«So, that's your plan??? Suddenly appear on her life?», Levine asked her.

«I am open in any other ideas», she glared at him.

«And how the hell did you...», he tried to ask.

«Questions later!», she pushed him back so she can go on her place.

She moved on the orphanage. I was explaining to Levine what was happening.

«Hi there», she talked to the assistant. «I am here to visit Emma Dubghall», she explained her.

«I'm sorry but Mrs Emma doesn't wants anyone to annoy her», she turned to face her.

«Trust me she wants to see me...», Laura said. «And anyway it can happen with the good way... Or the worse way», she let her real eyes out.

«Follow me please», she nodded. I climbed up on the tree that I was sitting at, the whole night yesterday. I helped Levine come up and sit with me.

Laura wore her necklace, which was hiding a tiny microphone so, Levine wouldn't need me to hear. It was so small, and well hidden, that Emma wouldn't even notice that.

«Why did she do that?», Levine asked.

«Did what?», I asked.

«Showing her real eyes to that human!», he replied moving his hands around, as if he was saying "obviously!".

«Cause she's not human...», I replied. I could understand it by her scent.

«Then how did she know?», Levine asked.

«We can get that by the scent», I explained.

«WOW! That's awesome!», he shouted and I covered his mouth with my hand. I didn't want her to hear us. I left his mouth.

«Sorry», he apologized.

Finally she showed up. She was dressed in black. She was wearing a sweater and a jean. Both black of course. Fitting her black hair. She was crying. She seemed depressed.

Someone knocked the door.

«Come in», she said but didn't even raise her head.

Laura stood next to her bed and she looked around.

«Your room is really beautiful Emma», she said. Emma jumped. She looked at Laura. «It's been a long time», she raised her eyebrows.

«Lau-Laura??? Is that really you?», Emma asked.

«You can see for yourself», Laura gave her her hand.

«If I was an illusion I would go away right?», she smiled.

«LAURA! Omg Laura... You are... You're here and... You're alive!», she hugged her surprised.

«I'm here now puppy-heart... I'm here now», Laura hugged her back.

«What's wrong?», she asked as they stopped hugging each other and a tear ran from Emma's eyes to her chicks. Laura wiped it away with her hands.

«I... How can I explain...», Emma tried to say but Laura interrupted her.

«It's ok you don't have to... I already know everything», she said.

«What? How?», Emma got surprised.

«David told me everything», Laura said.

«You know him?», Emma asked.

«Well I do now. Yesterday he came and talked to me. I didn't know him, but he seemed to know me very well...», Laura was a really good liar. Even I believed her, even if I already knew the truth.

«How did he know you?», Emma asked.

«Well, maybe these pictures on the wall might have helped him a lot», she noticed.

«Is he ok?», Emma asked. That's why I was sure she still loved me. She was interested about me.

«Devastated. Like you», Emma returned back on her bed.

«Wanna talk about this?», Laura asked.

«I'd rather not it's a really long story...», she nodded negatively.

«Emma... I know you're dying inside. Ok? And you're gonna have to talk about it with someone and like it or not, I'm interested. I know you and I know that you'd feel more comfortable if you talk to me about this, than if you talk to anyone else...», she explained. Of course she would.

«I... I thought he was hiding something from me. He wouldn't tell me anything until the right time. Well, I... I thought this time would never come. When we had our last date, he was late for about... 1 hour. I left and he came after me. I broke up with him», Emma explained. I was ready to crumble.

«Don't you think you were a little unfair with him? What if he had really good reasons for doing that?», Laura tried to make her forgive me, but I really didn't deserve this.

«No! He got me out of his life by his own choices... I wasn't unfair with him, I was unfair with myself. I was waiting for him for so long, that... That I felt depressed with that situation. Lost... I had to feel better somehow...», something pulled me back and left David behind.

I turned back to face the thing. I saw grey wolf, with white eyes, staring at me. I grunted and I took my wolf form. We started fighting. He scratched me multiple times around my body, but I scratched his eye and chopped of a part of his tail. It transformed into a woman. Zillia.

«Nice job David. Came here to protect her with another werewolf and a human. You know you can't protect her forever. There'll be a moment that you won't be able to protect her», she ran off. I didn't go after her I panicked. I returned to protect Levine and Emma. Laura didn't need my protection. She was more capable than me... I think... And I was glad that she was with Emma right now.

I went back to the tree.

«Dude, are you ok? What happened l», Levine asked me when I got back on the tree.

«Zillia, came here. Are you ok?», I asked him.

«I am fine, you fought her not me...», he replied. We stood there watching them again.

«How did you find out that I was in here?», Emma asked Laura.

«I heard teachers in the school talking about you, they were commenting that you weren't there. Then I asked some students that told me about David and you and I visited him. He told me where to find you», she explained.

«Ah-oh! Ah!», Levine exclaimed.

«You sure you're ok?», I asked him. I caught his arm. I saw a bite and in the middle of it, there was a scratch. With my human eyes It didn't seem something to worry about, but with my wolf eyes... It seemed deep.

«I am gonna take you to Mr Barton's», I announced him. «I don't accept "no", as an answer», I told him.

«I think I've figured that out», he said in pain. He looked at me.

Laura got out of the building the next moment.

«What happened? Is he ok?», she asked catching his shoulder.

«Ah!!! It burns!», he screamed.

«We have to get him to Mr. Barton's quickly!», I said. She agreed nodding.

«I'll take him! You go inform him», I nodded. I left quickly.

No-one's POV

«The young alpha, keeps surprising us», Javier commented.

«Surprises are for unprepared people. I am ready for the worse», Zillia promised.

«What if the plan doesn't work?», he asked.

«It'll do. I have no doubt. Now go Javier. You know what you really have to do. May the wolf forgive us», Zillia said and Javier disappeared in the shadows.
