I stood in front of a pair of houses. They still contained the furniture.

   " Ben?" I shouted.

Nothing. 

   " Ben I know your here come out." I shouted again.

Still nothing.

   " Ben quite fooling around. I know your here. There's nothing to be afraid of. We are not going to hurt you."

   " How do I know that?"

I heard a voice come out of no where. It boomed over the village. He sounded calm.

   " How do I know you aren't the person who took the people of Alta?"

   " Cause the enemy is gone. I came back for you to come home."

   " Home?"

   " Phoenix Drop."

   " It's not my home anymore. When my mother left me I lost my home."

   " She didn't leave you on her own will."

An arrow was shot, but I dodged it.

   " You know nothing about my mother! So don't speak of her when you don't even know her name!" He screamed at me.

I looked back and Laurence stayed back. He knew this wasn't his fight.

   " Her name was F/n L/n. She had a curse put upon her and she was to be frozen on her 21st birthday. One day she was kidnapped by slave traders and she found a new home here. At Alta. She adopted you and stood up for you cause you were bullied. She made her way back to Phoenix Drop taking you with her."

   " ...."

   " Am I wrong?"

A figure came out of the shadows. It was a man that looked Levin's age now. He had brown hair and green eyes. Weapons on his left belt and a bow in his hand with arrows on his back.

   " How do you know this?"

   " Because......I came here looking for you Ben. After 16 years of being Frozen I came back. I'm your mother Ben. I was frozen for 16 years and Zoey finally found a way to unfreeze me and bring me back to life. It's me Y/n"

   " Why did you let yourself be frozen?"

   " Cause Ben there was no way out of it. The storm would never stop and eventually People would starve from the winter. It was everywhere. The only way to save everyone was to sacrifice my life for theirs."

   " Did you even think about me when you decided that?"

   " Yes I did. Garroth took care of you did he not? I saved all those lives along with yours. Ben we probably wouldn't be here right now if I was still alive back then. Understand that please. NO one else seems to get it. I beg you to understand."

He dropped his bow and he looked like he had tears in his eyes. I smiled with my own tears in my eyes. I opened up my arms and he ran. He ran towards me. He engulfed me in a hug. I hugged him back. We fell to the ground and held each other.

   " Ben I'm so proud of you. You turned out how I hoped you would like me."

   " Well you were my mother, a fighter, and defiantly not a bystander. You always took action if it was necessary."

   " You were just a little boy back then. You grew up so much."

   " I know. I'm glad your back mom. I missed you."

   " I missed you too Ben. Hey you wanna know something I got to see Jeb again and all the people of Alta. They said they missed us and that they would all watch over us."

   " Mom. Can we go home?"

   " Yes we can."

I stood up with Ben and I holding each other. We walked towards Laurence.

   " Good to see you Ben after all this time." Laurence  said.

   " Good to see you made it out of the Irene dimension finally."

I held Ben and I held Laurence's hand as I spoke words to get back.

   " Phoenix Drop."

Then the white sparks surrounded us and Phoenix Drop came into view.

   " Ben!"

I looked and seen Zoey running towards us she hugged Ben and cried that she was sorry.

   " It's okay Zoey it was my fault. I'm just glad everyone is back."

I hugged him one more time not wanting to let go.
