The civilians panic as people wearing strange armor cause riot throughout the entire island.

Union and police try to stop the riot but many heroes started to lose their powers then die by bullets.

Suddenly planes and helicopter appear then started to shoot onto the police thus forcing the police to run away.

Out of nowhere multiple screen devices turn on then a masked skull man appear on them.

Takkar: "Greetings everyone of Japan. I am Takkar leader of the Far Crime Empire. Today is the day Union and Japan pay for their crimes against the innocent. So be prepared for it only the beginning" he said then the screens went dead.

It wasn't long until the riot stop but many places were invaded and many people were captured by these mysterious attackers.

Thus Union and the Japan government is having a meeting to discuss about the situation.

Currently the Headmasters, Justice League, Avengers, and the Japan president is at Union discussing the situation.

Japan President: "I want to know what the f_ck does this Takkar meant by Union and Japan paying their crimes against the innocent!" He said glaring at Union Headmasters.

J P: "Well clearly that ain't the case as I receive information that nearly all of Japan is conquer by this Terrorist" he said shocking the heroes at how fast this terrorist conquer so much in little time.

Ozpin: "I am curious about why is the Justice League and Avengers doing here" he said looking at the two groups.

Batman: "Satellites around Japan went silence and all communication went silence too" he said surprising Union.

J P: "Thus why they are here to see what happened to the communication and Satellites as Japan is pretty much on it own" he said.
