(Inside a newly-built hangar in the spaceship, Union is checking on the progress of Nine-Ball, as they have finished it's head and chest, and are moving to the lower body and legs)

Ironwood: It's almost done.

Chifuyu: Indeed...Gendo: It's just a matter of time until we have a chance to stop them.

Ozpin: But the question is... where could they be now?

Gendo: ...Strange, I've also not detected them on Rubicon...

(Meanwhile... on space, the giant space pod could be seen heading to Earth)

Rak: ..We're quite close now. It sure has been hours.

Mike: Indeed. But I admit... I never thought we'd have to go back to "hell" again.

Rak: Yeah...

Walter: The spacepod's soon entering the atmosphere. It's best to prepare.

Mike: Well, as Carl Johnson would say...

Rak: Ah shit, here we go again.

(Soon, the pod finally enters the atmosphere, which flew past the city.. catching the attention of a certain web-slinging hero..)

Superior Spider-Man: Huh? What's this?

(Superior Spider-Man then keeps web-slinging as he follows the space pod. What he doesn't know is that a certain Red Haired girl and her Peerage have noticed the pod too,)

???: Interesting..

??? 2: What is interesting?

???: The pod. I believe we should find out what's inside..

(They nod and set to the crash site.)

(Meanwhile, crashing into a forest, the pod's door opens as Mike and Rak exit. Mike deploys a scan from his AC to check their surroundings)

Mike: Well, we have arrived.

Rak: Yeah, and this forest is somewhat familiar.

(Rak begins to walk while inside his AC, before he spots webs and someone coming towards them)

Rak: Watch out!

(Then Superior Spider-Man lands gracefully in front of the stunned duo.)

Superior Spider-Man: Huh... who are you guys? Your mechs don't seem exactly like a Mobile Suit...

Mike: Um... I'm Mike.

Rak: And my name is Rak.

Mike/Rak: And we pilot the Armored Cores.

Superior Spider-Man: Armored Cores, huh? Never thought they could be real.

Rak: ...Wait, you know about them?

Superior Spider-Man: Of course I do. My Superior intellect knows most of the things in the simple yet vast universe.

Mike: That's.. interesting.

Superior Spider-Man: I know, right. And I believe you're here because a certain sad excuse of an Academy invaded your home planet.

Rak: ..Yup. We're here because apparently they mainly operate here, so we're gonna destroy them from the source..

Superior Spider-Man: Figured out. (his spider senses tingle) My, my... we've got company.

Rak: (readies his AC's Assault Rifle) Damn it.

(Someone tries to attack Superior Spider-Man, who dodges the attack and swiftly delivers a powerful blow to his abdomen. The attacker is revealed to be Issei Hyoudou, who doubled over in pain, gasping for air.)

S. Spider-Man: Look at you, Issei Hyoudou... you and your "King's" peerage say you're all tough, but you're all pathetic and inferior compared to my Superior intelligence!!

Rak: ...I see. (Rak aims his AC's rifle at Issei)

(Superior Spider-Man places his foot on Issei's head.)

S. Spider-Man: I hope you're starting to understand now, Issei, the consequences of your actions. You and your friends have perpetuated a cycle of mistreatment and bullying, but today, it ends.

(He then grabs Issei and starts beating him to death and breaking his ribs, causing him to scream in pain and cough blood. Rias and her peerage come in and angrily confront Superior Spider-Man.)

Rias: Let him go!

S. Spider-Man: And look who else decided to join in, the inferior tomato head and her inferior group who don't even have a common sense in the modern society of this world who doesn't even have a slight sense of a brain cell compared to my Superior intelligence!!!

(Rias felt anger at hearings his words)

Mike: Permission to shoot 'em down?

Superior Spider-Man: I wasn't planning to waste my powers on them anyway. So... go ahead and shoot them down while I beat this toothless worm.

Rak: Gotcha.

(Rak suddenly uses NIGHTFALL to boost straight towards Rias and the rest of her peerage)

Rias: Watch out!

Koneko: Damn it.

(Rak suddenly begins to fire, prompting Koneko and Xenovia to take cover)

Xenovia: Quickly! Take cover!

Koneko: Oh my God..

(Mike suddenly fires plasma missiles from his AC, hitting Asia)

Asia: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! Akeno: (worried) ASIA!

(Soon, Rak uses NIGHTFALL's right leg to deliver a kick towards Akeno, knocking her out)

Rias: AKENO!

(Rias soon casts a spell, but the AC's armor was quite sturdy)

Rias: H-How!? Why is everything stronger than our magic!?

Rak: Our technology isn't meant to be underestimated. Our Armored Cores were built by brilliant minds, and piloted by our ancestors. Your magic doesn't faze us.

Rias: Grrr...

(Rias attempts to find a weak spot, but Rak's Pilebunker took care of the situation)

Rak: Gotcha!..

(Rak starts beating Rias brutally while Mike does the same to Xenovia.)

Rias: (Tries to defend herself, but fails) GAAAAAH!!! 

(Rias could do nothing as the AC used the Pilebunker to wound her severely, causing her to bleed)

(Meanwhile Superior Spider-Man is seen pulling Issei in the hair as he forces him to watch his harem getting beaten.)

S. Spider-Man: This is what happens when you don't use your brains in a fight. You watch as your inferior harem gets beaten to their death.

(Suddenly, Ddraig activates the Balance Breaker as a last ditch attempt to protect Issei and the peerage)

Ddraig: ..You won't get away with harming my host and his peerage!

S. Spider-Man: Heh! Tough talk for an inferior dragon.

Ddraig/Issei: ..YOU'LL PAY!!

(The two agreed to charge and fire a Dragon Shot towards S. Spider Man..)

(Superior Spider-Man simply stands, and as Issei fires his Dragon Shot, he dodges, and then yawns.)

S. Spider-Man: Booooriiiiiiing!!!

(Suddenly, Xenovia, Rias, Akeno and Asia were flinged towards Issei, causing a crater shortly after the impact)

Rak: ..Heh.

S. Spider-Man: Those fakers' stupid beliefs are outdated. (to Rak and Mike) I should thank you for saving me the trouble.

(Suddenly Superior Spider-Man's senses tingle as he dodges Koneko's attacks.)

Koneko: You think you're so tough, huh? I'll give you a real beating.

(Superior Spider-Man counters Koneko and punches her in the gut, making her cough blood.) S. Spider-Man: Not even Felicia Hardy was so... disappointing...

(Mike and Rak are seeing activating their AC's Boosters, leaving Superior Spider-Man to deal with them)

Rak: You're Welcome. We'll see ya, at some point...

(Thus, they left, ready to begin their operation.)
