( 1 Month Later )

Ben was getting better at sword fighting. Everyday I train him and he gets better. Aphmau has been helping bring back the parts of Phoenix Drop that have come to rubble. I decided to walk to my house and take it down and make a new one. As I was walking I seen Ben.

   " Hey Ben. I have a question for you."

   " Ya what is it mom?"

   " When I get a house built do you want to live with me or do you want a house of your own?"

   " Well........I think I'll live with you for a while before I make my own house."

   " Okay. I got to get to building. I'll see you later."

   " Need any help?"

I smiled.

   " Sure. Follow me."

He did as I said. He followed me to my old house. I took my axe and pickaxe and started taking it down. Once it was down. I started planning the foundation. It was going to have 2 floors so I started with the first floor. A kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We started building the foundation and then started on the walls. Soon enough we started the flooring. Then the roofing. When we were finished it looked good.

   " Ready for the second story?"

   " When am I not ready?"

   " You really want me to answer that?'

   " No"

We walked inside and walked up the stairs. We started building from there. AS we were doing the walls it started raining.

   " Keep going. Remember rain isn't gonna harm you."

   " But it's wet."

   " So? Clothes can dry."

   " Touché."

We kept building. Then finally when we finished. I looked out of the window and noticed people going into Aphmau's house.

   " Let's go."

We started running to Aph's house and I knocked on the door. Zoey opened the door and gestured us inside. She got some blankets and wrapped us both in them.

   " Hey what are you guys doing here at the old part of the village?" Aphmau said walking into the room.

   " Since you were going to rebuild everything we decided to take down my old house and rebuild it."

   " Oh. Have you finished yet?"

   " Almost. We plan on going in the morning to work."

   " Great. The rain won't last long. Since it's late you guys can stay here."

   " Thank you."

I walked downstairs and into the basement. I seen a lot of people there. Must have been the people helping Aphmau build. I walked into one room and seen a green bed, and green walls. I sat on a chair that sat by a desk. I laid my head against the wall to not get the papers wet. I closed my eye's and went to sleep.

( Laurence's P.O.V.)

I heard that Y/n and Ben came inside Aph's. I started looking for them. I didn't see either of them. Then finally I seen Ben in a corner talking to Zoey.

" Hey Ben where is your mom?"

He pointed to a door that had green all around the door. My room. I thanked him and walked towards the door. I opened it gently and seen her sitting in my chair by my desk with her head leaning on the wall. She was asleep. I walked in and shut the door behind me. I picked her up and set her in my bed and covered her up with her blanket that she was cuddling.

' If only that blanket was me.'

I kissed her forehead and brought my chair over and sat in it and fell asleep by her side.
