Since the Battle of Scarif, things on Earth were starting to get out of hand, which was very concerning.

The destruction of the majority of the Rebel Alliance's fleet on Scarif dealt a significant blow to the might of the Rebel Alliance.

However, the number of ships lost by the Earth Federation is significantly lower than those suffered by the Rebel Alliance.

But it was also still a victory as they now have the Death Star Plans, which was sent to Atlas to .

On the surface of Earth, within the city of Vale, we could see the Rebel Alliance Council and Earth Federation Council assembled.
