At Union.

It been a month since Gi Joe fought Cobra but now they are at Union to discuss the situation.

Ozpin: "This is unacceptable!" He said as both himself and the other headmasters are reading the document that state Union will follow Gi Joe commands against Cobra.

Tsunade: "I understand that we are losing against Cobra but we don't need help from a old group" she said only for the Emperor to arrive shocking Union.

Emperor: "You lot have no choice as GI Joe has fought Cobra before and your attacks aren't effective against them. Unless you want me to completely disbanded Union" he said shocking them which they have no choice but to obey him.

Duke: "The first action is trying to figure out where they will strike next" he said then rushing into the room is Wiess holding her scroll.

Wiess: "Cobra is attacking Schnee Manor and Mantle!" She said surprising everyone at how quick it was but nevertheless they head to the kingdom of Atlas.

At kingdom of Atlas.

Currently Atlas military is trying to defend Mantle but all their attempts are failing as Cobra have Hydra and some giant robots called Decepticons attacking them.

Meanwhile at Schnee Manor.

Things are worst here as apparently Jacques himself is getting beat up by a Grimm version of his daughter Winter while Willow and Whitley are watching this.

Basically both Mantle and Schnee Manor are suffering heavily but it wasn't long until Union and GI Joe arrive.

Yet despite their attempts Union, GI Joe and Atlas stood no chance as apparently Cobra have the White Fang helping them.

Thus with no choice GI Joe, Union and Atlas retreat.
