   " ...Travis?"

   " Ya, ya it's me. "

His hands left my arms and held my face. I saw Tears in his eyes. I had tears in my own.

   " Y/n you can't leave. "

   " I have to."

   " No, you don't!"

   " Yes, I d-"

   " Y/n I chose to go against my father and try to help everyone..."

He leaned his forehead on mine.

   " ...now look where it got me. My father's gone, but the love of my life is dying. "

   ' What? '

Then he pulled out his Demon book and started looking through it.

   " Maybe there's something in here that can help. "

He searched through the book, but in the end, he couldn't find anything.

   " Travis."

He looked at me with tears in his eyes.

   " Y/n you can't leave. I lost my mother, and I can't lose you. "

I could feel the ice turning my neck into ice.

   " I love you too much. "

Then his lips crashed into mine. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. I felt nothing, but warmth throughout my body. He pulled away and pressed me against him. He held my head against his chest while his other stayed on my back. I opened my eyes and looked down to see that I'm not frozen.

   " T-Travis look. "

He opened his eyes and they looked at me.

   " I'm not frozen. "

Travis gently touched my right leg. Seeing if it was a dream. He ran his hand down my leg and then He cupped my face in his hands.

   " H-How is this possible?"

   " I guys the old rules still apply."

   " Rules?"

   " Used to there was a cure. I had to find true love before my 21st birthday. Then I wouldn't be frozen. I didn't make it. They still apply."

Then he stood up hugging me.

I kissed him to shut him up. I could tell he was smirking into the kiss. He wrapped one of his hands around my waist while the other held the back of my head and turned my head, deepening the kiss. I grabbed his shirt to pull him closer. I could feel his hand go lower than my waist. I pulled away and slapped his hand away.

   " Wow, I must be irresistible for an angel to kiss me. "

   " Can we just go back to the shore and make sure everyone is okay. They are probably looking for me. "

   " Or we can stay up here and enjoy our alone time. "

   " Or we can go down. "

I grabbed his hand and started walking down the mountain. When we reached the bottom I saw everyone there looking for me. Then once they spotted me they shouted for me.

   " Y/n!" They all shouted.

They ran towards us. They all collided together hugging me. When they pulled away. They all looked worried.

   " Guys I have news."

They all leaned in to hear what I had to say.

   " The curse is gone. "

   " How?"

   " The old rules still apply Aphmau. I had to find true love in a certain amount of time. "

Her smile grew.

   " But, I lost my powers in the process. "

Her smile faltered a little bit, but then it came back and she hugged me along with Katlyn.

   " I don't care Y/n. " Aphmau said.

   " You're a great swordsman without the powers Y/n. We are just glad you are back and can stay with us forever. " Katlyn said.

I hugged them back crying into their shoulders.

   " Wait. "

Katlyn pulled away and held my shoulders tightly.

   " Who is your true love!?"

I could tell Travis was going to either

A. Get ready to run.

B. Hide behind me.

C. Prepare to get hit.

He decided to go with option A.

   " N-Now Katlyn please calm down. "

   " No! I do not approve of this!"

She turned into a Jury of Nine form and ran at Travis. He started running for his life. We all laughed at him and Katlyn. I saw the guys to the left of me. I walked over to them.

   " I'm sorry guys. I didn't want to hurt any of you. "

   " It's alright. " Vylad said.

   " Ya, It's okay. Plus Garroth and I will teach him how to handle a lady such as yourself. "

   " Good luck with that. "

Then Aphmau and Zoey grabbed my wrists and started dragging me towards Aph's house.

( Time Skip )

Zoey was wearing a gold dress and Aphmau was wearing a purple one. They never really told me why we were getting dressed. They just said put this dress on. We were currently walking to the bonfire at the beach. I tried to pull my dress down further, but it wouldn't work.

When we got to the beach I saw the cutest thing. I saw Laurence and Lucinda dancing. AND. Garroth was dancing with Cadenza. Everyone from Phoenix Drop was here. I saw Dante dancing with Kawaii~Chan.

   ' Which reminds me. '

I walked over to them and tapped KC on the shoulder.

   " Hey, Kawaii~Chan can I borrow Dante for a moment?"

   " Sure. Y/n~Sama. Ps glad your alive and able to live with us. I can bake you cakes every day!"

   " I'm going to hold you to that. "

She walked away and started dancing with Nekoett and Demetri. I turned back to Dante and he had the biggest smile on his face.

   " Well, where's my hug?"

I laughed and hugged him. He hugged me back. We both pulled away.

   " I'm glad I can live longer. Thanks, by the way, Dante for trying to help all that time ago. "

   " Aww, not a problem. You're like a sister to me. I wouldn't let anything happen to you. "

   " Me either, " another voice said.

I turned around as Dante looked behind me. I saw Travis standing there. He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me. I turned around to face Dante again.

   " Dante help. "

Travis started laughing along with Dante.

   " Dante if you truly think of me as your sister. Help me. "

   " I don't know. "

Travis started dragging me backward.

   " Dante please."

   " Help. "

   " Dante!!!!"

He just laughed as Travis pulled me away. He pulled me out of the crowd and then we started walking along the shore.

   " So is Katlyn okay?"

   " No and Yes. "

   " That's the price of dating me sad to say. "

   " I can pay that price. As long as you can deal with me. "

   " Shut up. "

   " Nice dress by the way. Seafoam green. My favorite color. "

   " They made me wear it!"

   " Good. Plus it's short. "

   " Hey! My eyes are up here. "

He laughed and grabbed my hand. We walked along the shore with the water hitting out feet. Travis stopped walking and then spun me around. He held my waist with his right arm. His left hand stayed under my chin.

   " Y/n do you really love me?"

   " Yes, Travis. I really do."

   " Even if I'm a demon? And the son of the Demon Warlock?"

   " I wouldn't be here without my love for you Travis. True love isn't one-sided. It comes from both sides. I don't care who your father is. You are you not him. "

He smiled a little bit.

   " Good. "
