck his eyes wondering.

"I think they're cute." Jordan says and Charlie nods.

"I'm getting out of here." Nico says and shadow travels away.

"You're always driving people away." Aaron scolds her.

"Says the one who's stare turned Mudsa to stone." Jordan teases.

"That is schist!"

"Ignore them," Charlie walks over to Reyna bedside. "How are you feeling?"

"Better." Reyna nods, "But I really want to get out of this bed."

"Go it." She winks and grabs Aaron and Jordan by the ear pulling them out the infirmary.

Reyna closes her eyes for one second.

"Are they gone?" Nico says and she was surprised and she punches him in the face.

"Holy Hera that hurt!" He swears in Greek, "Reyna!"

"You scared me!" Reyna protest and rubs her knuckles, "How bad is it?"

He uncovers his nose and it's bright red with a flow of blood.

"Gods Nico!" Reyna says and grabs a face towel of the nightstand, "I'm sorry."

He rolls his eyes and clutches his nose to the towel. They sit crossed legged on Reyna's bed across from one another.

"I think it's stop bleeding." Reyna leans over and gently takes it from his nose.

"You punch like Charisse." He said his nose still bright red.

"For the hundredth time I'm sorry!" Reyna groans still close to Nico.

He smiles at her and pecks her lips, "I know."

It was so light that Reyna thinks she imagined it, Reyna feels herself blush, "Nico-"

"We're back!" Jordan yells and Nico rolls off the bed and shadow tracks away.

Again.

"We bought you spare clothes." Charlie said and holds up a pile of clothes.

"Thanks I'll be out in a moment." Reyna takes the clothes still flushed.

They girls hurry out and Reyna quickly gets changed. She has thick bandages around her ribs and she slides her shirt on.

As she changes Reyna has one thing running through her mind.

Nico just kissed me.

"Reyna are you finished changing?" Charlie asks a hand covering her eyes.

"Yes." She laughs and they all uncovered there hands.

"So what are we going to do today?" Jordan asks.

"Clean up most of the camp is pretty banged up." Aaron answers as they walk toward where a larger group of people are.

"Thanks mom." Jordan rolls her eyes, "Last time I checked you were fourteen."

"I'm- we're fifteen today." Aaron says, "It's our birthday."

"Happy birthday then." Reyna said with a smile and nod.

"You make me feel old being sixteen"

"Shut up you just had your birthday a few days ago." Aaron smiles and tosses a broom toward her.

"Well then I must be old. I'm suppose to be 17 and a half." Reyna shrugs, "But I'm still sixteen."

Aaron and Charlie are confused but Jordan looks amazed.

"I had just shown up to camp when all we heard was our praetor had tuned to stone by her mother Bellona." Jordan explains as she tosses a piece of wood that used to be apart of the Athena Cabin.

Aaron sighs heavily, "You know John was the first and only child of Minerva at camp."

"Minerva? There was a child of Minerva at camp?" Reyna asks in disbelief.

"Yes he appeared right after you were turned to stone. Lots of demigods said it was a bad sigh." Jordan explains and Reyna notes she has 3 marks under her SPQR tattoo with Venus sigh of a dove.
"He was the nicest and one of the strongest people at camp."

Reyna sees a few Cres children regrowing plants. Charlie was talking to the boy with shoulder length blonde hair.

The rest of the time they were going all around camp helping with cleaning up.

"Reyna!" Will yells as he fixes a target for archery. "What in the name of Zeus are you doing out of bed!"

"Helping!" She yells backs.

"If you get hurt even more. I called it." He smiles, "Take it easy!"

"If you insist!" She yells back.

"Reyna this way." Aaron grabs her hand and guided her to a place that smells like a barn.

"Are these the stables?" Jordan asks as a pegasus nuzzles his head in her blonde hair.

"Yes." A tough looking guy with a wait-
Was that a rainbow tattoo.

"Hey rainbow guy." Jordan says and Aaron groans as Reyna thinks she recalls his name being Butch.

"It's for my mother." He groans.

"That's what the all say." She says toward Aaron but loud enough for Butch to hear.

"Who are you?"

"Jordan daughter of Venus." She does a bow.

"Explains they pink hair." He gestures toward the pink hair and her hands flies to her hair.

"It was an accident and friend of mine that was a daughter of Iris and she accidentally slipped during the war games and shoot me in the head knocking me out along with my helmet." Jordan scowls, "She just had the color pink in mind nothing I do will turn it back."

Butch chuckles, "I think I can help you with that."

Reyna eyes drift to the stables and the Pegasus neigh happily at her. Reyna smiles but it quickly disappears when she sees a Pegasus that looks exactly like Scipio.

The same wings length the same coloring. Everything about him reminded Reyna of Scipio.

"Hey." Charlie says and Reyna grips the wood that makes up a stable for the Pegasus. Not wanting another Nico accident.

Nico.

"Where in the name of Juno did you come from." Reyna clutches her chest.

"I got a lift from some Demeter kids. Katie is really nice." Her eyes drift to the Scipio look alike. I remember overhearing some of Athena kids talking about how some guy name Perry I think-" Charlie starts.

"Percy?"

"Yes! That's it. Anyway he bought a Pegasus that looked exactly like the one you had lost after you 'died'." Charlie explains and Reyna jumps into the stable where they held the Scipio look alike.

When she saw Percy, she would personally thank him.

"Reyna!" Charlie gasps, "That's not a good idea!"

The Pegasus seems surprised but them slowly walked over to Reyna and kneeled as if to silently say Get on.

Reyna gets on and grabs onto the mane as the Scipio look alike takes off. Reyna closes her eyes she feels the power of let's call him Scipio flying through the air.

When she reopened her eyes she has the best air view of Camp Half-Blood. From the stables to Thalia's pine tree.

"This is beautiful." Reyna whispers as she feels the wind nipping the her braided hair that is now falling apart. Perhaps Katie had a hair tie she can use to keep her braid in place.

"Have you've ever been flying before?" Reyna says over the wind to Scipio.

The Pegasus nods it's head in a 'no' way.

"Then this is should be fun." Reyna says and Scipio goes faster as if reading her mind.

They fly for hours and see all of Camp Half-Blood and the surrounding area.

"I think that's enough for today." Reyna says with a small laugh at the end.

Scipio whines.

"It's okay." She strokes his head, "I'll be back tomorrow."

They turn to go back to the stables when Reyna sees a dark shape in the afternoon sky.

She digs her heel slightly into Scipio side and he halts. Reyna draws her sword.

The only thing that was moving in the air was Scipio wings at a steady pace. Then see sees it again a flash of darkness from right in front of her.

The creature pops out from the sky and it flaps it's wings just about 4 feet from Reyna's left.

A gryphon.

"Who send you?" Reyna said her voice hard. The gryphon flies back a few feet surprised.

"The same master who send that worthless son of Ares. Those bonehead cyclops and now me." The creature never opened it mouth, but the sound ringed through the air.

"Who?" She asks again and this time the gryphon lunges. Reyna brings her swords up, sensing her moves the beast moves swiftly around the blade.

It knocks Reyna from Scipio back and it's talons digging into her shoulder.
Reyna doesn't cry out in pain nor whine.

She tries to stab the gryphon but it quickly notices and uses one of its leg to try to knock her sword out her hand and it's other to remain the death grip on her shoulder.

"Stop!" It hisses followed by a horrible cry mixed between and eagle and a hawk with a little vulture.

"Never!" She yells back as the continue to lose altitude.

Reyna feels the warm blood dripping down her left arm but she doesn't care.
She grips her sword and stabs at the gryphon.

She lands a blow to the chest but it doesn't kill it. In stead it knocks her sword from her hand, Reyna looks down at the glint of gold and then it disappears.

It cries happily as it sinks it's talons into her right shoulder and this time Reyna does cry out. The talons were still adjusting tearing away at her flesh trying to find a solid grip, Reyna fighting back was making this worse.

"No one will save you demigod." It cries but it mouth doesn't move.

Reyna scowls as her feet swing over nothingness. She stops struggling for a second and then moves her whole lower half back the forward and kicks the gryphon square in the chest.

It cries in pain and releases her and Reyna is free falling straight toward the earth.

So. She thinks. This is how I finally die.

She is falling head and arms first when she feels a soft wind forming under herself. Then more and more until she feels herself softly floating to the ground of camp half blood.

Where she digs her hands into the grass and then closes her eyes. As more and more people shout for her.

Then she feels softly falling in nothing but darkness.

I enjoyed writing this chapter also in the air and her fighting. And in case it wasn't clear what stopped her fall was Venti.

Yep. Jupiter out of all the gods helped Reyna before she almost died....again.

And you will be seeing the Seven and people at Camp Jupiter very soon.
