At Union Academy, the Directors of Union Academy assembled after the broadcast by Justin to the world.

They were completely shocked that Justin was truly the 10th Fleet Admiral of the Galactic Empire.

While few of them were also furious at Justin between destroying their forces and blaming them for joining the empire.

Others also understand that Justin chose the empire, because the other route would have been the villain faction.

General Ironwood was one of the Directors of Union Academy that somewhat agreed with Justin.

Ironwood was one of the few Directors that respected Justin when he was a student of Union Academy.

Ozpin regretted letting Justin go, and the fact that he was part of the reason why Justin joined the empire.

Nezu was on the same as Nezu, he saw the excellent ability that Justin had, but couldn't do much against the others who voted his expulsion.

They even started to suspect that some of the newer imperial navy warships were built by Justin to show his loyalty to the empire and the emperor.

[Disclaimer: he did exactly that. He upgraded the imperial navy and army to a better degree. Hell, even the Death Star was built with Justin's help.]

Ozpin: This is quite troubling.

Nezu: Agreed.

Sirzech: We never intended for him to join the empire.

Michael: And yet, we didn't accept him as a hero either.

Tsunade: Damn it. We made a terrible mistake.

Azazel: A mistake that put the entire world at stake.

Ironman: Or worse. The Entire Galaxy.

Ironwood: we need to convince Justin back to us. Then, we might have a choice against the empire.

Ozpin: I don't think that'll be possible.

Nezu: I agreed. Even if we did capture him, he wouldn't believe nor side with us.

Ironman: And what he said to Superman didn't make it even better.

Tsunade: And to make things worse. He has his own experience with us, which means he had 5 years to plan countermeasures against us.

Ozpin: And with the Watchtower under his command, he has access to even more information about everything about Earth.

Sirzechs: we need to alert all of our allies. And find a way to break through the Imperial Blockade.

Michael: Agreed. General. Where the rest of our fleets?

Ironwood: Different Shipyards across the world. I'm surprise that Justin didn't order for their destruction yet.

Nezu: Its possibly because he doesn't know about them yet. Which means we have a slight advantage.

Ironman: Then. I'll try to find a way to retake the Watchtower.

During this time, we were able to see that the students were responding to the news in a variety of unique ways.

It came as a shock to learn that a previous pupil they had written off as a weakling, Justin Vines, had managed to capture Superman, Cyborg, and Martian Manhunter while destroying a large portion of the Earth Federation Defense fleet.

The biggest shock to them all was that he was now a members of the Galactic Empire and the Fleet Admiral of the 10th fleet.

Some of them were feeling guilty for how they had treated him, that they were at fault for Earth's Invasion.

They remembered what Justin called them before he left, he called them a Disgrace to Humanity, and how they'll never be one of them.

However, there were those who were jealous of the fact that Justin has become powerful within 5 years after leaving Union.

They were also furious that he would turn his back on the world that he was born in, but in reality, Justin could care less about earth.

Issei: Damn that Bastard! How dare he steal my spotlight!

Yang: The fact that he turned his back on Earth is Unacceptable!

Cardin: Lets go teach him a lesson!

Before they could go, Jackal stood in front of them.

Jackal: Guys! Stand Down! You wouldn't be able to get to him!

Rias: Jackal! You couldn't possibly defend that weakling?!

Ruby: Weakling?! You saw what he did to our defense fleet!

Kiba: And the fact he's in position to bombard the planet making it in his advantage.

Jaune: And the fact that he captured Superman means that he has all of our strengths and weaknesses too.

Izuku: Right now. We can't go in blindly. I betting that he was guessing that you would go after him blindly, only to be captured.

Akeno: I hate to say it Rias. But there're right. Justin has us in a position where we can't do much against him. Or we'll be blamed for many deaths.

The students that wanted to go after Justin snarled in Jealousy and anger, they didn't like the fact that Justin was ahead of them, and the world was force to submit for now.

They knew that if they did go after him, Justin could order his fleet to Bombard heavily populated areas around them and blame them for it.

Right now, in the castle of the Evil Alliance, we could see the leader, watching the invasion of earth.

They watched as the Earth Federation Defenses were crushed and the world was surrounded by the empire.

The biggest shock to them all were that Justin Vines, the 10th Fleet Admiral was a former student of Union Academy, before being expelled.

They were honestly surprised and very interested to see this Justin Vines and the Galactic Empire.

AFO: Hmmm. Very Interesting.

Rizevim: I Agree.

Cinder: I shouldn't be surprised. Considered how Union Academy treated him in the past.

Himiko: I'm surprised that he didn't join us.

Dabi: It was probably considered but joined the empire instead.

Zeref: That's possible.

Roman: Then, what's the plan?

Salem: The Empire is Technology advanced. Earth cannot truly rival them. Especially as they are now. I believe the best course of action is to form an alliance with the empire.
