Are the main characters going to be kids throughout the whole book?
No! they are only kids for the first 9 chapters just so everyone can get an understanding of their childhood and how it was like.
Will we ever get Bash's side of this story?
Yes, throughout the story there will be times where we get to see Bash's point of view if it important.
Why do some things not get answered or are left out?
Nothing stays left out or not answered, many things are not being revealed right away because there will be flashbacks later on in the book!
If any one ever has more questions please feel free to ask, if it is a question that won't give spoilers I will happily answer them!

There will be mentions of death, some explicit sexual scenes but no straight up smut.
There will be some cases where the characters use inappropriate words.
alcohol will be involved, but not often.
