So my stepdad and I went to a farming store and they had chicks for sale. So, we got all the equipment for some chicks and bought 8 of them. {We also got a big coop for when they start flying}

The proper equipment needed for raising chicks is:
• A tall and large tub
• Bedding {preferably pine shavings}
• Starter feed
• Heat lamp
• Heat lightbulb
• Water feeder
• Regular feeder

You throw that all together and you get the perfect place to raise chicks before they go out into the coop!

The one in the front with the cool looking feathers is mine. She lays colored eggs! And her name is Betsy Ross, Betsy for short.

So yeah! New additions to our family!
