Time

Everyone ran to my side and saw the land.

" Aaron head towards the land!" Aphmau said.

It only took a few hours for us to get to the land. We were thinking about how to get off the boat when Lucinda summoned some magic and changed our clothes into bathing suits.

Yours:

Katlyn's:

Aphmau's:

Lucinda's:

   " Woah!" I shouted.

   " What sweety? Too revealing?"

   " Little bit."

   " I'm not changing it."

   " Greeeaaaaaatttt."

We all jumped in and started swimming tp the shore with the guys behind us. When we reached shore Lucinda changed our clothes back and she used her magic to dry us. We all started talking when we heard a huge crash. We looked and saw a crater of sand with the Demon warlock floating above it.

" Ahhhh. It's good to be back here."

   " YOU!?"

I looked around and Katlyn and Aaron looked confused. I noticed Travis had grey skin and black horns.

' What? no. Am I out of time?'

I stopped listening and started thinking. I didn't know what to do. I thought I had more time. No I couldn't have...

( Flashback )

The ground started shaking. I felt pain in my stomach and I realized that I was still injured from the stab wound. I looked up and saw that Aphmau was standing there. While they talked I didn't pay any attention. I kept thinking about what he said. When I looked up I saw that he wasn't there anymore. Only particles of where he was.

" ...For I know, this isn't the last time we'll ever meet. "

The particles came closer to me.

" Remember what I said little fighter. I am giving you time. "

Then he laughed and disappeared. The little demons came and helped us up. Aphmau walked up to us and hugged me. I didn't hug back. I just stood there in shock.

" Let's get you to the nearby village and get that stab wound fixed up."

( Flashback Over )

" I am now able to have a specter form in this world. Thank you for that Little Saint..."

His eyes found me, and his smile became bigger.

" Before I take my leave..."

He came closer to me. Travis tried to defend me, but he didn't make it in time. The Demon Warlock was now in front of me.

" Hello, Little Fighter... how have you been?"

   " Could be better."

" I believe your time is almost up. Have you made your decision up yet?"

   " I-I..."

I could feel my legs shaking. I tried to stand tall, but I didn't feel confident at all.

   " ... I haven't."

" Such a shame. I thought it was an easy choice."

   " ... "

" Remember what I said. You still have time, but it's about to run out..."

An hourglass appeared in his hand. The sand was flowing down in swirls. There wasn't much sand at the top.

" You must make a decision in time."

Then a bubble appeared around us. Everyone ran at it and tried to get me out.

" You haven't told your ' friends ' yet I see. So let me make this clear..."

He snapped his fingers. The sand turned into snow. Snowflakes fell out of nowhere. I fell to the ground feeling pain. I sat on my legs as I wrapped my arms around myself. I could still hear everyone screaming. The Demon Warlock stood above me with a smile.

" The curse will come back. Only this time from the inside out."

He touched my chest where my heart was.

" Starting with that golden heart of yours."

My heart glowed as golden beams left my chest.

" Give me your power and I'll take the curse away. You can have a normal life, and be safe. You can live longer."

The dome vanished along with the snow, but I still sat there shivering. Still cold. Everyone stayed where they were.

" Remember what I said Little Fighter. You don't have that much time left."

The hourglass was in his hand again and he threw it at me. It landed in the sand right in front of me. I picked it up slowly and held it against my stomach.

   " I'll take me leave."

Then he vanished. I didn't do anything but sit there and feel cold.I didn't pay any attention to anything until I heard someone yell...

" STOP! LET ME SEE HER!"

I looked and saw that it was Travis who yelled. He kept his eyes on me as he struggled in Laurence's grip. Lucinda and Aaron stood beside Laurence while Aphmau tried to stop Laurence. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up slowly and saw Vylad. The man in the green mask. He sat beside me and held me.

" You're okay. I promise you can stop shaking."

I stopped realizing that I was only shaking from fear. I was cold, but fear took over. I felt a tear leave my eye.

   " It's okay."

He held me closer. I stayed still. I didn't care what was happening. I just sat there thinking. I pulled the hourglass away from me and looked at the sand. I turned it upside down, but the sand did not move. It kept pouring the way it was. At least it was going slow. It kind of looked like dust, but at the same time, I knew it was sand.

   ' I'm almost out of time. '
