At San Fransokyo.

Everything was peaceful in San Fransokyo. When out of nowhere explosion spread throughout the city.

Multiple Cobra troopers and hiss tanks attack the city without mercy while many civilians are injured but the police are getting hammered.

It wasn't long until Union and Atlas Military arrive to defend the city only for their powers and weapons to not be effective against the Cobra forces.

Soon both groups abandoned the city including the police and is now under Cobra command.

Within San Fransokyo City Hall.

General Cobra soon look at the new mayor of San Fransokyo which is Robert Callaghan Daughter: Abigail herself.

Abigail: "Thank you for saving me and especially my dad from his path of revenge" she said.

An: yes Hiro brother is alive and Robert isn't in prison.

General Cobra: "It no problem but remember that this city is now under my territory" he said which she nod.

General Cobra then leave and head to a cafe where he meet Cass Hamada.

Cass: "Oh my. I can't believe that the General Cobra is in my shop" she said nervous as only herself and General Cobra is alone in her cafe.

General Cobra: "Heh I know the appearance is new but you shouldn't forget your own number one customer" he said then his mask vanish which shock her as she never forgot that face even if it scarred.

Cass: "Y/N! My god what happened to you!" She said completely worried.

General Cobra: "Union happened" he said then explain what happened.

Cass: "... I can't believe those brats would do that to you" she said crying.

General Cobra: "I managed to survive thanks to Sona" he said then wipe Cass tears away which cause her to blush a bit.

Cass: "Well then I hope you don't mind me joining~" she said which surprised General Cobra but then thought of Cass helping out.

General Cobra: "Alright but you stay here as it more safer than with me" he said then kiss her forehead which cause her to blush then fainted.
